Claims (8)

  1. Relais à système magnétique constitué d'une culasse (1) et d'un induit (7), système dans lequel l'induit (7) est monté sur la culasse (1) et avec une bobine (2), l'induit (7) et la culasse (1) s'engageant par une branche dans la bobine, l'induit (7) étant en forme de L et monté, avec sa branche courte (8), sur la branche longue (4), s'étendant en face extérieure de la bobine (2), de la culasse (1) réalisée en forme de U, d'un seul tenant, et la branche courte (3) de la culasse (1) s'engageant à l'intérieur de la bobine (2), caractérisé en ce que la branche longue (9) de l'induit (7) est réalisée, par appui sur la paroi intérieure de la bobine (2), ou des corps de bobine, sous forme de levier à deux bras.
  2. Relais selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (7) est monté sur la culasse (1), par l'arête (10) opposée à la face frontale (6) de la bobine (2).
  3. Relais selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (7) est monté sur la culasse (1) par une face frontale (25) bombée de sa branche courte (8).
  4. Relais selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (7) s'engage par sa branche courte (8) dans une cavité (23) de la branche (4) s'étendant en face extérieure de la bobine (2).
  5. Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (7) est monté, par sa branche courte (8), dans des parois d'un boîtier, des saillies (11), qui s'engagent dans des cavités (12) des parois d'un boîtier (13), faisant saillie latéralement de la branche courte (8) de l'induit (7).
  6. Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la branche courte (8) de l'induit (7) présente une largeur qui est au moins égale à la largeur de la branche (4), s'étendant en face extérieure de la bobine (2), de la culasse (1), la largeur de cette branche (4) de la culasse (1) étant supérieure à la largeur de la branche (9) s'engageant à l'intérieur de la bobine (2) de l'induit (7).
  7. Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (7) est pressé, par sa branche courte (8) contre la branche (4) de la culasse (1) au moyen d'un ressort (24) s'engageant sur l'induit et sur la branche (4), placée extérieurement à la bobine (2), de la culasse (1).
  8. Relais selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le ressort est réalisé sous forme de ressort à lame (24) plié en U, entourant au moins partiellement la branche longue (4) de la culasse (1) et la branche courte (8) de l'induit (7).
