Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication de pièces moulées à partir d'un mélange non fluide de matériaux à copeaux et/ou à fibres et de liants thermodurcissables, selon lequel le mélange est entièrement moulé par compression dans une presse, à l'aide d'un moule fermé de tous les côtés, et est durci, et selon lequel une partie de l'énergie thermique nécessaire au durcissement est apportée par des gaz ou vapeurs chauds introduits dans le mélange pendant le moulage, caractérisé en ce que les gaz ou vapeurs chauds sont amenés dans le mélange se trouvant dans le moule dans un sens qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire au sens de compression.
  2. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans les parois de la presse (3, 11) parallèles au sens de compression, une multiplicité de canaux d'alimentation (6) qui débouchent dans une ou plusieurs conduites collectrices (7) reliées à un réservoir pour gaz ou vapeurs chauds.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les canaux d'alimentation (6) sont disposés dans la zone de mouvement de l'élément d'outil de moulage mobile (3, 11) de la presse.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des soupapes d'inversion sont disposées dans les canaux d'alimentation (6).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans l'élément inférieur d'outil de compression (1) et/ou dans le couvercle (4), des canaux de dégazage.
