Claims (15)
- Verpackungsfolie für Lebensmittel, insbesondere Fleisch-, Wurst- oder Fischprodukte, wobei die Folie für den Verzehr geeignet ist und zur Erhöhung der Reißfestigkeit ein Netz an der Folie anliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folie und das Netz durch einen lebensmittelrechtlich unbedenklichen Klebstoff miteinander lösbar verbunden sind. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netz an der dem Lebensmittel abgewandten Folienseite angeordnet ist. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folie aus Cellulose, Stärke, Eiweiß, Polysacchariden, Codulon oder Carrageen oder einer Mischung dieser Stoffe besteht. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netz ein Gewebe, Gewirke oder Gestricke ist. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netz aus Zellwolle, Baumwolle, Kunstfasern oder einer Mischung dieser Stoffe besteht. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebstoff flüssigkeitslöslich, insbesondere wasserlöslich ist. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebstoff modifizierte Stärke oder Collagen enthält. - Verpackungsfolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,

daß die Folie und das Netz vor dem Einfüllen der Lebensmittel durch einen lebensmittelrechtlich unbedenklichen Klebstoff miteinander verklebt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folie, insbesondere durch Nähen, Heften oder Kleben, zu einem Behältnis geformt wird, wobei das Netz überwiegend außen zu liegen kommt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebstoff, insbesondere durch Wasser, nach dem Befüllen der Folie mit Lebensmitteln gelöst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lösen mittels Wasser durch Kochen oder Abwaschen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Netz nach dem Verpacken und gegebenenfalls einer Weiterbehandlung der Lebensmittel von der Folie abgezogen wird.
