Abstract

Dans un dispositif visant à préparer et à distribuer des boissons rafraîchissantes contenant du CO2, par mélange d'un concentré correspondant de boisson ajouté à de l'eau gazéifiée préparée dans un réservoir réfrigéré, il est également possible de préparer et de distribuer des boissons rafraîchissantes sans CO2, du fait que la pompe refoulante destinée à remplir le réservoir est pourvue d'un système de dérivation (24) situé en aval par lequel l'eau passe alternativement au choix par le réservoir de gazéification ou par un échangeur de chaleur, pour accéder à la zone de mélange avec le concentré de boisson. L'échangeur de chaleur est alimenté de plusieurs côtés depuis le réservoir.
