Abstract

Un dispositif de lavage et de séchage de planches d'impression comprend une table d'entrée (1) suivie d'une série de stations (2, 3, 4, 5) de lavage, de rinçage, de conservation et/ou de gommage et de séchage. Les différentes stations comprennent des paires de cylindres (10, 11) à axe de rotation horizontal dont l'écartement se situe à la hauteur de la table d'entrée (1). Au moins un cylindre de chaque paire de cylindres (10, 11) peut être entraîné de façon à faire avancer les planches d'impression en prise avec les cylindres (10, 11) à travers l'écartement. Le dispositif comprend enfin une table de sortie (6). Des systèmes de guidage longitudinal (12) dans toutes les stations (2, 3, 4, 5) sont alignés sur une ligne commune qui coïncide avec le convoyeur (26) des paires de cylindres (10, 11). Tous les systèmes de guidage longitudinal (12) sont situés soit au-dessus soit au-dessous de l'écartement entre cylindres et délimitent un passage sans obstacle adjacent à l'écartement entre cylindres à travers toutes les stations (2, 3, 4, 5).
