Claims (6)
- Offset-Gummituchhülse für einen kanallosen Gummituchzylinder, die gegenüber dem sie tragenden Gummituchzylinder im entspannten Zustand ein Untermaß aufweist und mittels Preßluft über den Gummituchzylinder schiebbar und darauf durch Abstellen der Luftversorgung fixierbar ist, mit einer Trägerhülse und einer auf die Trägerhülse aufvulkanisierten Gummischicht zum Aufbringen eines Druckbildes auf ein Bogen- oder Bahnmaterial,
gekennzeichnet durcheine Trägerhülse (6, 8) aus Gummi,in dem zur Bewehrung Schichteinlagen (10, 11) in Form eines Geflechtes eingebettet sind,
durch das die Trägerhülse (6, 8) aus Gummi hohe Umfangskräfte aufnehmen kann, vergleichbar mit einer Trägerhülse aus glasfaserverstärktem oder metallischem Werkstoff. - Offset-Gummituchülse nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Schichteinlagen (10, 11) aus Stahl.
- Offset-Gummituchhülse nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Schichteinlagen (10, 11) aus Textil-Fasern.
- Offset-Gummituchhülse nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Schichteinlagen (10, 11) aus Kunststoff-Fasern.
- Offset-Gummituchhülse nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausführung der Schichteinlagen (7) als netzförmiges Geflecht.
- Offset-Gummituchhülse nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausführung der Schichteinlagen (9) als Kreuzwicklung und Einbettung derselben in Gummi.
