Claims (4)
- Presse de dents collées à produire des assemblages à dents collées pour des planches à dents collées sur leurs extrémités avant, produites dans des machines à mortaiser des dents collées, et prévues de colle appliquée auxdites dents collées,
caractérisée en ce que deux tables (5, 19) mobiles le long des voies communes (1, 2) sont prévues à recevoir les planches (16) alimentées en continu, lesquelles tables sont aptes à être déplacées afin de les approcher ou de les espacer l'une de l'autre sur lesdites voies moyennant des cylindres moteurs (20), et en ce qu'un dispositif presseur (10, 10') respectif est disposé au dessus desdites tables (5, 19) pour tenir lesdites planches (16), lesquels dispositifs presseurs sont aptes à être actionnés par les mêmes cylindres moteurs (20) afin de les fermer quand lesdites tables (5, 19) sont approchées l'une contre l'autre, et de les desserrer quand lesdites tables (5, 19) sont espacées l'une de l'autre. - Presse de dents collées selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que lesdits dispositifs presseurs (10, 10') comprennent des arbres (14) disposés en travers de la direction de transfert de la planche (16) et portés sur des ponts (13) et des sabots de pression (15), à un coin supérieur des triangles, qui sont formés par des bras de levier (7, 7', 18, 18') et des éléments tracteurs (17, 17'), étant articulé aux extrémités en saillie de chaque côté desdits arbres, lesquels triangles sont pivotables autour des joints (6, 6') fixés à ladite table (5, 19) et sont reliés, par leurs coins inférieurs dans des joints supplémentaires (8), à des barres de traction (9, 9') horizontales qui accomplissent le mouvement va-et-vient desdites tables (5, 19). - Presse de dents collées selon les revendications 1, 2,
caractérisée en ce que lesdites barres de traction (9, 9') desdites deux tables (5, 19) sont raccordées l'une à l'autre moyennant un cylindre moteur respectif (20), au moyen duquel lesdites barres de traction (9, 9') sont déplaçables afin de les approcher ou de les espacer l'une de l'autre. - Presse de dents collées selon les revendications 1, 2,
caractérisée en ce que des cylindres moteurs sont prévus qui sont aptes à déplacer lesdites tables (5, 19) en commun sur lesdites voies en sens opposé à la direction de transfert de la planche (16) quand lesdites planches (16) sont reçues, et le long du sens de transfert de la planche (16), à la vitesse de transfert de la planche, au cours du temps de séjour quand lesdits dispositifs presseurs (10, 10') sont fermés.
