Claims (7)
- Procédé destiné à la gazéification de solides et la combustion successive des gaz combustibles obtenus, selon lequel les solides d'une chaudière de chauffage de gazéification sont séchés dans une zone de séchage et sont gazéifiés au-dessus d'une grille dans une zone de gazéification sous l'effet de l'ajout d'air dans des proportions sous-stoechiométriques et selon lequel les gaz sont collectés au-dessous de la grille dans une chambre collectrice de gaz, caractérisé en ce que les gaz sont amenés de la chambre collectrice de gaz vers un brûleur à gaz comportant un tube conducteur de gaz et une chambre de mélange gaz-air et en ce que le mélange ainsi formé est amené à une chambre de combustion disposée à l'intérieur de la chambre collectrice de gaz et fermée par rapport à cette dernière, et est brûlé.
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification des solides comportant une goulotte d'alimentation disposée au-dessus d'une grille mobile, une chambre de gazéification contiguë à la goulotte d'alimentation au-dessus de la grille, une chambre de combustion équipée d'un brûleur de démarrage ou d'un brûleur de soutien ainsi que d'une conduite d'admission d'air alimentée par un ventilateur dans la zone de la grille et un tuyau de compensation de pression pour relier la goulotte d'alimentation à la zone du lit d'incandescence au-dessus de la grille, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de combustion (8) est disposée à l'intérieur d'une chambre collectrice de gaz (5) tout en étant fermée par rapport à cette dernière et en ce qu'un brûleur à gaz (19) comportant une chambre de mélange gaz-air (15) et un tube conducteur de gaz (10) est prévu dans la zone d'entrée de la chambre de combustion (8).
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le brûleur à gaz (19) est combiné avec un brûleur de démarrage ou un brûleur de soutien (16).
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de combustion (8) traverse en tant que tube, la chambre collectrice de gaz (5) et est disposée au-dessus de la chambre des cendres (6).
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de combustion (8) traverse en tant que tube, la chambre collectrice de gaz (5) et est disposée au-dessous de la chambre des cendres (6).
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification des solides selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de mélange (15) gaz-air est disposée en amont d'un tube conducteur de gaz (10) autour duquel passe l'air extérieur dans les gaines d'air extérieur (12).
- Chaudière de chauffage de gazéification des solides selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que des déflecteurs (17, 18) sont disposés sur le parcours des gaz.
