Claims (13)

  1. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen, insbesondere zum Planieren von Straßenbelagschichten, die aus Mischgutgranulat bestehen und zum Aufbringen in Schichten unterschiedlicher Dicke bestimmt sind, insbesondere von Asphaltbeton in sehr dünnen Schichten, des Typs, der einen mit Rolleinrichtungen ausgestatteten Unterbau umfaßt und zum Ankoppeln an ein Zugfahrzeug (10) geeignet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, ihre Vorwärtsbewegung auf dem Boden zu gewährleisten, wobei die Maschine folgendes umfaßt: einen Trichter (16) zur Verdichtung und Verteilung des Baustoffes, der eine Form aufweist, die ein gutes Herausrutschen des Baustoffes durch die untere Öffnung (18) gewährleistet, die in ihrer Gebrauchsstellung bodennah angeordnet ist, sowie einen Rüttelstab (38), der in unmittelbarer Nähe der querverlaufenden hinteren Kante (40) des Trichters befestigt ist, wobei der Baustoff unter der Wirkung seines Gewichtes unter Vermeidung jeglicher Entmischung direkt auf der Fahrbahn ausgestrichen wird.
  2. Maschine zum Aufbringen von straßenbaustoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trichter (16) auf den Armen (22) gelagert ist, die um einen querliegenden Schwenkbolzen (24) frei beweglich sind, der vor dem Trichter angeordnet ist und von den lose auf der Achse liegenden Rädern (26) gestützt wird, wobei die Arme hinter dem Trichter auf eine Vorverdichtervorrichtung (28), wie eine Glättplatte und/oder Walze, so abgestützt sind, daß die vertikalen Unebenheiten, die von diesem Fahrzeug registriert werden, sich im Hinblick auf das Ausstreichen des Belags zu einer sehr dünnen Schicht nicht auf die Lage der Maschine bezüglich des Bodens übertragen, wobei das Lager des querliegenden Schwenkbolzens (24) blockiert sein kann und die lose auf der Achse liegenden Räder (26) im Hinblick auf das Aufbringen einer Belagschicht zum Zwecke der Umformung gleichzeitig eingeklappt sein können.
  3. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trichter (16) über die beiden Arme (20), die auf dem Fahrzeug jeweils auf einer Achse (21) gelagert sind, von dem Fahrzeug gezogen wird, wobei die Seitenarme (22) selbst auf dem Arm (20) in Höhe des querliegenden Schwenkbolzens (24) gelagert sind.
  4. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trichter (16) eine hohe Füllhöhe aufweist, die die permanente Aufnahme einer Materialmenge erlaubt, die ausreicht, um ihre Verdichtung unter der Wirkung ihres Eigengewichtes zu gewährleisten.
  5. Maschine zum Aufbringen von straßenbaustoffen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Füllhöhe des Trichters in Betrieb zwischen 0,5 und 1,2 m liegt.
  6. Maschine zum Aufbringen von straßenbaustoffen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Querschnecke (34) zur Verteilung des Materials im oberen Teil des Trichters (16) befestigt ist.
  7. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Teil des Trichters Fühler zum Nachweis der minimalen Höhe des Materials angeordnet sind, die zur Steuerung einer Speisevorrichtung für den Trichter geeignet sind.
  8. Maschine zum Aufbringen von straßenbaustoffen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trichter einen beweglichen Verschluß (36) für die untere Öffnung (18) umfaßt.
  9. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rüttelstab (38) von einer ein- und mehrdirektionalen Vibrationsbewegung angeregt wird.
  10. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frequenz der Vibrationen des Rüttelstabes (38) von 5 bis 50 Hz regulierbar ist.
  11. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vibrationsamplitude des Rüttelstabes (38) zwischen 1 und 8 mm regulierbar ist.
  12. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rüttelstab (38) auf einem höhenverstellbaren Träger befestigt ist.
  13. Maschine zum Aufbringen von Straßenbaustoffen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der hinteren Kante des Trichters (16) und dem Rüttelstab (38) ein Ablenkblech eingefügt ist, das mit Hilfe einer elastischen Rückstelleinrichtung zweckmäßigerweise an dem Rüttelstab anliegt.
