Definitions

  • the invention relates, as indicated by the wording, a TOY OR A MULTI-COMBINABLE MINIATURE ORNAMENT, SKILLS DIDACTIC, based on a regular dihedral body, concretely a subdivided spherical block in a regular and exact number of fractions that can move at by the hands of the user, around the core of said body making the movements in the direction of its coordinate axes and independently of the planes to which, said axes sub-divide the sphere or the specific dihedral body.
  • the invention claims mainly to harmonize the internal structure of the invariably maintaining the number of external common parts of it, with the proper expressions or manifestations for the representation of the figure, image or character that we want to manifest. That is to say, all the internal parts of the assembly are invariable as to their function, so that only the covering parts which show the visible side of the toy will be designed and molded with one of the parts of the toy which is a "puzzle" that configures the whole in any version of the object, character, animal or thing reproduced.
  • the invention mainly concerns the antecedents understood. in the state of the art of the inventor himself.
  • the invention relies on the idea of incorporating a spherical core with hollow structure, divided into two grooved and tabbed fitting parts and having centering means, which join together by and by means fixation with a lost or hidden head in the internal part of the structure comprising the six housings - orthogonally and symmetrically distributed for guide pieces; means for access to said means of fixation and means for locating the octant which acts as a pivot.
  • the invention also relies on the idea of incorporating a piece of guidance, which having the same general format of structure, has means direct anchoring and securing which while determining the fixing in position of the workpiece does not prevent a certain vertical mobility thereof so as not to obstruct the movement of the moving and support parts.
  • the invention also relies on the idea of the aforementioned seven moving parts and commented on in the previous idea and which, by the proportional imperative, equivalent to an octant of sphere, then constituted by a triangular-spherical sector sized with the measures necessary to circulate on the spherical core avoiding the rods of the guide parts housed in the six accommodation mentioned. It is a part hollowed out by the upper plan so that the central member for the bracing of the covering parts, does not not exceed the plane defining the external (convex) face of the part, while that its sides (or catheters) have means to engage relatively in the positions marked by the stationary or non-movable pivot part.
  • the stationary pivot piece has a format analogous to the previous ones with an identical proportion. It is also integrated by a body hollowed out by the upper plane, but the central member of the assembly for the cover piece, slightly exceeds the plane defining the outer (convex) face thereof. And, internally, it has symmetrical radial means which, coincident with another of the nucleus spherical forms the housings for three members of the engagement elastic (retractable).
  • the spherical organ or nucleus is a semi-hollow body divided into two adjustable parts by tongue and groove assembly where, while coinciding with the adjustment edges and / or with the axis of symmetry, it is provided with a small bayonet fitting for centering the two parts.
  • One of these parts includes the structure with the female parts for the fixing (screwing, pressure or any other) of the fixing means which serve joining the two parts of the spheres where the one opposite has two holes diametrically opposite, with the mouth submerged and oblique where the head passes of the fixing means lost below the sphere.
  • the six housings for the guide parts are re-entrant openings at square mouth and bevelled edges which, inside, are delimited by four parallel walls that penetrate less than half the interior radius of the sphere.
  • the six openings are equidistant from each other and orthogonally distributed, four coinciding with the line of union of the two parts of the sphere - half on each side - and the other two at the poles of each.
  • the first four are delimited by four walls separated from each other. Three are contained in semi-spheres which have the points of clamping and others are contained in the opposite semi-sphere and the second two are delimited by four plain walls or square tubular holes.
  • the guide parts which are mounted in said six openings have the known format in "T" of the State of the Art.
  • the head is square, curved in an arc parallel to the sphere; with double edges bevelled and rounded corners.
  • Said arcuate planes have both inside and outside the degree of curve respectively coinciding with the spherical plane that describe the eight moving and stationary parts and the eight covering parts or wraparound.
  • the support is a prismatic rod which is cut at the lower end by an angular opening in clamp mode, so that the tips, outside and laterally, have shoulders in the mode of interlocking claws.
  • the seven moving parts having the dimensions of an octant of a sphere are parts triangle-spherical, hollowed out by the external convex plane by defining a central cylinder, which does not exceed the surface plane and which, internally, has three vertical grooves for the bayonet connection of the parts respective overlap or enveloping.
  • the upper edges of the sides of said part are bevelled; edges rounded and chamfered sides returning towards the base.
  • the recesses vertical to mid-haulteür are the recesses vertical to mid-haulteür. These are notches that are used to snap relatively and circumstantially, when the pieces pass through the points of the stationary pivot piece.
  • the octant or pivot piece has a substantially identical format to that of the previous ones and whose dimensions are obviously identical.
  • the assembly means for covering or enveloping parts are the same, but with a slight difference, it stands out slightly for coupling the respective cover piece in the event of special realization.
  • edges are hollowed out at right angles, just like those we know. II particularly present inside the vaulted corridors closed inside and open to the outside, radial and equidistant from each other. Those are guides for the accommodation of the interlocking members.
  • Three points of interlocking composed by known spring and ball bodies. A spring and a ball are housed in said corridors and in the housings of the semi-sphere that coincide with these.
  • the assembly member with the covering or enveloping part is adapted to constitute a anchor member for a key chain or other means of securing, an object, an ornament or the like.
  • the respective covering part relating to the version will also be different and specially adapted to be mounted in said assembly member.
  • the sphere or core of the assembly is indicated with (1) in general, (10) and (11) being the semi-spherical parts which integrate it.
  • the two semi-spherical parts (10) (11) which make up the core (1), are coupled to each other by grooved and tabbed assembly (13) (14), serving as an anchoring element for the embedding (16) (16A) ( Figures 2A-A and 2A-D).
  • the core (1) has six openings (12) distributed equidistant from each other and orthogonally in the spherical body; four being located at 90 ° on the assembly line (L) and two being at the poles of each semi-sphere (10) (11). These openings (12) intended for the mounting of the "T" guide pieces (4) having a mouth having bevelled edges (12A) and they are internally composed in different ways.
  • the four line holes (12) of intersection (L) are composed of two parallel walls (12B-12C) and those parallel legs (12D-12E).
  • the walls (12B-12C) and the tab (12D) are integrated into the semi-sphere (11).
  • the tab (12E) is integrated in the semi-sphere (10).
  • the housings (12) of the poles have a tubular-square shape (12F). They have a depth less than half the inner radius of the sphere. A length calculated so that the anchor member of the part (4) can snap against the inner edges (12C) of said walls (12B-12C), said tabs (12D-12E) and said tubular
  • the assembly of the two semi-spheres (10-11) means that the housings (12) are mounted this way.
  • the square shape of the housings (12) formed as well by the combination walls (12B-12C) and legs (12D-12E) only through the tubular body (12F) allows the guide parts (4) to be mounted in said housings without the need for a precise and necessary orientation of it. They are assembled in a very simple way.
  • the semi-sphere (10) has diametrically opposed embedded holes (18) (18A) projection projection for mounting the respective fixing means (6-6A) which are fixed in the corresponding female means (15-15A) (figures 3B, 4B, 4D), located inside the opposite semi-sphere (11), remaining inside said holes (18-18A) and under the bark of the semi-sphere (10).
  • the aforementioned semi-sphere (11) is in the outer bark ( Figure 4A) in a quadrant of it equivalent to an octant of it, more concretely the place intended for the coupling of the pivot part (2), and it has said concave housings (17,17A and 17D) with oblong profile and straight point with mode of a truncated irregular ellipse.
  • the dwellings (17, 17A and 17B) that we can see particularly in figures 2D and 2A-D serve as coupling and seat for the organ retractable latch composed by the spring (7) and the ball (8).
  • Said part (2) which, as we see in the different representations of Figures 2 and 2A, is a triangle-spherical piece equivalent to a spherical octant, is provided by the internal plane (20) of said vaulted corridors (21, 21A and 21B) distributed along the radial axes of the room. They are closed internally (22, 22A and 22B) and open from the outside (23, 23A and 23B) constituting the housing for said interlocking members, according to the figure 2D and 2A-D while the housings (17, 17A and 17B) serve as seats so that the truncated edges (17C, 17D and 17E) respectively, function stop for the balls (8).
  • the distance between the bottom (22, 22A and 22B) and the mouths (23, 23A and 23B) of the vaulted corridors (21, 21A and 21B) is less than the distance between said bottoms and said abutment edges (17C 17BD and 17E) housings (17, 17A and 17B) allowing the ball (B) slightly and partially protrudes from the part (2) constituting three relative interlocking points for movable parts (5) (figure 6).
  • the sides (24, 24A and 24B) of the part (2) are chamfered and lowered downwards.
  • the edges (25, 25A and 25B) are hollowed out at right angles to adjust to the prismatic members adjoining guide pieces (4).
  • Said part (2) also has a recess (26) from the outside plane from which projects the assembly member (27) centrally for the workpiece respective covering or enveloping (3) and provided for this purpose with each said vertical grooves (28, 28A, 28B) at 120 ° for adjustment to bayonet of certain male members for assembling the part (3).
  • the arc-spherical section of the head (40) describes an arcuate plane lower which is equal to the upper spherical plane that the parts describe movable (5) and / or stationary (2) and a plane curved in an upper arc which is equal to the lower spherical plane described by the cover pieces or enveloping (3). This allows the movement of the moving parts (5) and of the respective part (3) are made without inappropriate friction, obstructions and blockages.
  • the dimension of the head (40) is carried out according to the fact that, whatever either the position of the part (5) in its displacements and whatever the angle that it occupies, it will always, in a greater or lesser proportion, guided by at least two heads (40) of said guide parts (4), making impossible the fortuitous and even forced dislocation of these, unless it is broken.
  • the rods (46) are adjusted in the square holes (12) by slightly compressing the "V" opening (44) until the claws (45-45A) lock against the edges (12G), walls (12B-12C) and / or legs (12D-12E) and / or square tube (12F) which delimit the interior housing of the openings (12).
  • the rod (46) is directly related to the openings (47-47A) of the head (40) located laterally with respect to said rods (46) simply to favor molding and demolding operations of the part which, as as we said will be made of ABS.
  • These moving parts or octants (5) which also have a known shape, are defined by chamfered sides (53, 53A and 53B) which are tapered downwards and blunt edges (54, 54A and 54B), they have in the center of said sides, vertical recesses at mid-height (55, 55A and 55B), which are those which are provided for the relative engagement in the balls (8) which protrude relatively from the pivot piece (2), as we had the opportunity to describe it previously and see in the figures (2D and 2A-D), so that when the pieces (5) are moved in the different movements necessary for the realization of the game, according to the invention, they pass by grazing the sides (24, 24A, 24D) of the part (2) and its smooth parts push the ball (8) down while compressing partially the spring (7), when said ball (8) coincides with one of the recesses (55, 55A and 55B) of the part (5) the spring (7) is triggered and the ball (8) fits in these recesses (55, 55A and 55B). This weak engagement is
  • the anchoring member (28) defines a mode opening (2F) ring to be subjected to an independent element or object, for example a key holder (9) ( Figures 9 and 9A).
  • the versatility that can be obtained from the stationary pivot piece (2-2A) is a great advantage since it can have multiple different adaptations to be able to couple it to multiple objects without it diminishing any condition for the development of the game, according to the invention, in the representations multiples they can adopt and where we have an elementary example in the above figures 9 and 9A.
