Claims (6)
- Outil de rivetage comprenant un dispositif pour délivrer des rivets borgnes ou des écrous à river, munis d'une tige, à une tête de rivetage (6) de l'outil de rivetage (1), équipé de mors de serrage, comprenant un conduit de convoyage (11) acheminant le rivet (20), et comprenant une paire de mâchoires (16) installée sur un coulisseau d'amenée (17) en vue de retenir un rivet (20) devant être engagé dans la tête de rivetage (6), caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau d'amenée (17) présente un canal de transfert (15) obturé, vers l'avant, par la paire de mâchoires (16) ; et par le fait que le conduit de convoyage (11) est pourvu d'une pièce d'extrémité distincte (12) qui est montée à pivotement sur le coulisseau d'amenée (17), qui est rentrée par pivotement dans le canal de transfert (15) dans une position de chargement dans laquelle le coulisseau d'amenée (17) est avancé, et qui est sortie du canal de transfert (15), par pivotement, dans une position d' insertion dans laquelle le coulisseau d'amenée (17) est rétracté et la tige du rivet est engagée dans la tête de rivetage (6), la paire de mâchoires (16) pouvant accomplir une excursion latérale par pivotement, et le coulisseau d'amenée (17) pouvant être davantage rétracté jusqu'à une position de travail dans laquelle la paire de mâchoires (16) libère la tête de rivetage (6) dans une position sortie par pivotement.
- Outil de rivetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un canal de transfert (19) est ménagé dans la paire de mâchoires (16).
- Outil de rivetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité postérieure de la tête de rivetage (6) est reliée à un conduit de pression.
- Outil de rivetage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la position de travail, la pièce d'extrémité (12) du conduit de convoyage est sortie par pivotement vers le haut.
- Outil de rivetage selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce d'extrémité (12) du conduit de convoyage est rentrée par pivotement dans le canal de transfert (15), dans la position de chargement, sous l'effet de la pesanteur ou par la force d'un ressort.
- Outil de rivetage selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la paire de mâchoires (16) est en liaison avec le coulisseau d'amenée (17) par l'intermédiaire de lames de ressort (18).
