Claims (7)

  1. Unité d'encrage pour une machine d'impression, en particulier une machine d'impression offset à feuilles, dans laquelle l'encre pouvant être amenée sur un rouleau d'encrier transversalement à la direction d'impression, en différentes épaisseurs de couche d'encre, est déposée sur un bloc d'impression, par l'intermédiaire d'un nombre de rouleaux de l'unité d'encrage et de rouleaux d'application d'encre, et au moins un rouleau de l'unité d'encrage est réalisé comme rouleau distributeur (1) qui comporte un entraînement par frottement (4-9 ; 11) couplé de façon mécanique avec l'unité d'impression, pour réaliser des mouvements axiaux périodiques,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un couplage de commutation (13) avec un dispositif de déclenchement (14) est agencé dans l'entraînement par frottement (4-9 ; 11), le dispositif de déclenchement (14) étant relié, de façon à pouvoir être commandé, aux organes engendrant la mise en ou hors position des rouleaux d'application d'encre de sorte qu'un arrêt du mouvement axial périodique du rouleau distributeur (1) est obtenu lors de l'interruption de l'impression lorsque l'unité d'impression est toujours en fonctionnement.
  2. Unité d'encrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le couplage de commutation (13) est réalisé sous forme d'un couplage mécanique entre une roue à manivelle (16) et une roue d'entraînement (9) de l'entraînement par frottement (4-9 ; 11), les éléments de couplage correspondants étant formés de sorte qu'un accouplement de la roue à manivelle (6) avec la roue d'entraînement (9) n'est possible que pour une position angulaire déterminée des roues (6, 9) l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Unité d'encrage selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que le couplage de commutation (13) est formé de deux roues plates (13.1, 13.2) reliées à chaque fois à la roue à manivelle (6) ou à la roue d'entraînement (9) de façon résistante à la torsion et montées sur un arbre commun (11), une roue plate (13.2) étant agencée de façon à pouvoir être déplacée axialement, et les deux roues plates (13.1, 13.2) comportant sur la face frontale une denture répartie asymétriquement sur la périphérie et pouvant être actionnées par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de déclenchement (14) engendrant un déplacement axial.
  4. Unité d'encrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le couplage de commutation (13) est réalisé comme couplage à frottement entre une roue à manivelle (6) et une roue d'entraînement (9), couplage qui peut être actionné par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de déclenchement (14) de manière qu'un accouplement des roues (6, 9) n'est possible que pour une position d'écart angulaire déterminée de l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  5. Unité d'encrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le couplage de commutation (13) est réalisé comme couplage mécanique entre une roue à manivelle (6) et une roue d'entraînement (9) de sorte qu'un accouplement des roues (6, 9) n'est possible que pour une position d'écart angulaire déterminée de l'une par rapport à l'autre, et une pré-synchronisation agissant par frottement est de plus agencée en amont du couplage mécanique.
  6. Unité d'encrage selon l'une des revendications 2, 3, 4 ou 5,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de déclenchement (14) est réalisé comme dispositif actionnable électromagnétiquement, sous la forme d'une bobine (14.1).
  7. Unité d'encrage selon l'une des revendications 2, 3, 4 ou 5,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de déclenchement (14) est réalisé comme dispositif devenant actif lors d'une alimentation en fluide sous pression (hydraulique/pneumatique), sous la forme d'un vérin.
