Claims (11)
- Dispositif de serrage pour pièces en cours d'usinage ou similaires, avec un porte-pièce doté de deux corps de serrage (1, 2, 28) disposés sur des côtés mutuellement opposés de la pièce et pouvant être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'un (1, 28) des corps de serrage pouvant être déplacé dans la direction de serrage par au moins un coulisseau (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) pouvant être alimenté en force au moyen d'une source de fluide sous pression, et le ou les coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) étant reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission de renvoi à au moins un coulisseau antagoniste (26), par lequel l'autre corps de serrage (2) peut être déplacé en direction contraire du corps de serrage (1) côté coulisseau(x), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un porte-pièce supplémentaire est prévu, et en ce que les coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) des différents porte-pièce peuvent être alimentés en force en parallèle au moyen de la source de fluide sous pression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux porte-pièce avec des corps de serrage (1, 2, 28) mutuellement opposés par paires sont prévus, les directions de serrage des paires de corps de serrage (1, 2, 28) formant un angle, de préférence un angle approximativement droit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des mors profilés (36, 37, 38, 38), dont la forme est adaptée à la section de la pièce, sont fixés sur les côtés des corps de serrage (1, 2, 28) qui sont tournés vers la pièce.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les mors profilés (36, 37, 38, 38) sont fixés de manière amovible sur les corps de serrage (1, 2, 28).
- Dispositif selon le préambule de la revendication 1, dans lequel la transmission de renvoi alimente en force le coulisseau antagoniste (26) en dehors de son axe médian (27) dans la direction de déplacement, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue une transmission complémentaire, symétrique à la transmission de renvoi par rapport à l'axe médian (27) du coulisseau antagoniste (26) et par l'intermédiaire de laquelle le ou les coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) sont reliés au coulisseau antagoniste (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou les coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) sont reliés en déplacement à deux branches (11, 12) qui engagent en recouvrement la pièce sur deux côtés mutuellement opposés à la manière d'une fourche, et sont reliés au coulisseau antagoniste (26) par l'intermédiaire de la transmission de renvoi par l'une des branches (11, 12) et par l'intermédiaire de la transmission complémentaire par l'autre branche (11, 12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de renvoi ainsi que la transmission complémentaire présentent chacune un levier à deux bras (16, 17) rotatif autour d'un axe de rotation (20, 21) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de déplacement du ou des coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) ainsi que du coulisseau antagoniste (26), les leviers (16, 17) s'appuyant par l'un des bras de lever contre le ou les coulisseaux (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b), le cas échéant contre les branches (11, 12) reliées au(x) coulisseau(x) (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b), et par l'autre bras de lever contre le coulisseau antagoniste (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un logement respectif du genre rainure (14, 15, 24, 25) est prévu sur les côtés des branches (11, 12) reliées au(x) coulisseau(x) (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) qui sont tournés vers le levier (16, 17) ainsi que sur les côtés opposés du coulisseau antagoniste (26), l'extrémité associée des bras de lever respectifs des leviers à deux bras (16, 17) s'appuyant dans ces logements.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les leviers à deux bras (16, 17) s'appuient par l'intermédiaire d'un galet d'appui rotatif respectif (18, 19, 22, 23) aux extrémités des bras de levier dans le logement respectivement associé (14, 15, 24, 25) des branches (11, 12) reliées au(x) coulisseau(x) (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) et du coulisseau antagoniste (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau antagoniste (26) ainsi que les branches (11, 12) reliées au(x) coulisseau(x) (7a, 7b, 29a, 29b) sont réalisés, sur leurs côtés mutuellement opposés, sous la forme de crémaillères sur au moins une longueur partielle dans la direction de déplacement, et en ce que la transmission de renvoi ainsi que la transmission complémentaire présentent chacune un pignon rotatif autour d'un axe s'étendant transversalement à la direction de déplacement des branches (11, 12) et du coulisseau antagoniste (26), pignon qui engrène avec les crémaillères des branches (11, 12) ainsi que du coulisseau antagoniste (26).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé par les caractéristiques d'au moins une des revendications 1 à 4.
