Description
Claims (6)
- Dispositif pour le stockage et le dépotage intégral de graisse, ce dispositif comprenant une enceinte cylindrique (10), dont la partie supérieure (20) est de préférence escamotable, une partie inférieure (30) de forme conique, solidaire de ladite enceinte et pourvue dans sa partie la plus basse d'un orifice d'évacuation contrôlé (40), et un plateau formant piston (70), de forme conique complémentaire de celle de l'extrémité inférieure (30) de l'enceinte cylindrique (10), disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe de celle-ci, ce plateau ayant une section transversale égale à la section interne de l'enceinte et étant apte à coulisser dans celle-ci, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que le poids du plateau (70) formant piston est tel qu'il puisse coulisser par simple gravité en repoussant pour l'évacuer la graisse (110) se trouvant dans la partie basse de l'enceinte cylindrique, et en ce que le plateau formant piston (70) est monté coulissant sur au moins une tige (120) parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de l'enceinte cylindrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unique tige (70), disposée suivant l'axe de l'enceinte (10), ou deux tiges diamétralement opposées, disposées à la périphérie interne de cette enceinte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie haute (20) de l'enceinte cylindrique est équipée d'une entrée d'air comprimé ou de liquide (60).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le plateau formant piston (70) est équipé à sa périphérie d'un ou, de préférence, de plusieurs joints racleurs (100).
- Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un unique orifice (40), situé à la partie inférieure de l'enceinte cylindrique (10), pour le remplissage en graisse de celle-ci et pour le dépotage de la graisse.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte cylindrique (10) est apte à contenir des quantités de graisses supérieures à 1 tonne et de préférence à 1,2 tonne.
