Claims (20)

  1. Elément de construction coupe-feu pour la fabrication d'éléments pare-feu tels que portes, fenêtres et analogues, comportant un profilé à âme (3) en aluminium pourvu d'une séparation thermique et qui supporte notamment un vitrage pare-feu, et au moins un profilé en aluminium (6) en coquille, disposé des deux côtés du profilé (3) et formant avec ce profilé (3) respectivement une chambre fermée (7), le profilé (3) et les profilés (6) disposés des deux côtés de ce profilé (3) constituant un profilé porteur, caractérisé en ce que le profilé (3) constitué de parois longitudinales et transversales (4, 45), comporte dans ses parois transversales (45) des traverses profilées intégrées (9) réalisées en un matériau mécaniquement résistant et à faible conductivité thermique, en vue de réaliser la séparation thermique, les traverses profilées (9) étant insérées dans les parois transversales (45) par serrage de force ou en plus de par leur forme.
  2. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé porteur présente, à l'intérieur des parois transversales (8) du profilé en coquille (6), une séparation thermique.
  3. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les chambres (7) sont remplies d'un profilé (12) d'isolation et de support thermorésistant, qui est relié au profilé à âme (3) par engagement géométrique ou par engagement géométrique et solidarisation mécanique.
  4. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le profilé à âme (3) est rempli d'un profilé (12) d'isolation, thermorésistant.
  5. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur des parois transversales (8) des profilés (6) et/ou dans les parois transversales (45) du profilé à âme (3) sont façonnés des profilés de serrage (10) en forme de U se faisant face mutuellement, destinés à recevoir les profilés (9) pour assurer la séparation thermique, les traverses profilées (9) étant serrés entre les branches (11) du U.

Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans les chambres (7) formées par les profilés (6) et/ou à l'intérieur du profilé à âme (3) respectivement derrière les profilés de serrage en U (10) sont conformés des retours (13), de telle sorte que les profilés (12) de support et d'isolation se trouvent assemblés par engagement géométrique au profilé porteur constitué du profilé à âme (3) et des profilés (6).
  7. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 6, comprenant un profilé-cadre (1) et une vitre (2) caractérisé en ce que sur la face transversale du profilé porteur (1) orienté vers la vitre (2) de la fenêtre, des deux côtés du plan de celle-ci, sont fixées des baguettes (21) de maintien de la vitre au moyen de vis en acier avant les traverses profilées (9) et qu'une baguette de pontage (23) est fixée au moyen d'une vis en acier sur la face transversale du profilé à âme (3) orienté vers la vitre (2).
  8. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'en prolongement de la face frontale la plus large du profilé-cadre qui est conformé en profilé de cadre de porte (5) ou en profilé de battant de porte (15), est moulée une baguette de butée (24) qui sert en même temps à recouvrir l'interstice entre le profilé (5) et le profilé (15).
  9. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le profilé-cadre est réalisé en forme de profilé de cadre de porte (5) et en forme de cadre de battant de porte (15), et qu'entre le profilé (5) et le profilé (15) est prévu un interstice (16) qui s'étend perpendiculairement ou obliquement par rapport au plan (X-X) de la fenêtre, interstice dans lequel s'étendent d'une part les parois transversales (8) orientées l'une vers l'autre des profilés (6), parallèlement et en formant un angle droit ou oblique avec le plan (X-X) de la fenêtre, et d'autre part les parois transversales du profilé (3) perpendiculairement par rapport au plan (X-X) de la fenêtre.
  10. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de l'interstice (16) entre le profilé (5) et le profilé (15) sont fixées , parallèlement aux parois transversales, des garnitures de joint (17) qui sont constituées en une matière gonflant sous l'effet de la chaleur.
  11. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que respectivement dans un espace creux formé par le profilé (3) du profilé (5) ou du profilé (15) est prévu un élément d'huisserie en acier (26) en forme de U destiné à fixer un bandeau extérieur de porte (25).
  12. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément d'huisserie en acier (26) du profilé (15) est formé au moins un pivot en acier (28), de telle sorte que celui-ci pénètre à travers la face transversale du profilé à âme (3) orientée vers le profilé (5) dans un évidement (29) se trouvant sur la face transversale opposée du profilé (5).
  13. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que dans l'un des profilés creux (6) formant les chambres (7) du profilé de cadre de porte (5) et du profilé de battant de porte (15) est disposé un élément d'huisserie en acier (26a) destiné à la fixation d'un bandeau extérieur de porte (25).
  14. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que sur le profilé (15), notamment sur une baguette de pontage (49) fixée sur le profilé (15) parallèlement à la paroi transversale (45) du profilé (3), est fixé au moins un pivot en acier (28), de telle sorte que celui-ci pénètre dans un évidement (29) du profilé (5), notamment d'une baguette de pontage (50) montée sur la paroi transversale (45) opposée du profilé (5).
  15. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que dans la région du pied de la porte du profilé (15), dans une zone angulaire entre la face longitudinale et la face transversale du profilé (15) est fixé un profilé (31) en forme de L de protection contre les gaz de fumée, dont la branche (32), parallèle à la paroi transversale (8), est reliée au profilé à âme (3) par une traverse profilée (33) afin d'assurer la séparation thermique.
  16. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que dans la région du recouvrement central (35) d'une porte à deux battants est inséré un profilé central non porteur (36) fixé sur l'un des profilés (15), ce profilé (36) étant conformé en profilé à trois chambres tandis que des deux côtés d'un profilé à âme creux se trouvent deux profilés extérieurs en coquille (37) à l'intérieur desquels est disposé respectivement, avec engagement géométrique, un profilé porteur et d'isolation (12), et dans les parois transversales desquels sont prévus des interstices de séparation (39) pour assurer la séparation thermique.
  17. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que dans la région du profilé (3) d'un profilé (15) d'une porte à un seul ou à deux battants est disposé un loquet (18) muni d'un dispositif de manoeuvre (53) et sur le profilé à âme (3) d'un profilé-cadre (1) opposé ou d'un profilé de cadre de porte (5) est disposée une serrure à loquet (19) associée, tandis que dans le cas d'un profilé isolant (12) disposé à l'intérieur du profilé à âme (3) ledit profilé (12) comporte un évidement pour le loquet (18) ou son dispositif de manoeuvre (53).
  18. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que dans la région du profilé à âme (3) de l'un des profilés (15) d'une porte à deux battants est disposé un pêne (54) s'étendant en direction du profilé, tandis que dans le cas d'un profilé isolant (12) disposé à l'intérieur du profilé (3) s'étend à travers ledit profilé (12) un tube de guidage (55) recevant ledit pêne (54), ce tube étant maintenu de préférence à l'intérieur du profilé (3).
  19. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le vitrage pare feu est constitué par une vitre (2) à au moins deux couches qui présente au moins une couche intermédiaire, notamment en silicate de sodium, qui se dilate sous l'effet de la chaleur, et par conséquent assure l'étanchéité de l'interstice entre le vitrage et le profilé (1, 5, 15).
  20. Elément de construction coupe-feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de l'interstice entre le profilé (1, 5, 15) et le vitrage pare-feu est disposé un joint en forme de bande (59) en une matière qui émulsionne ou gonfle sous l'effet de la chaleur.
