Claims (8)

  1. Mühle zum Walzen von Rohmaterialien, die zur Herstellung keramischer Produkte bestimmt sind, der Art mit zwei gegenläufigen, zylindrischen Mantelringen (1, 2), die auf Lagern (3, 4) sitzen, wobei jeder der zylindrischen Mantelringe (1, 2) von Lagern (3 oder 4) getragen wird und die Lager (3, 4) erste Lager (3), die unbeweglich angebracht sind, und zweite Lager (4) umfassen, die in einer Führungsschiene (7) laufen können, wobei:
    mindestens ein Keil (11) mit veränderlicher Dicke zwischen ein erstes Lager (3) und ein zweites Lager (4) geschaltet ist, um den Abstand der beiden Walzringe (1, 2) einzustellen,
    jeder Keil (11) aus einem quer zur Laufschiene beweglichen Abschnitt (11a) und aus einem anderen Abschnitt (11 b) besteht,
    jeder Keilabschnitt (11a oder 11b) eine ebene Fläche (13 oder 14) senkrecht zur Achse der Führungsschien (7) und eine schräge Fläche (16 oder 15) aufweist, die parallel zur schrägen Fläche (15 oder 16) des anderen Abschnitts (11b oder 11a) des Keils verläuft und gegen diese anliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbaren Lager (4) der Schubkraft eines oder mehrerer hydraulischer Zylinder (12) ausgesetzt werden, wobei jeder bewegliche Abschnitt (11a) seine schräge Fläche (16) an der schrägen Fläche (15) des anderen Keilabschnitts (11b) vertikal entlanglaufen lassen kann, und die Mantelringe (1, 2) aufeinanderzubewegt werden können, indem der bewegliche Keilabschnitt (11a) nach oben bewegt wird.
  2. Mühle zum Walzen von Rohmaterialien, die zur Herstellung keramischer Produkte bestimmt sind, zwischen zwei Mantelringen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellung der Stützflächen der Flächen (13, 14, 15, 16) so bestimmt ist, daß die Stützflächen relativ zur horizontalen Ebene, welche die Achsen der Wellen (1a, 2a) der Mantelringe (1, 2) enthält, im wesentlichen symmetrisch sind, damit die Kräfte stets symmetrisch verteilt sind.
  3. Mühle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der eine zusätzliche Unterlegplatte (20) zwischen der vertikalen Fläche (14) des unbeweglichen Keilabschnitts (11b) und dem entsprechenden Lager (4) angeordnet ist.
  4. Mühle nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Dicke der zusätzlichen Unterlegplatte (20) der von den Lagern (4) des beweglichen Mantelrings (2) zurückgelegten Strecke zwischen der untersten Stellung und der obersten Stellung des beweglichen Abschnitts (11a) des Keils (11) entspricht.
  5. Mühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Keile (11) so bestimmt sind, daß sie die Wärmedehnung der Mantelringe (1, 2) ausgleichen, um einen konstanten Mahlabstand beizubehalten.
  6. Mühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine elektrische Vorrichtung zur Detektion des Kontakthaltens jedes Keils (11) mit seiner Stütze umfaßt, welche die Antriebssteuerung der Zylinder anhalten kann.
  7. Mühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Lager (3) mittels Widerlagern (10) fest gegen eine vertikale Wand (7a) der Führungsschiene (7) in Anlage gehalten werden.
  8. Mühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der die arretierten Lager (3) direkt von den Widerlagern (10) in Anlage gegen den Keil (11) gehalten werden.
