Claims (11)
- Diebstahlsicherungs-Vorrichtung für flache Gegenstände, insbesondere Video- oder Musik-Kassetten und dergleichen, bestehend aus einer zur Aufnahme des Gegenstandes bestimmten Hülle (100) mit an einer Schmalseite vorgesehener Einschuböffnung (101') und einem an der Hülle gesichert angeordneten Signalgeber zum Auslösen eines Alarms, ferner einem auf den zu sichernden Gegenstand aufsetzbaren und diesen haltenden Schieber (104), welcher zusammen mit dem Gegenstand längsverschiebbar in die Hülle (100) einführbar ist, und schliesslich Verriegelungsmitteln, welche zwischen einer zur Einschuböffnung (101') führenden Schmalseiten-Innenwand (102') der Hülle (100) und dem Schieber (104) wirksam sind und verhindern, dass ein mit aufgesetztem Schieber (104) in die Hülle (100) eingeführter Gegenstand (105) ohne Einsatz eines Spezialwerkzeuges von der Hülle getrennt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel folgende Elemente aufweisen:ein in der dem Schieber (104) direkt gegenüberliegenden Schmalseiten-Innenwand (102') der Hülle (100) fest angeordnetes, parallel zur Wand verlaufendes Verriegelungsband (106) aus federelastischem Material, in dessen Ebene mindestens eine beidseitig aus dieser auslenkbare federnde Zunge (107) vorgesehen ist, aus welcher in Normal-, d.h. Verriegelungsstellung nach der einen Seite, d.h. zur Hülleninnenseite hin, mindestens eine Rastklinke (107') vorsteht, während das freie Zungenende (107") nach der anderen Seite, d.h. zur Hüllenaussenwand hin, leicht abgewinkelt vorsteht, um zur Entriegelung von einem Spezialwerkzeug (114) erfasst zu werden und dabei die Rastklinke (107') auf die andere Bandseite, d.h. aus der Verriegelungsstellung, zu ziehen;mindestens eine Ausnehmung in der genannten Schmalseiten-Innenwand (102') der Hülle (100), welche in der Verriegelungsstellung ein Ausschwenken des freien Endes (107") der genannten federnden Zunge (107) bzw. Zungen des Verriegelungsbandes (106) erlaubt;mindestens eine Ausnehmung (104") in einer dem Verriegelungsband (106) bzw. der Schmalseiten-Innenwand (102') der Hülle zugekehrten Begrenzungswand (104') des Schiebers (104), in welche die Rastklinke (107') bzw. -klinken des Bandes (106) nach Ueberfahren einrastet und den Rückzug des Schiebers (104) bzw. des zu sichernden Gegenstandes verhindert; undin der Hüllenaussenwand vorgesehene Oeffnungen (108) sowie ein Spezialwerkzeug (114) zum Einführen in diese Oeffnungen, damit das Werkzeug unter die federnde Zunge (107) bzw. Zungen des Verriegelungsband (106) greift, um die Rastklinke (107') zwecks Entriegelung aus der Ausnehmung (104") des Schiebers (104) zu ziehen und den Schieber (104) zusammen mit dem zu sichernden Gegenstand zu entriegeln.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastklinke (107') eine nach rückwärts ragende Endnase aufweist, welche den Rand der Ausnehmung (104") nach dem Einrasten untergreifen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsband (106) mehrere, vorzugsweise drei hintereinander angeordnete federnde Zungen (107) mit Rastklinken (107') aufweist und dass im Riegel bzw. in der genannten Begrenzungswand des Schiebers (104) eine der Anzahl der Zungen (107) entsprechende Anzahl Ausnehmungen (109-111) zur Aufnahme der Rastklinken (107') vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spezialwerkzeug (114) die Form einer steifen Platte mit der Anzahl der federnden Zungen (107) entsprechender Anzahl L-förmiger Entriegelungsfinger (115) aufweist, wobei letztere durch Oeffnungen in einem Behälterteil oder in der Hüllenwand einführbar und unter die freien Zungenenden schiebbar sind, um letztere anzuheben und dabei die Rastklinken (107') aus dem Eingriff mit dem Riegel bzw. dem Schieber (104) zu heben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der federnden Zungen (107) zwei parallele Rastklinken (107') aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere federnde Zungen (107) in regelmässigen oder unregelmässigen Abständen hintereinander vorgesehen sind, und dass die Ausnehmungen (109-111) im Riegel bzw. dem Schieber (104) mit entsprechenden Abständen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der federnden Zungen (107) entlang ihrer Längsmitte gespalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsband (106) aus Metall, insbesondere aus Messing oder Federstahl, besteht.
- Diebstahlsicherungs-Vorrichtung für flache Gegenstände, insbesondere Video- oder Musik-Kassetten, mit einem zur Aufnahme des Gegenstandes bestimmten Behälter (1, 2), bestehend aus Behälterunterteil (1) und angelenktem Deckel (2), sowie mit Verriegelungsmitteln zwischen Behälterunterteil und Deckel und mit am Behälter angeordnetem Signalgeber zum Auslösen eines Alarms, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel ein an der Innenwand einer Behälterschmalseite fest angeordnetes, parallel zur Wand verlaufendes Verriegelungsband (8) aus federelastischem Material aufweisen, in dessen Ebene mindestens eine beidseitig aus dieser auslenkbare federnde Zunge (9) vorgesehen ist, aus welcher nach einer Seite mindestens eine Rastklinke (9') vorsteht, während nach der anderen Seite das freie Zungenende (9"') Mittel aufweist, damit zur Entriegelung die Rastklinke (9') in Richtung der anderen Bandseite mittels eines der Diebstahlsicherungs-Vorrichtung dazu gehörenden Spezialwerkzeugs aus der Verriegelungsstellung gezogen werden kann, wobei die Innenwand des Behälters so ausgestaltet ist, um in der Verriegelungsstellung ein Ausschwenken des freien Endes (9"') der Zunge bzw. Zungen (9) des Verriegelungsbandes (8) zu erlauben, dass ferner ein entlang des Verriegelungsbandes (8) verschiebbar geführter, am Band (8) anliegender Riegel (10) mit mindestens einer Ausnehmung (10') vorgesehen ist, wobei in letztere die Rastklinken (9') des Bandes (8) nach Ueberfahren einrasten und der Riegel (10) in dieser Stellung unter Haltenasen am anderen Behälterteil greift, so dass ein Oeffnen des Behälters in Verriegelungsstellung ohne Einsatz des Spezielwerkzeuges verhindert wird, das Ganze derart, dass durch Einsatz eines Spezialwerkzeuges (14) die Rastklinke bzw. -klinken (9') zwecks Entriegelung aus der Ausnehmung bzw. den Ausnehmungen (10') des verschiebbaren Riegels (10) gezogen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (9"') der Rastklinken (9') durch von ausserhalb des Behälters bzw. der Hülle angelegte Magnetfelder aus der Verriegelungsstellung hebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, mit mindestens drei Verriegelungszungen (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Zungen (9) im Vergleich mit den anderen Zungen eine umgekehrte magnetische Polarität aufweist, so dass zur Entriegelung Magnete mit entsprechend verschiedener Polarität einzusetzen sind.
