Description
Insektizide und akarizide Pflanzenschutzmittel enthaltend substituierte 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von teilweise bekannten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivaten als Insektizide und Akarizide im Pflanzenschutz,
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß bestimmte 1,2,4-Oxadiazol- derivate parasitizide (insbesondere endoparasitizide) Wirksamkeit bei Mensch und Tier besitzen (vgl. US-P 4012377).
Bestimmte 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate und ihre Verwendung als Endoparasitizide sind Gegenstand einer vorgängigen, jedoch nicht vorveröffentlichten Patentanmeldung (vgl. DE-Patentanmeldung Nr. 4041474 vom 22.12.1990).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die teilweise bekannten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate der allgemeinen Formel (I)
in welcher
R1 für Wasserstoff oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Aryl oder Heterocyclyl steht,
R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy, Carbamoyl,
Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio steht, R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy, Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio steht, und
R4 für Wasserstoff, Hydroxy, Mercapto, Amino, Halogen, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy, Halogenalkoxy, Alkylthio, Halogenalkylthio, Alkylsulfinyl, Halogenal- kylsulfinyl, Alkylsulfonyl, Halogenalkyl sulfonyl, Alkylamino, Dialkylamino, Alkyl carbonylamino, Alkyl carbonyl, Alkyl carbonyloxy, Alkoxycarbonyl, Alkoxyalkyl, Hydroxyalkoxy, Alkoxyalkoxy, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy oder Halogenalkoxy substituiertes Aryl, Aryloxy, Aralkyloxy, Arylthio, Aralkylthio, Aryl- sulfinyl oder Arylsulfonyl steht, oder zusammen mit
R3 für Alkandiyl, Alkylen (di )oxy oder Haloalkylen- dioxy steht, eine starke Wirksamkeit gegen pflanzenparasitäre Insekten und Milben aufweisen. Die erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden substituierten
1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate sind durch die Formel (I) allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise werden erfindungsgemäß diejenigen Verbindungen der Formel (I) verwendet, in wel eher
R1 für Wasserstoff, für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, welches gegebenenfalls durch Hydroxy, Halogen, C3-C6-Cycloalkyl, C1-C6-Alkoxy, C1-C4-Alkyl-carbonyl, C1-C4-Alk- oxy-carbonyl oder Phenyl substituiert ist, für C3- C6-Cycloalkyl oder Phenyl, welche jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen oder C1-C4-Alkyl substituiert sind, für Pyridyl, Furyl oder Thienyl steht,
R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy, Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy, Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, und
R4 für Wasserstoff, Hydroxy, Mercapto, Amino, Halogen, für Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy, Halogenalkoxy, Alkylthio, Halogenalkylthio, Alkylsulfinyl, Halogen- alkylsulfinyl, Alkylsulfonyl, Halogenalkylsulfonyl, Alkylamino, Dialkylamino, Alkylcarbonylamino, Al- kylcarbonyl, Alkyl carbonyloxy, Alkoxycarbonyl, Alk- oxyalkyl, Hydroxyalkoxy, Alkoxyalkoxy mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Halogenalkyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy oder C1-C4-Halogenalkoxy substituiertes Phenyl, Phenoxy, Benzyloxy, Phenylthio, Benzylthio, Phenylsulfinyl oder Phenylsulfonyl steht, oder zusammen mit R3 für C3-C4-Alkandiyl, C1-C3-Alkylen(di)oxy oder C1-C2-Haloalkylendioxy steht. Insbesondere werden erfindungsgemäß diejenigen Verbindungen der Formel (I) verwendet, in welcher
R1 für Wasserstoff, für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes C1-C4-Alkyl, welches gegebenenfalls durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methoxy, Ethoxy, Acetyl, Propionyl, Methoxycarbonyl oder Ethoxycarbonyl substituiert ist, für Cyclopropyl, Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl oder Thienyl steht, R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor und/ oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor und/ oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, und

Erfindungsgemäß können alle bezüglich der olefinischen Doppelbindung konfigurationsisomeren Formen (E- und Z- Isomere) der Verbindungen der Formel (I) und ihre Gemische verwendet werden.
Vorzugsweise werden jedoch die E-Isomeren der Verbindungen der Formel (I) erfindungsgemäß verwendet.
Die erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden substituierten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate sind bekannt und/oder können nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden (vgl. US-P 4102377. J. worin R1 die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat und R für Methyl oder Ethyl steht, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Reaktionshilfsmittels, wie z.B. Bortrifluorid-Etherat oder Pyridin, und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels, wie z.B. Chlorbenzol oder Chloroform, bei Temperaturen zwischen 10°C und 180°C umsetzt und nach üblichen Methoden aufarbeitet (vgl. die Herstellungsbeispiele).
Die Amidoxime der Formel (II) sind bekannt und/oder können nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden (vgl. J. Chem. Soc. Perkin I 1973, 2241-2249; J. Heterocycl. Chem. 15 (1978), 1373-1378).
Die Carbonsäurederivate der Formeln (III), (IV), (V) und (VI) sind bekannte organische Synthesechemikalien.
Die Verbindungen der Formel (I) eignen sich zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen im Pflanzenanbau, insbesondere von Insekten und Milben. Sie sind gegen normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten Schädlingen gehören:

Die Wirkstoffe können in Abhängigkeit von ihren jeweiligen physikalischen und/oder chemischen Eigenschaften in übliche Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen,
Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Schäume, Pasten, Granulate, Aerosole, Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u.a., sowie ULV-Kalt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln, Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylnaphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chlorethylene oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Ether und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methyl isobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie
Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid; als feste Trägerstoffe kommen in Frage: z.B. natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate kommen in
Frage: z.B. gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Calcit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehl, Kokosnußschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als Emulgier und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel kommen in Frage: z.B, nicht ionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyethylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyethylen-Fettalkohol-Ether, z.B. AlkylarylpolyglykolEther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel kommen in Frage: z.B. Lignin-Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose,
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexformige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat, sowie natürliche Phospholipide, wie Kephaline und Lecithine, und synthetische Phospholipide, Weitere Additive können mineralische und vegetabile Öle sein.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B.
Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo- und Metallphthalocyaninfarb-
Stoffe und Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können in ihren handelsüblichen Formulierungen sowie in den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen in Mischung mit anderen Wirkstoffen, wie Insektiziden, Lockstoffen, Steri lant ien, Akariziden, Nematiziden, Fungiziden, wachstumsregul ierenden Stoffen oder Herbiziden vorliegen. Zu den Insektiziden zählen beispielsweise Phosphorsäureester, Carbamate, Carbonsäureester, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, Phenylharnstoffe, durch Mikroorganismen hergestellte Stoffe u.a..
Die Wirkstoffe können ferner in ihren handelsüblichen Formulierungen sowie in den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen in Mischung mit Synergisten vorliegen. Synergisten sind Verbindungen, durch die die Wirkung der Wirkstoffe gesteigert wird, ohne daß der zugesetzte Synergist selbst aktiv wirksam sein muß.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formu- lierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 95 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,0001 und 1 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.

Beispiel A
Tetranychus-Test (OP-resistent) Lösungsmittel: 7 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration,
Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris), die stark von allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe oder Bσhnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen sind, werden durch Tauchen in die WirkstoffZubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt.
Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 J4, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden ; 0 % bedeutet , daß ke ine Sp innmi lben abgetötet wurden. Bei diesem Test zeigen z.B, die folgenden Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele sehr starke akarizide Wirkung: 1, 8, 66, 69 und 70.
Beispiel B
Phaedon-Test
Lösungsmittel: 7 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Kohlpflanzen (Brassica oleracea) werden mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt. Ein Blatt der behandelten Pflanze wird in eine Plastikdose gelegt und mit Larven (L3) des Meerrettichkäfers (Phaedon cochleariae) besetzt. Nach 2 bis 4 Tagen wird jeweils ein weiteres Blatt von derselben Pflanze für die Nachfütterung verwendet. Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Tiere abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Tiere abgetötet wurden.
Bei diesem Test zeigen z.B. die folgenden Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele sehr starke insektizide Wirkung: 10, 15 und 57.
Beispiel C
Plutella-Test
Lösungsmittel: 7 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen WirkstoffZubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) werden durch Tauchen in die WirkstoffZubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt und mit Raupen der Kohlschabe (Flutella maculipennis) besetzt, solange die Blätter noch feucht sind.
Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 % , daß alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.
Bei diesem Test zeigen z,B, die folgenden Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele sehr starke insektizide Wirkung: 11, 15, 16 und 57.
Beispiel D
Nephotettix-Test
Lösungsmittel: 7 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichstteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Reiskeimlinge (Oryza sativa) werden durch Tauchen in die WirkstoffZubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt und mit der Grünen Reiszikade (Nephotettix cincticeps) besetzt, solange die Keimlinge noch feucht sind.
Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in 5. bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 % , daß alle Zikaden abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Zikaden abgetötet wurden.
Bei diesem Test zeigen z,B, die folgenden Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele sehr starke insektizide Wirkung: 15 und 16.
Herstellunσsbeispiele:
Beispiel 1
5,2 g (0,02 Mol) (E)-4-Chlor-3-trifluormethylzimtsäure- amidoxim werden in 50 ml Orthoameisensäuretriethylester vorgelegt und bei Raumtemperatur 2 Tropfen Bortri- fluorid-etherat zugegeben. Dann wird 2 Stunden bei Rückflußtemperatur gerührt und der gesamte Ansatz im Vakuum eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird in 100 ml Methylenchlorid aufgenommen und nacheinander mit 100 ml 2N-Salzsäure, gesättigter Natriumcarbonati ösung und Wasser gewaschen. Die organische Phase wird über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und anschließend das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält 3,9 g (71,0 % der Theorie) (E)-3-(4-Chlor-3-tri- fluormethyl-styryl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol.
Fp. : 85 bis 87°C

Analog können die in der nachstehenden Tabelle 1 aufgeführten Verbindungen der Formel (la, R1 = H) hergestellt werden.
Beispiel 19
6,4 g (0,03 Mol) (E)-3-Chlor-2-fluor-zimtsäureamidoxim werden in 50 ml Essigsäureanhydrid vorgelegt und 2 Stunden bei Rückflußtemperatur gerührt. Anschließend wird der gesamte Ansatz im Vakuum eingeengt, der Rückstand mit Natriumcarbonatlösung verrührt und mit Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Die organische Phase wird über
Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält 5,1 g (75,6 y. der Theorie) (E)-3-(3- Chlor-2-fluor-styryl)-5-methyl-l,2,4-oxadiazol .
Fp. : 95 bis 98°C

Analog können die in der nachstehenden Tabelle 2 aufgeführten Verbindungen der Formel (Ib, R1 = CH3) hergestellt werden.

7,0 g (0,03 Mol) (E)-2,3-Dichlorzimtsaureamidoxim werden in 7 ml Propionsäureanhydrid vorgelegt und 2 Stunden bei Rückflußtemperatur gerührt. Anschließend wird der gesam
te Ansatz im Vakuum eingeengt, der Rückstand mit Natriumkarbonatlösung verrührt und mit Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Die organische Phase wird über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält 4,7 g (58,2 % der Theorie) (E)-3-(2,3-Dichlor-styryl)-5- ethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol.

Beispiel 30
Zu einer Suspension aus 6,4 g (0,03 Mol) (E)-3-Chlor-2- fluor-zimtsäureamidoxim in 90 ml Chloroform und 6 ml (0,07 Mol) trockenem Pyridin werden 12,7 g (0,07 Mol) Tri chloracetyl chlorid getropft. Dabei tritt eine leichte Wärmeentwicklung auf. Anschließend wird 1 Stunde nachgerührt, das dabei abscheidende Pyridinhydrochlorid abfiltriert und mit Chloroform gewaschen. Das Filtrat wird im Vakuum eingeengt und der zurückbleibende Feststoff umkristallisiert. Man erhält 5,0 g (48,7 % der Theorie) (E)-3-(3-Chlor-2-fluor-styryl)-5-trichlormethyl-1,2,4- oxadiazol.

4,3 g (0,02 Mol) (E)-3-Chlor-2-fluor-zimtsäureamidoxim wurden in 85 ml Toluen vorgelegt, mit 16,9 g (0,13 Mol) Acetessigsäureethylester versetzt und bis zum vollständigen Umsatz (45 Stunden) bei Rückflußtemperatur gerührt. Danach wird der gesamte Ansatz im Vakuum eingeengt und der verbleibende Rückstand umkristallisiert.
Man erhält 4,3 g (76,6 % der Theorie) (E)-3-(3-Chlor-2- fluor-styryl)-5-(2-oxopropyl)-1,2,4-oκadiazol als Keto- Enol-Tautomerengemisch (81:19),

Analog zu den Herstellungsbeispielen 1, 19, 27, 30 oder 33 können beispielsweise auch die in der nachstehenden Tabelle 6 aufgeführten Verbindungen der Formel (I) hergestellt werden.

Ausqangsstoffe der Formel (II): Beispiel (II-1)
Zu einer Lösung aus 7,2 g (0,10 Mol) Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid. 7,3 g (0,10 Mol) Natriumcarbonat in 100 ml Wasser, 100 ml Ethanol werden 12,1 g (0,05 Mol) 4-Chlor- 3-trifluormethylzimtsäurenitril gegeben. Die Mischung wird bis zum vollständigen Umsatz (24 Stunden) auf Rückflußtemperatur erhitzt und anschließend wird der gesamte Ansatz in 250 ml Wasser eingerührt. Der dabei abscheidende Feststoff wird abgesaugt, mit wenig Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält 5,3 g (39,3 % der Theorie) (E)-4-Chlor-3-trifluormethylzimtsäureamidoxim.

Zu einer Suspension aus 6,7 g (0,12 Mol) pulverisiertem Kaliumhydroxid in 185 ml Tetrahydrofuran wird eine Lösung aus 10,6 g (0,06 Mol) Cyanmethylphosphonsäuredi- ethylester, 12,5 g (0,06 Mol) 4-Chlor-3-trifluormethylbenzaldehyd in 65 ml Tetrahydrofuran getropft. Dabei tritt eine leichte Wärmeentwicklung auf. Anschließend werden 20 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt, der dabei abscheidende Feststoff wird abfiltriert und mit
Tetrahydrofuran gewaschen. Das Filtrat wird im Vakuum eingeengt und der verbleibende Rückstand getrocknet. Man erhält 12,1 g (87,0 % der Theorie) 4-Chlor-3-trifluor- methyl-zimtsäurenitril als E/Z-Isomerengemisch.

Claims
1, Insektizide und akarizide Pflanzenschutzmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einem substituierten 1 ,2,4-Oxadiazolderivat der Formel (I)
in welcher
R1 für Wasserstoff oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Aryl oder Heterocyclyl steht,
R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy,
Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio steht,
R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy,
Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio steht, und
R4 für Wasserstoff, Hydroxy, Mercapto, Amino,
Halogen, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy, Halogenalkoxy, Alkylthio, Halogenalkylthio, Alkyl sulfinyl, Halogenalkylsulfinyl, Alkylsulfonyl, Halogenalkylsulfonyl, Alkylamino, Dialkylamino, Alkylcarbonylamino, Alkylcarbonyl, Alkyl carbonyloxy, Alkoxycarbonyl, Alkoxyalkyl, Hydroxyalkoxy, Alkoxyalkoxy, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy oder Halogenalkoxy substituiertes Aryl', Aryloxy, Aralkyloxy, Arylthio, Aralkylthio, Arylsulfinyl oder Arylsulfonyl steht, oder zusammen mit R3 für Alkandiyl, Alkylen¬
(di)oxy oder Haloalkylendioxy steht.

Insektizide und akarizide Pflanzenschutzmittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Formel (I) R1 für Wasserstoff, für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, welches gegebenenfalls durch Hydroxy, Halogen, C3-C6-Cycloalkyl, C1-C6-Alkoxy, C1-C4-Alkyl- carbonyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy-carbonyl oder Phenyl substituiert ist, für C3-C6-Cycloalkyl oder
Phenyl, welche jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen oder C1-C4-Alkyl substituiert sind, für Pyridyl, Furyl oder Thienyl steht, R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy,
Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Carboxy,
Carbamoyl, Halogen oder für jeweile gegebenenfalls durch Halogen substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, und R4 für Wasserstoff, Hydroxy, Mercapto, Amino, Halogen, für Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkoxy, Halogenalkoxy, Alkylthio, Halogenalkylthio, Alkylsulfinyl, Halogenalkylsulfinyl, Alkylsulfonyl, Halogenalkylsulfonyl, Alkylamino, Dialkylamino, Alkylcarbonylamino, Alkylcarbonyl, Alkyl carbonyloxy, Alkoxycarbonyl, Alkoxyalkyl, Hydroxyalkoxy, Alkoxyalkoxy mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Halogen, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1- C4-Halogenalkyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy oder C1-C4-Halo- genalkoxy substituiertes Phenyl, Phenoxy, Benzyloxy, Phenyl thio, Benzylthio, Phenyl- sulfinyl oder Phenyl sulfonyl steht, oder zusammen mit R3 für C3-C4-Alkandiyl, C1-C3- Alkylen(di)oxy oder C1-C2-Haloalkylendioxy steht.
3. Insektizide und akarizide Pflanzenschutzmittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Formel (I)
R1 für Wasserstoff, für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes C1-C4-Alkyl, welches gegebenenfal ls durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methoxy, Ethoxy, Acetyl, Propionyl, Methoxycarbonyl oder
Ethoxycarbonyl substituiert ist, für Cyclopropyl, Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl oder Thienyl steht,
R2 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor und/ oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, R3 für Wasserstoff, Nitro, Cyano, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder für jeweils gegebenenfal ls durch Fluor und/ oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, und R4 für Wasserstoff, Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Ethyl, Trifluormethyl, Chlordifluormethyl, Fluordichlormethyl, Methoxy, Ethoxy, Difluormethoxy, Trifluormethoxy, Methylthio, Ethylthio, Difluormethylthio, Trifluormethylthio, Chlordifluormethylthio, Fluordichlormethylthio, Methylsulfinyl, Ethylsulfinyl, Trifluormethylsulfinyl, Methylsulfonyl, Ethylsulfonyl, Trifluormethylsulfonyl, Methylamino, Ethylamino, Dimethylamino, Acetylamino, Acetyl, Acetyloxy, Methoxycarbonyl, Ethoxycarbonyl, für jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Trifluormethyl, Methoxy oder Tri fluormethoxy substituiertes Phenyl, Phenoxy oder Benzyloxy εteht, oder zusammen mit R3 für C1-C2- Alkylendioxy, welches gegebenenfalls durch Fluor und/oder Chlor εubεtituiert ist, steht.
4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenparasitären Insekten und Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man substituierte 1,2,4-Oxydiazolderivate gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und/oder Milben und/oder deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
5, Verwendung von substituierten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivaten gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenparasitären Insekten und Milben.
6, Verwendung von substituierten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivaten gemäß Anεpruch 2 zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenparasitären Insekten und Milben.
7. Verwendung von substituierten 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivaten gemäß Anspruch 3 zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenparasitären Insekten und Milben.
8, Verfahren zur Herstellung von insektiziden und
akariziden Pflanzenschutzmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Substituierte 1,2,4-Oxadiazolderivate gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln
und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln vermischt.
