Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zur schnellen Identifikation von Unterlagen, des Typs mit Identifikationsbändern die mit jedem der Unterlagenträger verbunden sind, wobei das Identifikationsband einer jeden Unterlage in eine Vielzahl von aufeinanderfolgenden Bereichen unterteilt ist, mit mindestens einem ersten, einem ersten Identifikationskriterium entsprechenden Bereich durch die Positionierung eines oder mehrerer farbiger Anzeiger (7, 8), jeweils in einer oder mehreren Positionen (3, 4), markiert durch einen Buchstaben oder eine Zahl, wobei die Identifikation nach diesem ersten Kriterium in Form einer Kombination erfolgt, die aus der Position der farbigen Anzeiger (7, 8) in Bezug auf einen von einem der lotrecht zum oberen Rand (1) des Unterlagenträgers verlaufenden Rand (6) gebildeten Referenzrand und der Farbe der besagten farbigen Anzeiger besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie des weiteren mindestens einen zweiten, einem zweiten unabhängigen Kriterium entsprechenden Bereich umfasst mit einer Vielzahl von Positionen (4), die von einer zweiten Reihe von Buchstaben oder Zahlen markiert werden, wobei die Identifikation nach diesem zweiten Kriterium in Form einer Kombination erfolgt, die aus der Position der farbigen Anzeiger (7, 8) in diesem zweiten Bereich in Bezug auf den besagten Referenzrand des Unterlagenträgers und der Farbe der besagten farbigen Anzeiger besteht.
  2. Vorrichtung zur schnellen Identifikation von Unterlagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Anzeiger aus Indexzungen (7, 8) bestehen, die an einem der Ränder des Unterlagenträgers befestigt werden können.
  3. Vorrichtung zur schnellen Identifikation von Unterlagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Ränder des Unterlagenträgers eine Vielzahl von Löchern (4) zum Einsetzen der farbigen Indexzungen (7, 8) aufweist, wobei die Löcher in eine Vielzahl von Markierungsbereichen unterteilt sind, die verschiedenen Codierungsebenen entsprechen.
  4. Vorrichtung zur schnellen Identifikation von Unterlagen nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie des weiteren eine Vielzahl von Decodierungskarten umfasst, wobei jede dieser Karten an ihrem oberen Rand ein Identifikationsband aufweist, das in eine Vielzahl von aufeinanderfolgenden Bereichen unterteilt ist, in gleicher Weise wie das Identifikationsband des Papierträgers.
  5. Vorrichtung zur schnellen Identifikation von Unterlagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Anzeiger (7, 8) aus steifen Kunststoffelementen bestehen, die einen geraden Teil (9) aufweisen, dessen Breite etwa der Breite der Löcher (4) entspricht und dessen Länge grösser ist als der Abstand der beiden Reihen (2, 3) der Löcher (4), wobei dieser gerade Teil (9) von einem Arretierteil (10) verlängert wird, das von einem ersten Abschnitt (11) gebildet wird, der eine seitliche Auskragung in Bezug auf einen der Ränder des geraden Teils bildet, und von einem zweiten Abschnitt (12), der eine seitliche Auskragung in Bezug auf den gegenüberliegenden Rand des geraden Teils bildet, wobei die beiden Abschnitte durch eine Verbindungszone (13) verbunden werden, deren Breite der Breite der Löcher (4) entspricht, wobei die beiden Abschnitte der Verbindungszone gegenüberliegende, viertelkreisförmig abgerundete Ränder aufweisen.
