  • a journalled locking pin 40 which is biassed by a spring means 41 so as to strive to move in a direction towards the centre of the locking ring 37, from an outer position to an inner position, wherein the locking pin 40 is construct ⁇ ed and fitted so that the pin is moved to its inner position by the spring means 41 when, and only when, the shoulder 36 is correctly inserted in the groove 38, and which pin otherwise remains in its outer position, and wherein movement of the locking ring 37 in the rotation ⁇ al direction is restricted due to the inability of the locking pin 40 to pass a stop abutment 42; and

The clean- ing agent 13 will then quickly penetrate the web 9.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (3) et un procédé pour nettoyer automatiquement des rouleaux et en particulier des cylindres d'imprimerie (1) du type cylindre porte-blanchet (2) ou cylindre à contre-pression. L'appareil (3) comprend un rouleau de déroulement (6) et un rouleau d'enroulement (7). Le rouleau (6) porte une bande nettoyante (9) qui part du rouleau (6), passe sur un coussinet de pression (11) fixé sur un support (14) et ensuite vers le rouleau d'enroulement (7), éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'un ou de plusieurs rouleaux de guidage (10). Entre le rouleau de déroulement (6) et le coussinet de pression (11), il y a un dispositif d'aspersion (12) qui amène un agent de nettoyage (13) à la bande. Le support (14) est fixé à un piston d'air comprimé (15) qui peut déplacer le support (14) vers l'arrière et vers l'avant, c'est-à-dire dans la direction dy cylindre d'impression (1) et dans la direction opposée. Durant ce mouvement de va-et-vient, la bande nettoyante (9) est déplacée progressivement depuis le rouleau de déroulement (6) vers le rouleau d'enroulement (7) en passant sur le coussinet de pression (11).
