Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'articles tricotés élastiques présentant un effet de surface comprenant un premier composant fibreux non élastomère (2), un deuxième composant fibreux en élastomère (1) et éventuellement au moins un troisième composant fibreux non élastomère sur un métier à tricoter chaîne comprenant au moins une barre avant de tricotage et une barre arrière de tricotage, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape d'introduire au moins une portion dudit premier composant fibreux non élastomère dans le tissu avec une longue portion lâche de sorte que, quand ledit tissu est enlevé dudit métier à tricoter, l'élasticité dudit deuxième composant fibreux en élastomère amène ce dernier à se contracter et par conséquent les longues portions lâches du premier composant non élastomère sont poussées à se disposer selon un arrangement convenable leur permettant d'être lainées, tondues ou ébarbées, de manière à fournir un article tricoté élastique présentant un effet de surface,
    - caractérisé en ce que le composant fibreux en élastomère est adapté sur ladite barre avant de tricotage et est tricoté sur cette dernière avec une notation de 1-0/1-2,
    - et en ce que ledit composant fibreux non élastomère est adapté sur ladite barre arrière de tricotage et est tricoté sur cette dernière avec une notation de 1-0/2-3 à 1-0/9-10.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'enlèvement dudit tissu dudit métier à tricoter, ledit composant fibreux non élastomère est soumis à quatre passages de lainage sur une laineuse et a un passage de tondage sur une tondeuse.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'enlèvement dudit tissu de ladite machine à tricoter ledit composant fibreux non élastomère est soumis à deux passages d'ébarbage sur une machine è ébarber.
  4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comporte en outre l'étape de laver ledit tissu dans une machine de lavage continuel et thermodurcir ledit tissu lavé dans une rameuse à 190°C de manière à fournir un tissu prêt à être teint.
  5. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comporte en outre les étapes de teindre ledit tissu à 95°C dans un dispositif de coloration à jet, et de sécher ledit tissu à 140°C.
