Claims (10)
- Feuerschutzkasten für empfindliche Vorrichtungen an Gefahrenstandorten, wie beispielsweise Ventile von Kohlenwasserstofftanks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein vorzugsweise zerlegbares Isoliergehäuse beinhaltet, das dazu dient, eine empfindliche Vorrichtung zu umschließen, zum Beispiel ein Kohlenwasserstofftank-Ventil mit seinem Antriebsmotor, wobei dieses Gehäuse unabhängig ist von der Vorrichtung, die geschützt wird, und eine Tragvorrichtung (7) beinhaltet und an das Gehäuse angrenzende Schutzmuffen (17), die gegebenenfalls die Ein- und Ausgangsorgane (Kabel und Rohrleitungen) der Vorrichtung auf einer bestimmten Länge schützen sollen.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragvorrichtung durch die Beine (7) des Gehäuses gebildet wird.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mindestens zwei Gehäuseteile enthält, einen unteren Teil (25) und einen oberen Teil (23), die aufeinandergesetzt werden durch Ineinanderpassen ihrer Ränder (31) und mit Abdeckung der Verschlußfuge (35) durch ein Isolierband außen (33), wobei die Verschlußfuge vervollständigt wird durch einen Spreng-ring aus wärmedehnbarem Material (37), der diese bei festgelegter Temperaturhöhe (180°C) verschließt.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er innen eine Steifbewehrung (1) enthält, um die herum feuerhemmende Isolierplatten (3) befestigt sind, die vorgesehen werden, um ein bestimmtes Temperaturniveau (85°C) nach einer bestimmten Feuerexpositionszeit aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierplatten (3) doppelwandig sind, wobei die Bewehrung (1) zwischen die innere und die äußere Isolierplatte eingebracht werden kann.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Gehäuseteil (25) dicht ist und mit einem Element zum Ablassen oder Ableiten etwaiger ausströmender Flüssigkeiten versehen ist.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Schauklappen (19) zwecks Zugang zu den Überwachungs- oder Antriebsorganen des Gegenstands, der geschützt wird, enthält.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an der Außenwand Lüftungsschlitze besitzt.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Öffnungen (Lüftungsschlitze, Klappen, Gehäuseteile) mit einer Dichtung aus wärmedehnbarem Material versehen sind, welche sie bei einer bestimmten Temperatur verschließt.
- Feuerschutzkasten gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (31) der Gehäuseteile einen treppenstufenförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
