Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzklappe, insbesondere für einen Ventilator, mit einem Gehäuseteil und mit einem Klappenteil, das schwenkbeweglich am Gehäuseteil gelagert ist, und mit einer beim Überschreiten einer vorgegebenen Temperatur auslösenden Arretiereinrichtung, die das Klappenteil in Schließstellung mittels einer unter Federwirkung in die Arretierposition schwenkenden Arretierstütze fixiert. Es ist vorgesehen, daß die Arretierstütze (34) zur Erzeugung der Federwirkung selbstfedernd sowie zur Erzeugung der Schwenkbewegung über ihre Erstreckung durchbiegbar ausgebildet ist.
