Claims (10)

  1. Machine de conditionnement destinée à conditionner des produits sensiblement en forme de disque dans des tubes, comprenant au moins un poste de remplissage (12) qui possède au moins deux rouleaux rotatifs parallèles (56, 58) adaptés pour faire tourner un tube (44) de forme allongée qui est de préférence fermé à une première extrémité, ladite extrémité étant située au-dessous du niveau de l'autre extrémité du tube, qui est ouverte ; un magasin de tubes (14), et un dispositif servant à acheminer les tubes par intermittence, dudit magasin de tubes (14) audit poste de remplissage (12), caractérisé par un transporteur (4), prévu entre le poste de remplissage (12) et le côté de sortie d'une machine de formation de produits, et qui achemine lesdits produits audit poste de remplissage (12), de préférence à une vitesse constante ; une goulotte d'introduction (40), agencée entre ledit transporteur (4) et un tube (44) acheminé audit poste de remplissage (12) de telle manière qu'une extrémité (46) de ladite goulotte soit raccordée au transporteur (4) tandis que l'autre extrémité de la goulotte se raccorde à l'ouverture du tube ; un rouleau rotatif (60A) prévu au-dessous de ladite goulotte (40) et qui peut être réglé sur différents diamètres de la goulotte d'introduction, ledit rouleau supportant ladite goulotte (40) ; et un rouleau rotatif (60B) prévu au-dessous dudit tube (44) et qui peut se déplacer entre deux positions extrêmes, ledit rouleau (60B) mentionné en dernier supportant ledit tube (44) et le plaçant dans la position de remplissage et hors de cette position.
  2. Machine de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la goulotte d'introduction (40) est montée rotative ; en ce que le diamètre intérieur de la goulotte correspond sensiblement au diamètre extérieur du produit, et en ce que l'extrémité (46) de la goulotte (40), qui fait face au transporteur (4), est évasée en cône, de sorte qu'un produit acheminé à ladite goulotte d'introduction (40), lorsque la périphérie du produit entre en contact avec la surface interne de ladite goulotte, est mis en rotation et redressé de telle manière qu'une surface sensiblement plane du produit soit placée face à l'extrémité ouverte du tue à la transition entre ladite goulotte (40) et ledit tube (44).
  3. Machine de conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite goulotte (40) et ledit tube (44) sont agencés pour former un angle d'environ 30° avec le plan horizontal.
  4. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par un séparateur prévu à l'extrémité du transporteur (4) qui fait face à la machine de formation de produits, pour séparer les rebuts de produit des produits acceptables pour le conditionnement.
  5. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par un dispositif d'aiguillage (6) disposé directement au-dessus du transporteur (4) et qui commande le flux de produits pour répartir les produits sur la face supérieure (24) du transporteur.
  6. Machine de conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'aiguillage (6) peut tourner autour d'un axe d'articulation (28) agencé à l'extrémité (30) du dispositif d'aiguillage (6) qui fait face à la machine de formation de produits, ledit axe d'articulation étant perpendiculaire à la face supérieure (24) du transporteur, et en ce que ledit dispositif d'aiguillage (6) comprend une pluralité de gouttières de produits (26) s'ouvrant vers le bas, qui divergent de l'extrémité (30) d'entrée dudit dispositif d'aiguillage (6) vers l'extrémité dudit dispositif d'aiguillage (6) qui est à l'opposé de l'extrémité d'entrée (30).
  7. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par deux volets d'arrêt (8, 10) mobiles dans la direction verticale qui sont agencés, en aval du dispositif d'aiguillage (6), vu dans le sens du passage des produits, en travers du transporteur (4) et qui peuvent se déplacer dans la direction longitudinale dudit transporteur, lesdits volets d'arrêt donnant passage aux produits avancés lorsqu'ils sont dans leur position relevée tandis que, dans leur position abaissée, ils sont en contact avec la face supérieure (24) dudit transporteur, en empêchant ainsi les produits avancés de passer.
  8. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par des transducteurs agencés sur le dispositif d'aiguillage (6) et adaptés pour produire des signaux servant à commander les volets d'arrêt (8, 10) en réponse aux résultats d'une comparaison entre un nombre désiré, prédéterminé, d'unités de produits, et un nombre détecté d'unités de produits.
  9. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par au moins un élément brise-voûte (70, 72) qui peut se déplacer entre deux positions extrêmes et qui est agencé au droit d'une gouttière de sortie (68) du magasin de tubes (14), ledit élément brise-voûte étant adapté pour empêcher la formation d'une voute de tubes (44) dans le magasin de tubes (14) pour éviter ainsi une panne et/ou une indication erronnée.
  10. Machine de conditionnement selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par un poste de contrôle agencé entre le poste de remplissage (12) et un poste (74) de pose des bouchons, considéré dans le sens de l'avance des tubes, ledit poste de contrôle comprenant un transducteur qui peut être inséré dans le tube rempli pour contrôler le niveau de remplissage du tube, et un éjecteur servant à éliminer un tube refusé du transporteur de tubes.
