Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung dekorativer Elemente, die wie Schmiedeeisen aussehen, aus einem Weichmetall oder einer Weichmetall-Legierung, wobei man nacheinander folgende Schritte durchführt:Herstellen eines Rohlings,Hämmern des Rohlings derart, daß man eine unregelmäßige Oberfläche mit Vertiefungen und Erhebungen erhält,Überziehen des so gehämmerten Teils mit mindestens einer Farbschicht oder einem ähnlichen, undurchsichtigen Überzug,oberflächliches Bürsten des bemalten oder beschichteten Teils, derart, daß die Farbe (oder die Beschichtung) von den vorstehenden Teilen entfernt wird, während sie in den vertieften Teilen belassen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das bemalte und gebürstete Teil mit einem transparenten Schutzlack oder -überzug beschichtet, um die Farbe oder die Beschichtung, die sich in den vertieften Teilen befindet, zu fixieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem man das Teil mit zwei Farbschichten in unterschiedlichen Farbtönen beschichtet, anschließend das oberflächliche Bürsten so durchführt, daß man die zweite Farbschicht nur in den vorstehenden Bereichen, nicht aber in den vertieften, entfernt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem zur Herstellung des Rohlings Aluminium, Zamak oder ein anderes Weichmetall, das die Ausbildung von Vertiefungen und Erhebungen durch Hämmern zuläßt, in eine Gußform gegossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem das Hämmern dadurch erreicht wird, daß man die Rohlinge in Gegenwart von Kugeln aus einem harten Material in eine Drehtrommel oder Drehwalze einbringt.
- Dekorative Produkte, die wie Schmiedeeisen aussehen und zumindest teilweise durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 hergestellt werden können.
