Claims (13)
- Kombination aus einem Behälter (4) und einem Verschluß (1), wobei der Behälter (4) ein oberes Ende (3 und 10) hat und einen engen Hals (3) aufweist, der über eine Schulter (10) mit einem Körper oder Mantel (9) verbunden ist, wobei der Verschluß (1) und das obere Ende (3 und 10) jeweils einander ergänzende Vorrichtungen (10, 14 und 15) zu ihrer Verriegelung gegenüber den relativen Drehungen des Verschlusses (1) bezüglich dem Behälter (4) aufweisen und die Verriegelungsvorrichtungen eine elastisch biegsame, axial angeordnete Zunge (12), die von dem Verschluß (1) getragen wird, sowie profilierte Axialbereiche (14, 15) aufweisen, die von der Schulter (10) getragen werden, wobei diese profilierten Bereiche einen ersten Bereich (14) mit einer ersten Wand (19) aufweisen, die bezüglich einer diametralen, durch sie hindurchführenden Axialebene des Behälters geneigt ist, gegen welche die Zunge (12) gleitet und sich dabei elastisch verformt, wenn der Verschluß (1) gedreht wird, und die Zunge (12) anschließend durch Rückfederung in einen Raum umgebogen wird, der sich zwischen diesem Bereich (14) und einem zweiten profilierten Axialbereich (15) befindet, gegen den die Zunge (12) anschlägt, wodurch sie in relativer Drehung verriegelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:a) die Zunge (12) unter dem Boden des Verschlusses befestigt ist und unter ihrer Befestigung frei istb) der erste Bereich (14) eine zweite Wand (16) aufweist, die mit der schrägen Wand (19) eine V-förmige Kerbe (20) bildet, die zu dem zweiten Anschlagbereich (15) hin gewendet ist, und die schräge Wand (19) in einer Endseitenkante (191) ausläuft, an der die Zunge (12) am Ende ihrer Gleitbewegung gegen die schräge Wand (19) durch Rückfederung eingreift, indem sie sich in dem Raum zwischen der V-förmigen Kerbe (20) und dem Anschlagbereich (15) umbiegt;c) entweder die zweite Wand (16) des ersten Bereichs (14) in einem Abstand vom zweiten Anschlagbereich (15) endet, der geringer ist als die Umfangsbreite der Zunge (12), oder die zweite Wand (16) des ersten Bereichs (14) bis zum zweiten Anschlagbereich (15) verlängert ist und eine durchgehende Wand (160) bildet, wobei die in den Raum umgebogene Zunge (12) dann von allen Seiten zwischen den profilierten Bereichen (14) und (15) eingeschlossen ist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher sich die Endkante (191) der schrägen Wand (19) zum Inneren der Schulter (10) hinter der Zunge (12) in eingegriffener Position befindet.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der Behälter (4) aus formgußfähigem Material und der Verschluß (1) aus elastisch verformbarem Kunststoff besteht.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher die profilierten Axialbereiche (14, 15) aus in einem Stück mit dem oberen Ende (3 und 10) gegossenem Kunststoff bestehen, wobei die erste schräge Wand (19) des ersten Eingriffs- und Rückhaltebereichs (14) eine Stärke aufweist, die in Richtung auf ihre Endseitenkante (191) abnimmt und somit elastisch biegsam ist.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welcher die erste Wand (19) auf der Seite, die außerhalb der V-förmigen Kerbe (20) liegt, eine Eingriffsfläche (21) für die Zunge (12) aufweist, die um 40 bis 50° bezüglich der diametralen Axialebene geneigt ist, wobei die Zunge vorne eine seitliche Eingriffsabschrägung (22) mit einer größeren Neigung als die der Eingriffsfläche (21) aufweist, die etwa 45 bis 55° beträgt.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher die Zunge (12) eine Umfangsbreite von 24 bis 32° und eine Stärke von 2 bis 3 mm aufweist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher die Zunge eine seitliche hintere Innenabschrägung (25) aufweist, die es ihr ermöglicht, noch weiter in die V-förmige Kerbe (20) zu gelangen, und bei welcher der Abstand vom Ende der zweiten Wand (16) zum Anschlagbereich (15) höchstens gleich 20° ist.
- Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, bei welcher die erste Wand (19) des ersten profilierten Bereichs (14) in einem Abstand von dem Anschlagbereich (15) endet, der um 1 bis 3° geringer ist als die Umfangsbreite der Zunge.
- Kombination nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Verschluß ein Verschluß mit Schnellschraubung auf dem Hals ist und bei der die Zunge (12) an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer Abschrägung (24) versehen ist, die zum Äußeren des Verschlusses (1) zeigt, wodurch verhindert wird, daß die Zunge (12) bei einem Anliegen an dem Anschlagbereich versehentlich axial eingreift.
- Kombination nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Zunge (12) mindestens 6 mm hoch ist und auf mindestens zwei Dritteln ihrer Höhe zwischen den profilierten Axialbereichen (14, 15) eingreift.
- Kombination nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Verschluß (1) auf dem Hals (3) durch Einrasten befestigt und bezüglich dem Körper oder dem Mantel (9) durch Drehung und Verriegelung der Zunge (12) des Verschlusses (1) zwischen den von der Schulter (10) des Behälters (4) getragenen profilierten Axialbereichen (14, 15) ausgerichtet ist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 9, bei welcher der Verschluß auf dem Hals (3) befestigt und mit einer Ausrichtung verriegelt ist, die so gewählt ist, daß sie weniger als eineinhalb Schraubumdrehungen umfaßt.
- Verwendung der Kombination des Verschlusses (1) und des Behälters (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 in einer Verschlußanlage, bei welcher der Verschluß auf den Hals (3) des Behälters (4) gedrückt wird, dann der Verschluß (1) bezüglich dem Behälter (4) so weit gedreht wird, bis ein gewähltes Feststellmoment erreicht ist, das die Verriegelung bestätigt.
