Description

Bleichkraftverstärker für Bleichmittel- und Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen
Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Aminen als Bleichkraftverstärker für Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen und diese enthaltende Bleichmittel- und Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen.
Es ist bekannt, daß die Bleichwirkung von als Bleichmittel verwendeten Peroxiverbindungen, Persäuren und Kombinationen aus Peroxiverbindungen mit Persäure freisetzenden Aktivatoren durch Zusatz von Bleichkraftver- starkem bzw. Bleichkatalysatoren verstärkt werden kann. Als metallfreie Bleichkatalysatoren werden beispielsweise Iminiumsalze, Sulfonimine und N- Sulfonyloxaziridine eingesetzt.
In der EP-B1-0 313 146 ist die Verwendung von sekundären Aminen der Formel
(C6.2o-Hydrocarbyl)(C1.20-Hydrocarbyl)NH
in Mengen von 1 - 10 Gew.-% als zusätzliche Weichmachungsmittel in Detergenszusammensetzungen, die ein Bleichmittel und einen Bleichaktivator enthalten, allgemein beschrieben.
In der EP-A3-0 236 270 sind aliphatische sekundäre Amine in Mengen von 1 - 10 Gew.-% als schaumerzeugende Mittel bzw. oberflächenaktive Ver- bindungen in Verbindung mit einem speziellen Bleichmittel und Bleichaktiva¬ toren in Speckies allgemein beschrieben.
In der JP-A-07197097 sind Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen beschrieben, die ein Peroxid des Sauerstoffryps, einen Bleichaktivator auf Basis von Acyloxia- nilidderivaten und ein oder mehrere Amine, Aminsalze oder quartäre Ammo¬ niumsalze in einer Menge von mindestens 1 Gew.-% enthalten. Dabei können die Amine die hydrophilen sekundären Amine Diethanolamin, Etha- nolmethylamin, Diisopropanolamin oder N-Methylanilin sein. Die Zusammen- Setzungen dienen zum Bleichen von gefärbten Textilien, wobei ein Ver¬ blassen der Färbung vermieden werden soll.
In der JP 06248295 sind Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen mit guter Lager¬ stabilität beschrieben, die eine hohe Bleichkraft aufweisen und ein Entfärben von Textilien vermeiden. Die Zusammensetzungen enthalten Peroxide und ein Salz aus einem Bleichaktivator aus einem aromatischen Persäure- Vorläufer- anion und einem quartären Ammoniumion in einer Menge von mindestens 0,7 Gew.-%, das sich von den hydrophilen sekundären Aminen Diethanola¬ min, Diisopropanolamin oder Dimethylamin ableiten kann.
In der EP-A-0 173 398 sind Detergenszusammensetzungen beschrieben, die in einer Waschflüssigkeit Textilien reinigen und weichmachen können. Als wesentliche Textilienweichmachungsinhaltsstoff kann ein Gemisch eines langkettigen sekundären Amins mit Cellulase verwendet werden. Als ver- wendbar sind Dilaurylamin, Distearylamin und Taigmethylamin in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 5 Gew.-% beschrieben. Die Detergenszusammensetzungen können Bleichmittel und Bleichaktivatoren enthalten. In der DD 129 565 sind Waschmittelkompositionen beschrieben, die Ver- grauungsinhibitoren enthalten. Als Vergrauungsinhibitor kann Ricinolsäureetha- nolamid in einer Menge von 5 Gewichtsteilen, in Verbindung mit Natrium¬ borat-Perhydrat verwendet werden. Als weiterhin geeignet sind Dodecyletha- nolamin, Hexadecylethanolamin und Ölsäureethanolamid in einer Menge von 1 bis 5 Gewichtsteilen beschrieben.
In der WO 86/07603 sind Waschmittel für niedere Waschtemperaturen beschrieben, die als waschkraftverstärkenden Zusatz eine aliphatische Amin- Verbindung enthalten. Die aufgeführten Amidoamine können sekundäre Amine sein, in den beschriebenen Waschmitteln werden nur tertiäre Amine in Mengen von mehr als 1 Gew.-% verwendet, wahlweise neben Bleichmitteln und Bleichaktivatoren.
In der EP-A-0 315 204 sind cyclische sekundäre Amine als Quencher für Singulet-Sauerstoff beschrieben. Sie werden in einem Bleichmittel neben einer aktives Halogen enthaltenden Verbindung in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% , vorzugsweise 2,0 bis 30 Gew.-% eingesetzt. Eine Bleichdetergens- zusammensetzung kann 0,1 bis 30 Gew.-% des cyclischen gehinderten sekundären Amins enthalten, wobei der Anteil in den Beispielsformuiierungen minimal 5 Gewichtsteile beträgt.
In der EP-A3-0 349 153 sind aromatische sekundäre Amine als Radikal¬ fänger für freie Radikale in flüssigen Wasserstoffperoxidzusammensetzungen beschrieben, die keinen Aktivator enthalten.
In der WO 95/33035 sind Detergenszusammensetzungen beschrieben, die Oleoylsarkosinat und ein oberflächenaktives Amin enthalten. Als oberflächen¬ aktives Amin werden bevorzugt primäre oder tertiäre Amine eingesetzt. Sekundäre Amine mit zwei langkettigen Alkylresten sind offenbart. Die Zusammensetzungen werden als insbesondere wirksam zur Entfernung von fettartigen oder ölartigen Verschmutzungen beschrieben.
In der EP-A1-0 026 528 sind Detergenszusammensetzungen beschrieben, die auch als Weichmacher wirken. Sie können ein kationisches sekundäres Amin enthalten. Als Beispiele sind Kokosmethylamin in einer Menge von 2 Gew.-% und Laurylbenzylamin angegeben.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Bleichkraftverstärker für Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen bereitzustellen.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Bleichkraft¬ verstärker bereitzustellen, der bei einer niedrigen Temperatur wirksam ist.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Bleichkraft¬ verstärker bereitzustellen, der zum Bleichen hydrophober und/oder hydrophi¬ ler Verschmutzungen an Textilien geeignet ist.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung mit einem Bleichmittel und einem Bleichkraftverstärker bereitzustellen, das eine verbesserte Bleichwirkung aufweist.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Bleichmittel- oder TextilwascliiTiittelziisammerisetzung bereitzustellen, die bei einer niedri¬ gen Temperatur eine verbesserte Bleichwirkung zeigt.
Eine weitere Aufgabe ist es, eine Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusam- mensetzung bereitzustellen, die die Entfernung hydrophober und/oder hydro- philer Verschmutzungen an Textilien verbessert. Eine weitere Aufgabe ist es, eine Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusam- mensetzung bereitzustellen, die ein Bleichsystem und mindestetens ein Enzym enthält, wobei das Bleichsystem die Enzymwirkung nicht oder nur geringfü¬ gig beeinträchtigt.
Diese und weitere Aufgaben werden gelöst durch Verwendung von Aminen als Bleichkraftverstärker für Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen, wobei der pKs-Wert der Amine größer ist als der um 1 verminderte pH-Wert, vorzugs¬ weise größer als der pH-Wert, besonders bevorzugt um mindestens 0,5 größer als der pH-Wert der aus der Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung erhaltenen 1 gew. -% igen Waschflotte, sowie durch Bleichmittel- oder Textil- waschmittelzusammensetzungen, die diese Bleichkraftverstärker enthalten.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde gefunden, daß die beanspruchten Amine die Bleich- Wirkung von Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen bzw. Textilwaschmittelformulie- rungen verstärken. Insbesondere verstärken sie die Bleichwirkung von Peroxi¬ verbindungen oder Persäuren enthaltenden Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittel- zusammensetzungen, insbesondere bei hydrophoben/lipophilen Anschmutzungen an Textilien, wie auch bei hydrophilen, lipophoben Anschmutzungen.
Die bleichkraftverstärkende Wirkung der beanspruchten Amine ermöglicht die Verwendung der Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen bei niedrigen Temperaturen, insbesondere im Bereich bis maximal 40°C, bei der Bleicrimittelzusammensetzungen oft unzureichend wirksam sind. Die bleich- kraftverstärkende Wirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Amine kann dabei noch weiter erhöht werden durch Zusatz geeigneter Bleichaktivatoren und gegebe¬ nenfalls zusätzlicher bleichstabilisierender Additive.
Die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Amine in den Bleich- oder Textil- Waschmittelzusammensetzungen führt dazu, daß die Wirkung von ebenfalls vorliegenden Enzymen, beispielsweise Proteasen nicht oder nur sehr wenig beeinträchtigt wird. Bekannte Bleichmittelsysteme führen in der Regel zu einer deutlichen Beeinträchtigung der Wirksamkeit von Enzymen.
Im folgenden werden zunächst die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Amine und danach die weiteren Bestandteile der erfindungsgemäßen Bleichmittel¬ zusammensetzungen bzw. Textilwaschmitteizusammensetzungen, die Bleich¬ mittelzusammensetzungen enthalten, beschrieben.
AMINE
Erfindungsgemäß werden Amine bzw. Oligo/Polyamine als Bleichkraftver¬ stärker verwendet, deren pKj-Wert größer ist als der um 1 verminderte pH- Wert, vorzugsweise größer als der pH-Wert, besonders bevorzugt um minde¬ stens 0,5 größer als der pH-Wert der aus 1 Gew.-% einer Textilwasch- mittelzusammensetzung, die den Bleichkraftverstärker enthält, erhaltenen Waschflotte.
Dabei bedeutet der pKj-Wert den Wert der korrespondierenden Säure des Amins, d.h. des protonierten Amins und ist gleich 14 - pKB des Amins.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden Amine als Bleich¬ kraftverstärker verwendet, deren pKj-Wert mehr als 10, vorzugsweise mehr als 10,5, besonders bevorzugt mehr als 10,75, beträgt. Insbesondere geeignet sind Amine mit einem pKs-Wert von 10,9 bis 11,5.
Der pH-Wert der Waschflotte beträgt gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung 8,5 bis 12,0, vorzugsweise 9,0 bis 11,5, besonders bevorzugt 9,2 bis 11,0, insbesondere 9,5 bis 10,5. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Amine aliphatische
Amine, das heißt die von Wasserstoffatomen verschiedenen Reste sind
Alkylreste oder über Alkylenreste angebundene substituierte Reste, wie beispielsweise Aralkylreste.
Beispiele verwendbarer Amine sind die nachstehend aufgeführten sekundären Amine.
SEKUNDÄRE AMINE
Erfindungsgemaß werden gemäß einer Ausführungsform sekundäre Amingrup- pen -NHR1 enthaltende niedermolekulare, oligomere oder polymere Ver¬ bindungen, insbesondere sekundäre Amine der allgemeinen Formel (I)

oder Salze davon als Bleichkraftverstärker für Textilwaschmittelzusammen- Setzungen verwendet.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann das sekundäre Amin mono- oder bis-α-verzweigt sein. Ein bis-α-verzweigtes sekundäres Amin kann die allgemeine Formel (II) R^HC-HN-CHR'R2 (II)
aufweisen, wobei die Reste R1, R2, R3 und R4 unabhängig voneinander die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung haben.
Der Ausdruck "Hydrocarbyl", der in der Beschreibung und den Patentan¬ sprüchen verwendet wird, beschreibt Reste auf Kohlenwasserstoffbasis mit der angegebenen Anzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen, die reine Kohlenwasserstoff¬ reste sein können, jedoch auch Substituenten aufweisen können. Beispiele für vom Ausdruck "Hydrocarbylreste" umfaßte Reste sind nachstehend angege¬ ben.
Erfindungsgemäß können die Reste R1 und R2 C,.30-Alkylreste sein, vor¬ zugsweise C I.2Q- Alkylreste, besonders bevorzugt C^jQ-Alkylreste, die gerad- kettig oder verzweigt sein können. Die Reste R1 und R2 können C2.- Alkenylreste sein, vorzugsweise C^o'. besonders bevorzugt C2.10-Alken- ylreste, die geradkettig oder verzweigt sein können. Die Reste können auch C5.18-Cycloalkylreste sein, die Verzweigungen aufweisen können, wobei eine Ringstruktur aus fünf bis acht Kohlenstoffatomen ausgebildet werden kann. Weiterhin können die Reste R1 und R2 C7.18-Aralkylreste sein, bei denen ein aromatischer Rest über eine Alkylgruppe mit dem Aminstickstoffatom verbunden ist. Die Reste können auch C7_18-Heteroalkylreste sein oder C6_18- Arylreste oder C3_18-Heteroarylreste, wobei bei den letztgenannten Verbindun¬ gen ein aromatischer Rest direkt an das Aminstickstoffatom gebunden ist.
Die Reste R1 und R2 können weiterhin einen oder mehrere, vorzugsweise keinen oder einen Substituenten tragen, wie Hydroxylgruppen, CM-Alkoxy- reste, Äminogruppen, C^-Alkylaminoreste, (Di-CM-alkyl)aminoreste, Chlor¬ atome, Bromatome, Nitrogruppen, Cyanogruppen, CM-Thioalkylreste, CM- 7/35950 PCΪYEP97/01513
Sulfoalkylreste, Carboxylgruppen, Sulfogruppen, Carboxy-C,.4-alkylreste, Carboxyamidreste oder Phenyl-, Tolyl- oder Benzylreste.
Weiterhin können die Kohlenstoffketten der Reste R1 und R2 durch Sauer- stoffatome, Äminogruppen, CM-Alkylaminoreste, Carbamidreste, Oxocarbo- nylreste oder Carbonylreste unterbrochen sein.
Die Reste R1 und R2 können weiterhin gemeinsam einen cyclischen Rest bilden, so daß sie zusammen mit dem Aminstickstoffatom eine cyclische Struktur ergeben. Dabei wird der Ring des cyclischen Restes vorzugsweise aus 3 bis 13, vorzugsweise 5 bis 9, insbesondere 6 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen gebildet, die wiederum wie vorstehend beschrieben substituiert sein können. Bevorzugte cyclische Amine sind Azacyclohexan, Azacycloheptan, Azacy- clooctan Azacylononan, Azacyclodecan, Azacycloundecan und Azacyclodode- can, die gegebenenfalls mit Cj.8-AIkylresten substituiert sind. In der Ring¬ struktur können auch weitere Heteroatome, wie Sauerstoff- oder Stickstoff¬ atome vorliegen.
Die aromatischen, cycloaliphatischen oder heterocyclischen Reste können ebenso wie die aliphatischen Reste durch die vorgenannten Reste substituiert sein.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Reste R1 und R2 hydrophobe Reste. Bevorzugt sind diese Reste gegebenenfalls verzweigte C,_ 30-Alkylreste, vorzugsweise C,.20- Alkylreste, besonders bevorzugt C,.,0-Alkyl- reste, C2-3o-Alkenylreste, vorzugsweise C^o-Alkenylreste, besonders bevor¬ zugt C2_κy-AIkenylreste, C5.18-Cycloalkylreste, C7_18-Aralkylreste oder C7.lg- Heteroaralkylreste oder C6.18-Arylreste oder C3.lg-, vorzugsweise C6.18- Heteroarylreste. Vorzugsweise sind die sekundären Amine unsymmetrisch substituiert. Die Reste R1 und R2 sind dann voneinander verschieden, wobei jeder der Reste R1 und R2 eine der vorstehend beschriebenen Strukturen aufweisen kann.
Vorzugsweise ist dabei der Rest R2 ein gegebenenfalls verzweigter C,_6- Alkylrest, ein C2.6-Alkenylrest, ein C5.8-Cycloalkylrest, ein C7.9-Aralkylrest oder C7.9-Heteroaralkylrest oder ein C6.10-Arylrest oder C3.6-Heteroarylrest.
Vorzugsweise ist der Rest R1 ein C6.14-Hydrocarbylrest, der vorzugsweise keine oder eine Verzweigung aufweist, und der Rest R2 ein CI-5-Hydrocar- bylrest, vorzugsweise ein Methylrest, und n hat den Wert null. Der Rest R1 kann insbesondere 7 bis 11 C- Atome aufweisen.
Die Reste R1 und R2 können dabei gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfin- düng weiter substituiert sein, wie vorstehend beschrieben.
Beispiele bevorzugter Amine sind N-Hexyl-N-methylamin, N-Heptyl-N-methy- lamin, N-Octyl-N-methylamin, N-Nonyl-N-methylamin, N-Decyl-N-methyl- amin, N-Dodecyl-N-methylamin, N-Tridecyl-N-methylamin, N-Tetradecyl-N- methylamin, N-Benzyl-N-methylamin, N-Phenylethyl-N-methylamin, N-Phenyl- propyl-N-methylamin, die jeweils lineare oder verzweigte Kohlenwasserstoff¬ reste aufweisen können, sowie die entsprechenden N-Alkyl-N-ethylamine, N- Alkyl-N-hydroxyethylamine, N-Alkyl-N-propylamine, N-Alkyl-N-hydroxypro- pylamine, N-Alkyl-N-isopropylamine, N-Alkyl-N-butylamine und N-Alkyl-N- isobutylamine und entsprechenden N-Alkyl-N-hydroxyalkylamine, in denen der Methylrest durch einen Ethyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Butyl- oder Isobutylrest ersetzt ist. Cyclische, bicyclische und oligocyclische Amine
Wie vorstehend beschrieben, können die Reste R1 und R2 am sekundären Stickstoffatom eine cyclische Struktur ergeben. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform sind die sekundären Amine Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (III)

Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung können an einer oder mehreren Stellen in Ringen zwei Wasserstoffatome an benachbarten Ringkohlenstoff¬ atomen durch eine C-C-Bindung ersetzt sein, so daß an dieser Stelle eine C- C-Doppelbindung ausgebildet wird.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind X und Y unabhängig C,_8- Alkylenreste, wobei jeweils ein C-Atom von X und Y über eine C-C- Einfachbindung oder über einen Cι_8-, vorzugsweise CM-, insbesondere Ci -Alkylenrest oder einen C2.8-, vorzugsweise C2^-Alkenylenrest verbunden sind.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform sind dabei X und Y n-Propylenreste, deren mittlere Kohlenstoffatome über eine Methylengruppen verknüpft sind, wobei p = q = O.
X und Y können zusammen einen aromatischen Ring, vorzugsweise einen aromatischen 6-Ring bilden, sofern p + q einen Wert von mindestens 2 aufweist.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind p, q, X, Y so gewählt, daß jeder im Molekül vorliegende Ring mindestens 5 Ringatome aufweist. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung besitzen die sekundären Amine der Formel (III) im Ringgerüst 5 bis 20, vorzugsweise 6 bis 14, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 C-Atome.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind ein oder mehrere, vor¬ zugsweise 1 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 an Kohlenstoff gebundene Wasser¬ stoffatome in der allgemeinen Formel (III) durch C,_10-, vorzugsweise CM-, insbesondere Cj -Hydrocarbylreste ersetzt. Diese Wasserstoffatome können auch ersetzt sein durch Cι.10-, vorzugsweise CM-, insbesondere Ct-Alkylre- ste, die geradkettig oder verzweigt sein können, durch Cι.10-, vorzugsweise Cj_4-, insbesondere CrAlkoxyreste, C6.12-, vorzugsweise C6.8-Arylreste oder C6.12-, vorzugsweise C6.8-Aralkylreste. Besonders bevorzugte Substituenten sind Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, i-Propyl-, n-Butyl-, i-Butyl- und tert.-Butyl- reste, insbesondere Methylreste.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist mindestens ein Ring in der allgemeinen Formel (III) ungesättigt. Dabei beträgt die Gesamtzahl an Ringkohlenstoffatomen gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung 5 bis 20, vorzugsweise 6 bis 14, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Amine der Formel (III) benzoannelierte Amine mit 5 bis 20, vorzugsweise 6 bis 14, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Ringkohlenstoffatomen.
Die sekundären Amine der Formel (III) sind dabei cyclische, bicyclische oder oligocyclische Amine.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung hat p + q den Wert 0 bis 4, vorzugsweise 0 bis 2, und X und Y weisen insgesamt 3 bis 12, vorzugs- weise 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome auf. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen p und q den Wert 0 auf, und jeder der Reste X und Y ist unabhängig ein C^-, vorzugsweise C2-4-Alkylenrest. Dabei beträgt vorzugsweise die Summe der Kohlenstoff¬ atome der Reste X und Y 4 bis 6. Mindestens einer der Reste X und Y kann dabei ein Alkenylenrest sein, das heißt eine Doppelbindung aufweisen.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung hat p + q den Wert 2 bis 6, vorzugsweise 2, 3 oder 4, und die Reste X und Y bilden zusammen einen aromatischen Rest, vorzugsweise einen Benzolkern.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung hat p + q den Wert 2 bis 7, vorzugsweise 2, 3 oder 4, und X und Y bilden zusammen eine C-C-Dop¬ pelbindung.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist p den Wert 0 und q den Wert 1 auf.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist p den Wert 1 und q den Wert 1 auf.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist p den Wert 0 und q den Wert 1 auf, der Rest X ist ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom und der Rest Y ist ein C2_6-, vorzugsweise C2_4-, insbesondere C2.3-Alkylen- oder -Al¬ kenylenrest, der durch O, S, -O-C(O)-, -NR-C(O)-, mit der vorstehenden Bedeutung für R unterbrochen sein kann. Beispiele bevorzugter Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (III) gehen aus der nachstehenden Tabelle hervor.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die sekundären Amine die allgemeine Formel (IV) auf.
Dabei sind X unabhängig C,_8-, vorzugsweise C3^-Alkylenreste, C2.8-, vorzugsweise C3-4-Alkenylenreste oder bilden einen aromatischen Ring, insbesondere einen aromatischen C6-Ring (Benzolring).
Y ist ein Cj.8-, vorzugsweise CM-, insbesondere Cj^-Alkylenrest, C2.8-, vorzugsweise C2^-, insbesondere C2-Alkenylenrest, O, S oder eine C-C- Einfachbindung.
X und Y können wie für Formel (III) beschrieben, unterbrochen sein.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform bilden beide Reste X aromatische C6-Kerne und Y ist ein Sauerstoffatom, Schwefelatom, oder ein Methylen¬ rest.
Ein oder mehrere an Kohlenstoff gebundene Wasserstoffatome können durch Substituenten ersetzt sein, wie sie vorstehend für die Verbindungen der Formel (III) aufgeführt sind.
Weitere Beispiele bevorzugter bicyclischer sekundärer Amine sind Azabi- cyclo[2.2.1]heptane, Azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, Azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane, Azabi- cyclo[3.3.0]octane, Azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane, Azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane, Azabi- cyclo[4.2.1)nonane, Azabicyclo[4.2.2]decane, Azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane, wobei das Stickstoffatom an jeder Position der Brücken, nicht jedoch in der Brückenkopfposition vorliegen kann. Die sekundäre Aminogruppe befindet sich somit im Ringgerüst. Bevorzugt sind l,3,3-Trimethyl-6-azabi- cyclo[3.2.1]octan und 3-Azabicyclo[3.2.2]nonan.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung beträgt die Gesamtzahl an Kohlenstoffatomen im cyclischen, bicyclischen oder oligocyclischen sekundä¬ ren Amin 5 bis 40, vorzugsweise 6 bis 30, insbesondere 7 bis 20 Kohlen¬ stoffatome.
Die erfindungsgemäßen cyclischen, bicyclischen oder oligocyclischen sekundä¬ ren Amine können eine noch höhere Wirksamkeit als Bleichkraftverstärker als die acyclischen Amine aufweisen.
Zudem wird bei der Verwendung der sekundären Amine, insbesondere der cyclischen, bicyclischen oder oligocyclischen sekundären Amine in enzymhal- tigen Waschmitteln mit Bleichsystemen die enzymatische Wirkung durch das Bleichsystem nicht oder nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt oder sogar verbessert. Die Primärwaschwirkung bei enzymatisch entfernbaren Anschmutzungen wird dadurch signifikant verbessert.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäß verwendeten sekundären Amine ist bekannt. Sie kann beispielsweise über reduktive Aminierung von Aldehyden oder durch Aminierung von Nitrilen erfolgen. Cyclische Amine können darüber hinaus durch Reduktion der entsprechenden Lactame und bicyclischen Amine durch Diels-Alder-Reaktionen hergestellt werden.
Das vorzugsweise cyclische, bicyclische oder oligocyclische sekundäre Amin kann als freies Amin in Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelformulierungen einge- setzt werden. Es kann zudem auch als Ammoniumsalz vorliegen, wobei das Anion beispielsweise ein Tosylat, Sulfat, Chlorid, Bromid oder ein Anion einer anorganischen oder organischen Säure ist.
Dabei sollte das Anion oxidationsstabil sein. Beispiele geeigneter anorgani- scher Säuren zur Bildung des Anions sind Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure, Polyphosphorsäure, Borsäure und Salzsäure. Weitere geeignete Anionen sind Silikat- und Alumosilikatanionen. Beispiele geeigneter organischer Säuren sind Carbonsäuren, wie Cι.25-Monocarbonsäuren, C2.25-Dicarbonsäuren, C6.25- Tricarbonsäuren, Butantetracarbonsäure, Polycarbonsäuren, wie Polyacrylsäure, Polymaleinsäure, Co- und Terpolymere von Acrylsäure und Maleinsäure mit anderen Monomeren, Sulfonsäuren, wie Cι.25-Alkyl-, Aralkyl- und Arylsul- fonsäuren, Phosphonsäuren, wie Cι_2g-Alkyl-, Aralkyl- und Arylphosphonsäu- ren, sowie C^-Aminophosphonsäuren mit 1 bis 4 tertiären Äminogruppen und 1 bis 6 Phosphonsäuregruppen. Ein Beispiel eines Salzes aus sekundä- rem Amin und einer Polycarbonsäure ist das Salz des Amins mit dem Acrylsäure/Maleinsäure-Copolymer Sokalan® CP 45 der BASF AG, wobei die üblicherweise im Polycarboxylat enthaltenen Kationen Na+ bzw. H + durch unterschiedliche Mengen des Ammoniumions des Amins ersetzt sein können. Weitere Beispiele geeigneter Anionen sind Fettsäureanionen sowie Anionen von Citronensäure oder Methylsulfonat.
Vorzugsweise wird das sekundäre Amin in Form eines Salzes eingesetzt. Besonders bevorzugt werden dabei Salze mit solchen Anionen eingesetzt, die üblicherweise in Wasch- oder Bleichmitteln enthalten sind.
BLEICH- ODER TEXTILWASCHMITTELZUS AMMENSETZUNG
Bleichmittel
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten sekundären Amine werden als Bleich¬ kraftverstärker oder Bleichkatalysatoren in Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittel- zusammensetzungen verwendet, die gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfin¬ dung auf Aktivsauerstoff basieren. Dabei kann es sich um anorganische und/oder organische Persäuren (Percarbonsäuren) und/oder Peroxiverbindungen handeln, die in Kombination mit dem erfindungsgemäßen, insbesondere sekundären, Amin insbesondere bei lipophilen und/oder lipophoben An¬ schmutzungen und bei niedrigen Temperaturen eine stärkere Bleichwirkung zeigen als ohne die Kombination mit den Aminen.
Beispiele sind Alkaliperborate oder Alkalicarbonat-Perhydrate, insbesondere die Natriumsalze.
Ein Beispiel einer verwendbaren organischen Persäure ist Peressigsäure, die vorzugsweise bei der gewerblichen Textilwäsche oder der gewerblichen Reinigung verwendet wird.
Vorteilhaft verwendbare Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen enthalten Cι_12-Percarbonsäuren, C8.16-Dipercarbonsäuren, Imidopercapron- säuren oder Aryldipercapronsäuren. Bevorzugte Beispiele verwendbarer Säuren sind Peressigsäure, lineare oder verzweigte Octan-, Nonan-, Decan- oder Dodecanmonopersäuren, Decan- und Dodecandipersäure, Mono- und Di- perphthalsäuren, -isophthalsäuren und -terephthalsäuren, Phthalimidoperca- pronsäure (PAP) und Terephthaloyldiamidopercapronsäure (TOC AP). Ebenfalls können polymere Persäuren verwendet werden, beispielsweise solche, die Acrylsäuregrundbausteine enthalten, in denen eine Peroxifunktion vorliegt. Die Percarbonsäuren können als freie Säuren oder als Salze der Säuren, vorzugsweise Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallsalze, verwendet werden.
Die Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen werden vorzugsweise zum Bleichen von Textilien, insbesondere angeschmutzten Textilien, beson¬ ders bevorzugt mit hydrophoben bzw. lipophilen Anschmutzungen wie Chlorophyll aus grünen Pflanzenteilen (Spinat, Gras, Laub) oder Carotin aus Gemüsepflanzen (Karotten, Tomaten, Paprika) eingesetzt. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform werden sie bevorzugt zum Bleichen lipophober/hydrophiler Anschmutzungen, wie Tee verwendet.
BLEICHAKTTV ATOR
Die erfindungsgemäße Bleichkraftverstärkung durch Verwendung der erfin¬ dungsgemäßen, insbesondere sekundären, Amine ist insbesondere wirksam bei Verwendung in aktivierten Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen. In diesen Fällen wird das sekundäre Amin in Kombination mit einem Bleichaktivator und einer Aktivsauerstoff abgebenden Peroxiverbindung eingesetzt. Der erreichte Bleicheffekt übertrifft hierbei den einer aminfreien aktivierten Bleichmittelzusammensetzung, insbesondere bei lipophilen An- schmutzungen wie Chlorophyll oder Carotin und/oder lipophoben Anschmut¬ zungen wie Tee. Die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten sekundären Amine können gemeinsam mit anderen geeigneten Bleichkatalysatoren eingesetzt werden. Solche sind beispielsweise quarternisierte Imine und Sulfonimine, wie sie beispielsweise in US 5 360 568, US 5 360 569 und EP-A-0 453 003 beschrieben sind, wie auch Mangan-Komplexe, wie sie beispielsweise in WO-A 94/21777 beschrieben sind. Weitere verwendbare metallhaltige Bleichkatalysatoren sind in EP-A-0 458 397, EP-A-0 458 398, EP-A-0 549 272 beschrieben. Bleichaktivatoren, die gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung zusammen mit den erfindungsgemäßen, insbesondere sekundären, Aminen in Bleich¬ oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen eingesetzt werden können, sind bei¬ spielsweise Verbindungen der nachstehenden Substanzklassen:
Polyacylierte Zucker oder Zuckerderivate mit C,.10-Acylresten, vorzugsweise Acetyl-, Propionyl-, Octanoyl-, Nonanoyl- oder Benzoylresten, besonders bevorzugt Acetylresten, sind als Bleichaktivatoren verwendbar. Als Zucker oder Zuckerderivate sind Mono- oder Disaccharide sowie deren reduzierte oder oxidierte Derivate verwendbar, vorzugsweise Glucose, Mannose, Fructo- se, Saccharose, Xylose oder Lactose. Besonders geeignete Bleichaktivatoren dieser Substanzklasse sind beispielsweise Pentaacetylglucose, Xylosetetraacetat, l-Benzoyl-2,3,4,6-tetraacetylglucose und l-Octanoyl-2,3,4,6-tetraacetylglucose.
Eine weitere verwendbare Substanzklasse sind die Acyloxybenzolsulfonsäuren und deren Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze, wobei CM4-Acylreste verwendbar sind. Bevorzugt sind Acetyl-, Propionyl-, Octanoyl-, Nonanoyl- und Benzoyl- reste, insbesondere Acetylreste und Nonanoylreste. Besonders geeignete Bleichaktivatoren dieser Substanzklasse sind Acetyloxybenzolsulfonsäure, Benzoyloxybenzolsulfonsäure und Nonanoylbenzolsulfonsäure (NOBS) bzw. Isononanoylbenzolsulfonsäure (isoNOBS). Vorzugsweise werden sie in Form ihrer Natriumsalze eingesetzt.
Weiterhin verwendbar sind O-Acyloximester, wie O-Acetylacetonoxim, O- Benzoylacetonoxim, Bis(propylimino)carbonat, Bis(cyclohexylimino)carbonat. Erfindungsgemäß verwendbare acylierte Oxime sind beispielsweise in der EP- A-0 028 432 beschrieben. Erfindungsgemäß verwendbare Oximester sind beispielsweise in der EP-A-0 267 046 beschrieben. Ebenfalls verwendbar sind N-Acylcaprolactame, wie N-Acetylcaprolactam, N- Benzoylcaprolactam, N-Octanoylcaprolactam, Carbonylbiscaprolactam.
Weiterhin verwendbar sind
N-diacylierte und N,N'-tetracylierte Amine, wie N,N,N' ,N'-Tetraacetyl- methylendiamin und -ethylendiamin (TAED), N,N-Diacetylanilin, N,N- Diacetyl-p-toluidin oder 1 ,3-diacylierte Hydantoine wie l ,3-Diacetyl-5,5- dimethylhydantoin;
N-Alkyl-N-sulfonyl-carbonamide, wie N-Methyl-N-mesyl-acetamid oder N-Methyl-N-mesyl-benzamid;
N-acylierte cyclische Hydrazide, acylierte Triazole oder Urazole, wie Monoacetyl-maleinsäurehydrazid;
O,N,N-trisubstituierte Hydroxylamine, wie O-Benzoyl-N,N-succinylhy- droxylamin, O-Acetyl-N,N-succinyl-hydroxylamin oder O,N,N-Triacetyl- hydroxylamin;

Ebenso verwendbar sind 2-Alkyl- oder 2-Aryl-(4H)-3,l-benzoxazin-4-one, wie sie beispielsweise in der EP-B1-0 332 294 und der EP-B 0 502 013 be- schrieben sind. Insbesondere sind 2-Phenyl-(4H)-3,l-benzoxazin-4-on und 2- Methyl-(4H)-3 , 1 -benzoxazin-4-on verwendbar.
Weiterhin sind kationische Nitrile, wie sie beispielsweise in EP 303 520 und EP 458 396 AI beschrieben sind, verwendbar. Beispiele für geeignete Kationnitrile sind die Methosulfate oder Tosylate von Trirnethylammonium- acetonitril, N,N-Dimetlιyl-N-octylammonium-ace.onitril, 2-(Trimethylammoni- um)propionitril, 2-(Trιmemylammonium)-2-methyl-propionitril. Weiterhin geeignet sind die Methosulfate von N-Methylpiperazinium-N,N'-diacetomtril und N-Methylmoφholinium-acetonitril (MMA).
Vorzugsweise liegen die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Bleichaktivatoren bei Raumtemperatur in festem Aggregatzustand vor, da ein intensiver Kontakt des Amins mit dem Bleichaktivator vor der Anwendung für die Erreichung des optimalen Bleicheffektes nachteilig sein kann. Besonders erfindungsgemäß geeignete kristalline Bleichaktivatoren sind Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), NOBS, isoNOBS, Carbonylbiscaprolactam (CBC), Benzoylcaprolactam, Bis(2- propylimino)carbonat, Bis(cyclohexylimino)carbonat, O-Benzoylacetonoxim und 2-Phenyl-(4H)-3,l-benzoxazin-4-on, Anthranil, Phenylanthranil N-Methylmor- pholinium-acetonitril, N-Octanoylcaprolactam (OCL) und N-Methylpiperazin- N,N'-diacetonitril sowie flüssige oder schlecht kristallisierende Bleichaktivato¬ ren in einer als Festprodukt konfektionierten Form. Ein Beispiel für eine geeignete Konfektionsform derartiger Aktivatoren ist in der nicht vorver¬ öffentlichten deutschen Patentanmeldung mit dem Aktenzeichen 196 09 953.6 gegeben.
BLEICHST ABILISATOR
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten die Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen, die beispielsweise in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Bleichstabilisatoren. Dabei handelt es sich um Additive, die Schwermetallspuren adsorbieren, binden oder komplexieren können. Beispiele für erfindungsgemäß verwendbare Zusätze mit bleichstabilisierender Wirkung sind polyanionische Verbindungen, wie Polyphosphate, Polycarboxylate, Polyhydroxypolycarboxylate, lösliche Silikate als vollständig oder teilweise neutralisierte Alkali- oder Erdalkalisalze, insbesondere als neutrale Na- oder Mg-Salze, die relativ schwache Bleichstabilisatoren sind. Starke erfindungs¬ gemäß verwendbare Bleichstabilisatoren sind beispielsweise Komplexbildner, wie Ethylendiamintetraacetat (EDTA), Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA), Methyl- glycindiessigsäure (MGDA), /3-Alanindiessigsäure (ADA), Ethylendiamin- N,N'-disuccinat (EDDS) und Phosphonate wie Ethylendiamintetramethylen- phosphonat, Diethylentriaminpentamethylenphosphonat oder Hydroxyethyliden- 1 , 1-diphosphonsäure in Form der Säuren oder als teilweise oder vollständig neutralisierte Alkalimetallsalze. Vorzugsweise werden die Komplexbildner in Form ihrer Na-Salze eingesetzt.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die erfindungsgemaßen Waschmittel mindestens einen Bleichstabilisator, besonders bevorzugt mindestens einen der oben genannten starken Bleichstabilisatoren.
Auf dem Gebiet der Textilwäsche, der Bleiche und der Reinigung im Haushalt und im gewerblichen Bereich können die beschriebenen Bleich- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung nahezu alle üblichen Bestandteilen von Wasch-, Bleich- und Reini¬ gungsmitteln enthalten. Man kannn auf diese Weise beispielsweise Mittel aufbauen, die sich speziell zur Textilbehandlung bei niederen Temperaturen eignen, und auch solche, die in mehreren Temperaturbereichen bis hinauf zum traditionellen Bereich der Kochwäsche geeignet sind.
Hauptbestandteil von Textilwasch-, Bleich- und Reinigungsmitteln sind, neben der Bleichmittelzusammensetzung, die aus Bleichmittel, erfindungsgemäßem, insbesondere sekundärem, Amin und gegebenenfalls Bleichaktivator besteht, Gerüstsubstanzen (Builder), das heißt anorganische Builder und/oder organi¬ sche Cobuilder, und Tenside, insbesondere anionische und/oder nichtionische Tenside. Daneben können andere übliche Hilfsstoffe und Begleitstoffe wie Stellmittel, Komplexbildner, Phosphonate, Farbstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Vergrauungsinhibitoren und/oder Soil-Release-Polymere, Farbübertragungs- inhibitoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Peroxidstabilisatoren, Elektrolyte, optische Aufheller, Enzyme, Parfumöle, Schaumregulatoren und aktivierende Sub¬ stanzen in diesen Mitteln vorliegen, wenn dies zweckmäßig ist. ANORGANISCHE BUILDER (GERÜSTSUBSTANZEN)
Als anorganische Buildersubstanzen eignen sich alle üblichen anorganischen Builder, wie Alumosilikate, Silikate, Carbonate und Phosphate.
Geeignete anorganische Builder sind beispielsweise Alumosilikate mit ionen¬ austauschenden Eigenschaften, wie Zeolithe. Verschieden Typen von Zeolit- hen sind geeignet, insbesondere Zeolith A, X, B, P, MAP und HS in ihrer Na-Form oder in Formen, in denen Na teilweise gegen andere Kationen, wie Li, K, Ca, Mg oder Ammonium ausgetauscht sind. Geeignete Zeolithe sind beispielsweise in EP-A038 591 , EP-A 021 491, EP-A 087 035, US 4 604 224, GB-A2 013 259, EP-A 522 726, EP-A 384 070 und WO 94/24 251 beschrieben.
Weitere geeignete anorganische Builder sind beispielsweise amorphe oder kristalline Silikate, wie amorphe Disilikate, kristalline Disilikate wie das Schichtsilikat SKS-6 (Hersteller Hoechst). Die Silikate können in Form ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze eingesetzt werden. Vorzugsweise werden Na-, Li- und Mg-Silikate eingesetzt.
ANIONISCHE TENSIDE
Geeignete anionische Tenside sind beispielsweise Fettalkoholsulfate von Fettalkoholen mit 8 bis 22, vorzugsweise 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie CQ- bis Cπ-Alkoholsulfate, C12- bis C13-Alkoholsulfate, Cetylsulfat, Myri- stylsulfat, Palmitylsulfat, Stearylsulfat und Talgfettalkoholsulfat.
Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind sulfatierte ethoxylierte C8- bis C22-Alkohole (Alkylethersulfate) oder deren lösliche Salze. Verbindungen dieser Art werden beispielsweise dadurch hergestellt, daß man zunächst einen C8- bis C22-, vorzugsweise einen C10- bis C18-Alkohol, wie einen Fettalko- hol, alkoxyliert und das Alkolxylierungsprodukt anschließend sulfatiert. Für die Alkoxylierung verwendet man vorzugsweise Ethylenoxid, wobei man pro Mol Fettalkohol 2 bis 50, vorzugsweise 3 bis 20 mol Ethylenoxid einsetzt. Die Alkoxylierung der Alkohole kann jedoch auch mit Propylenoxid allein und gegebenenfalls Butylenoxid durchgeführt werden. Geeignet sind außerdem solche alkoxylierten C8- bis C22-Alkohole, die Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid oder Ethylenoxid und Butylenoxid enthalten. Die alkoxylierten C8- oder bis C22-Alkohole können die Ethylenoxid-, Propylenoxid- und Butylenoxidein- heiten in Form von Blöcken oder in statistischer Verteilung enthalten.
Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind Alkansulfonate, wie C8-bis C24-, vorzugsweise Cι0- bis C18-Alkansulfonate, sowie Seifen, wie beispielsweise die Salze von C8- bis C24-Carbonsäuren.
Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind C9- bis C20-linear-Alkylbenzol- sulfonate (LAS).
Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind N-Acylsarkosinate mit aliphati¬ schen gesättigten oder ungesättigten C8- bis C25-Acylresten, vorzugsweise C10- bis C20-Acylresten, beispielsweise N-Oleoylsarkosinat.
Die anionischen Tenside werden dem Waschmittel vorzugsweise in Form von Salzen zugegeben. Geeignete Kationen in diesen Salzen sind Alkalimetallsalze wie Natrium, Kalium und Lithium und Ammoniumsalze, wie Hydroxy- ethylammonium-, Di(hydroxyethyl)ammonium- und Tri(hydroxyethyl)ammoni- umsalze. NICHTIONISCHE TENSIDE
Als nichtionische Tenside eignen sich beispielsweise alkoxylierte C8- bis C22-Alkohole, wie Fettalkoholalkoxylate oder Oxalkoholalkoxylate. Die Alkoxylierung kann mit Ethylenoxid, Propylenoxid und/oder Butylenoxid durchgeführt werden. Als Tensid einsetzbar sind hierbei sämtliche alkox¬ ylierten Alkohole, die mindestens zwei Moleküle eines vorstehend genannten Alkylenoxids addiert enthalten. Auch hierbei kommen Blockpolymerisate von Ethylenoxid, Propylenoxid und/oder Butylenoxid oder Anlagerungsprodukte in Betracht, die die genannten Alkylenoxide in statistischer Verteilung enthalten. Pro Mol Alkohol verwendet man 2 bis 50, vorzugsweise 3 bis 20 mol mindestens eines Alkylenoxids. Vorzugsweise setzt man als Alkylenoxid Ethylenoxid ein. Die Alkohole weisen vorzugsweise 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoff¬ atome auf.
Eine weitere Klasse geeigneter nichtionischer Tenside sind Alkylphenolethox- ylate mit C6- bis C14-Alkylketten und 5 bis 30 mol Ethylenoxideinheiten.
Eine andere Klasse nichtionischer Tenside sind Alkylpolyglucoside mit 8 bis 22, vorzugsweise 10 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylkette. Diese Verbindungen enthalten meist 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise 1,1 bis 5 Glucosid- einheiten.
Eine andere Klasse nichtionischer Tenside sind N-Alkylglucamide der all- gemeinen Struktur IV oder V

O R' O wobei R6 C6- bis C22-Alkyl, R7 H oder Cr bis C4-Alkyl und R8 ein Polyhydroxyalkyl-Rest mit 5 bis 12 C-Atomen und mindestens 3 Hydroxy¬ gruppen ist. Vorzugsweise ist R6 C10- bis C18-Alkyl, R7 Methyl und R8 ein C5- oder C6-Rest. Beispielsweise erhält man derartige Verbindungen durch die Acylierung von reduzierend aminierten Zuckern mit Säurechloriden von C ι0-Cι 8-Carbonsäuren.
Vorzugsweise enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Waschmittel mit 3-12 mol Ethylenoxid ethoxylierte C10-C16 Alkohole, besonders bevorzugt ethoxylierte Fettalkohole als nichtionische Tenside.
ORGANISCHE COBUILDER
Als organische Cobuilder geeignete niedermolekulare Polycarboxylate sind beispielsweise:
C4- bis C20-Di-, -Tri- und -Tetracarbonsäuren, wie Bernsteinsäure, Propantricarbonsäure, Butantetracarbonsäure, Cyclopentantetracarbonsäure und Alkyl- und Alkenylbemsteinsäuren mit C2- bis C16- Alkyl- bzw. -Alkenyl- Resten;
C4-bisC20-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, wie Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Gluconsäure, Glucarsäure, Citronensäure, Lactobionsäure und Saccharosemono-, -di- und -tricarbonsäure;
Aminopolycarboxylate, wie Nitrilotriessigsäure, Methylglycindiessigsäure, Alanindiessigsäure, Ethylendiamintetraessigsäure und Serindiessigsäure; Salze von Phosphonsäuren, wie Hydroxyethandiphosphonsäure, Ethylendiamintetra(methylenphosphonat) und Diethylentriaminpenta(methy- lenphosphonat).
Als organische Cobuilder geeignete oligomere oder polymere Polycarbox- ylatesind beispielsweise:
Oligomaleinsäuren, wie sie beispielsweise in EP-A-451 508 und EP-A-396 303 beschrieben sind;
Co- und Terpolymere ungesättigter C4-C8-Dicarbonsäuren, wobei als Como¬ nomere monoethylenisch ungesättigte Monomere
aus der Gruppe (i) in Mengen von bis zu 95 Gew.-%
aus der Gruppe (ii) in Mengen von bis zu 60 Gew.-%
Aus der Gruppe (iii) in Mengen von bis zu 20 Gew.-%
einpolymerisiert enthalten sein können.
Als ungesättigte C4-C8-Dicarbonsäuren sind hierbei beispielsweise Maleinsäu¬ re, Fumarsäure, Itaconsäure und Citraconsäure geeignet. Bevorzugt ist Maleinsäure.
Die Gruppe (i) umfaßt monoethylenisch ungesättigte C3-C8-Monocarbon- säuren, wie Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Crotonsaure und Vinylessigsäure. Bevorzugt werden aus der Gruppe (i) Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure ein¬ gesetzt. Die Gruppe (ii) umfaßt monoethylenisch ungesättigte C2-C22-Olefine, Vinylalky lether mit CrC8-Alkylgruppen, Styrol, Vinylester von C,-C8 Carbonsäuren, (Meth)acrylamid und Vinylpyrrolidon. Bevorzugt werden aus der Gruppe (ii) C2-C6-Olefine, Vinylalky lether mit CrC4-Alkylgruppen, Vinylacetat und Vinylpropionat eingesetzt.
Die Gruppe (iii) umfaßt (Meth)acrylester von Cr bis C8-Alkoholen, (Meth)acrylnitril, (Meth)acrylamide von CrC8-Aminen, N-Vinylformamid und Vinylimidazol.
Falls die Polymeren der Gruppe (ii) Vinylester einpolymerisiert enthalten, können diese auch teilweise oder vollständig zu Vinylalkohol-Struktureinheiten hydrolysiert vorliegen. Geeignete Co- und Terpolymere sind beispielsweise aus US 3 887 806 sowie DE-A 43 13 909 bekannt.
Als organische Cobuilder eignen sich vorzugsweise folgende Copolymere von Dicarbonsäuren:
Copolymere von Maleinsäure und Acrylsäure im Gewichtsverhaltnis 10:90 bis 95:5, besonders bevorzugt solche im Gewichtsverhältnis 30:70 bis 90: 10 mit Molmassen von 10.000 bis 150.000;
Terpolymere aus Maleinsäure, Acrylsäure und einem Vinylester einer C,-C3 -Carbonsäure im Gewichtsverhältnis 10 (Maleinsäure) : 90 (Acrylsäure + Vinylester) bis 95 (Maleinsäure) : 5 (Acrylsäure + Vinylester), wobei das Gewichtsverhaltnis von Acrylsäure zu Vinylester im Bereich von 20:80 bis 80:20 variieren kann, und besonders bevorzugt
Terpolymere aus Maleinsäure, Acrylsäure und Vinylacetat oder Vinylpropio- nat im Gewichtsverhältnis 20 (Maleinsäure) : 80 (Acrylsäure + Vinylester) bis 90 (Maleinsäure) : 10 (Acrylsäure + Vinylester), wobei das Gewichts¬ verhältnis von Acrylsäure zum Vinylester im Bereich von 30:70 bis 70:30 variieren kann;
Copolymere von Maleinsäure mit C2-C8-Olefinen im Molverhältnis 40:60 bis 80:20, wobei Copolymere von Maleinsäure mit Ethylen, Propylen oder Isobutan im Mol Verhältnis 50:50 besonders bevorzugt sind.
Pfropfpolymere ungesättigter Carbonsäuren auf niedermolekulare Kohlen- hydrate oder hydrierte Kohlenhydrate, siehe US 5,227,446, DE-A-44 15 623, DE-A-43 13 909, sind ebenfalls als organische Cobuilder geeignet.
Geeignete ungesättigte Carbonsäuren sind hierbei beispielsweise Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Itaconsäure, Citraconsäure, Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Croton- säure und Vinylessigsäure, sowie Mischungen aus Acrylsäure und Maleinsäu¬ re, die in Mengen von 40 bis 95 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die zu pfropfende Komponente, aufgepfropft werden.
Zur Modifizierung können zusätzlich bis zu 30 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die zu pfropfende Komponente, weitere monoethylenisch ungesättigte Monomere einpolymerisiert vorliegen. Geeignete modifizierende Monomere sind die oben genannten Monomere der Gruppen (ii) und (iii).
Als Pfropfgrundlage sind abgebaute Polysaccharide, wie saure oder enzyma- tisch abgebaute Stärken, Inuline oder Zellulose, reduzierte (hydrierte oder hydrierend aminierte) abgebaute Polysaccharide, wie Mannit, Sorbit, Amino- sorbit und Glucamin geeignet, sowie Polyalkylenglykole mit Molmassen bis zu Mw = 5.000, wie z.B Polyethylenglykole, Ethylenoxid/Propylenoxid- oder Ethylenoxid/Butylenoxid-Blockcopolymere, statistische Ethylenoxid/Propy- lenoxid- oder Ethylenoxid/Butylenoxid-Copolymere, alkoxylierte ein- oder mehrbasische CrC22- Alkohole, siehe US 4,746,456.
Bevorzugt werden aus dieser Gruppe gepfropfte abgebaute oder abgebaute reduzierte Stärken und gepfropfte Polyethylenoxide eingesetzt, wobei 20 bis 80 Gew.-% Monomere, bezogen auf die Pfropfkomponente, bei der Pfropfpolymerisation eingesetzt werden. Zur Pfropfung wird vorzugsweise eine Mischung von Maleinsäure und Acrylsäure im Gewichtsverhältnis von 90: 10 bis 10:90 eingesetzt.
Als organische Cobuilder geeignete Polyglyoxylsäuren sind beispielsweise in EP-B-001 004, US 5,399,286, DE-A-41 06 355 und EP-A-656 914 be¬ schrieben. Die Endgruppen der Polyglyoxylsäuren können unterschiedliche Strukturen aufweisen.
Als organische Cobuilder geeignete Polyamidocarbonsäuren und modifizierte Polyamidocarbonsäuren sind beispielsweise aus EP-A-454 126, EP-B-511 037, WO 94/01486 und EP-A-581 452 bekannt.
Vorzugsweise verwendet man als organische Cobuilder auch Polyaspara- ginsäure oder Cokondensate der Asparaginsäure mit weiteren Aminosäuren, C4-C25-Mono- oder -Dicarbonsäuren und/oder C4-C25-Mono- oder -Diaminen. Besonders bevorzugt werden in phosphorhaltigen Säuren hergestellte, mit C6-C22-Mono- oder -Dicarbonsäuren oder mit C6-C22-Mono- oder -Diaminen modifizierte Polyasparaginsäuren eingesetzt.
Als organische Cobuilder geeignete Kondensationsprodukte der Citronensäure mit Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder Polyhydroxyverbindungen sind beispielsweise aus WO 93/22362 und WO 92/16493 bekannt. Solche Carboxylgruppen enthaltende Kondensate haben üblicherweise Molmassen von bis zu 10.000, vorzugsweise bis zu 5.000.
VERGRAUUNGSINHIBITOREN UND SOIL-RELEASE-POLYMERE
Geeignete Soil-Release-Polymere und/oder Vergrauungsinhibitoren für Waschmittel sind beispielsweise:
Polyester aus Polyethylenoxiden mit Ethylenglykol und/oder Propylenglykol und aromatischen Dicarbonsäuren oder aromatischen und aliphatischen Dicarbonsäuren;
Polyester aus einseitig endgruppenverschlossenen Polyethylenoxiden mit zwei- und/oder mehrwertigen Alkoholen und Dicarbonsäuren.
Derartige Polyester sind bekannt, beispielsweise aus US 3,557,039, GB-A 1 154 730, EP-A-185 427, EP-A-241 984, EP-A-241 985, EP-A- 272 033 und US 5, 142,020.
Weitere geeignete Soil-Release-Polymere sind amphiphile Pfropf- oder Copolymere von Vinyl- und/oder Acrylestern auf Polyalkylenoxide (siehe US 4,746,456, US 4,846,995, DE-A-37 11 299, US 4,904,408, US 4,846,994 und US 4,849,126) oder modifizierte Cellulosen, wie Methyl- cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose oder Carboxymethylcellulose. FARBÜBERTRAGUNGSINHIBITOREN
Als Farbübertragungsinhibitoren werden beispielsweise Homo- und Copo¬ lymere des Vinylpyrrolidons, des Vinylimidazols, des Vinyioxazolidons und des 4-Vinylpyridin-N-oxids mit Molmassen von 15.000 bis 100.000 sowie vernetzte feinteilige Polymere auf Basis dieser Monomeren eingesetzt. Die hier genannte Verwendung solcher Polymere ist bekannt, siehe DE-B- 22 32 353, DE-A-28 14 287, DE-A-28 14 329 und DE-A-43 16 023.
ENZYME
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden die mindestens ein sekundäres Amin enthaltenden Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen in enzym- haltigen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln verwendet. Dabei zeigen die Enzyme in vielen Fällen einen die Bleichmittelzusammensetzung unterstützenden und deren Wirkung verstärkenden Effekt, der bei Verwendung der erfindungs¬ gemäßen Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen besonders ausgeprägt ist. Geeignete Enzyme sind dabei beispielsweise Proteasen, Amylasen, Lipasen und Cellula- sen, insbesondere Proteasen. Es können mehrere Enzyme in Kombination verwendet werden.
Andererseits beeinträchtigen die erfindungsgemäßen Bleichmittelzusammen¬ setzungen, die mindestens ein sekundäres Amin enthalten, die Wirkung, insbesondere Primärwaschwirkung, der Enzyme nicht oder äußerst geringfü¬ gig. Bekannte Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen zeigen dagegen oftmals eine enzymschädigende Wirkung, wodurch die Wirksamkeit oder Aktivität der Enzyme herabgesetzt wird. Bei den erfindungsgemäßen Bleichmittelzusammen¬ setzungen kann diese Enzymschädigung vermieden werden und eine hohe Enzymaktivität erreicht werden. Dies ist insbesondere bei Verwendung von cyclischen, bicyclischen oder oligocyclischen sekundären Aminen der Fall.
Neben der Anwendung in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln für die Textil- wasche im Haushalt sind die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Bleichmittel¬ zusammensetzungen auch im Bereich der gewerblichen Textilwäsche und der gewerblichen Reinigung einsetzbar. In der Regel wird in diesem Einsatz¬ bereich Peressigsäure als Bleichmittel eingesetzt, die als wäßrige Lösung der Waschflotte zugesetzt wird. In diesem Anwendungsbereich kann das erfin- dungsgemäß verwendete sekundäre Amin entweder getrennt als einzelne Komponente im Wasch- oder Reinigungsprozeß zugesetzt werden oder zusammen mit anderen Einsatzstoffen vorab gemischt werden und dann gemeinsam zugesetzt werden.
VERWENDUNG IN TEXTILWASCHMΓΠΈLN
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform umfassen die mindestens ein erfindungsgemä¬ ßes, insbesondere sekundäres, Amin enthaltenden Textilwaschmittel auf Basis von Peroxiverbindungen und Percarbonsäuren 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugs¬ weise 2,5 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 25 Gew.-% Peroxiver¬ bindungen oder Persäuren, 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0, 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 6,0 Gew.-% Bleichaktivatoren und 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 2 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0, 1 bis 1 Gew.-% mindestens eines erfin¬ dungsgemäßen, insbesondere sekundären Amins.
Es reicht dabei aus, kataly tisch wirksame Mengen des sekundären Amins, wie vorstehend angegeben, den Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen einzuverleiben. Selbst bei Verwendung derart geringer Mengen an sekundären Aminen ist eine starke Bleichverstärkung zu beobachten. Bei Verwendung der sekundären Amine kann die Leistungsfähigkeit von Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen, insbesondere bei Kaltbleichmittelzusammensetzungen und insbesondere bei hydrophoben Anschmutzungen, erheblich verbessert werden. Schwächen von handelsüblichen Bleichaktivatoren können somit durch den Einsatz von sekundären Aminen gezielt ausgeglichen werden, so daß eine leistungsstarke Bleiche bei niedrigen Temperaturen möglich ist.
Die erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden Amine werden vorzugsweise in pulver- oder granulatförmigen Waschmitteln eingesetzt. Dabei kann es sich um klassische Vollwaschmittel oder konzentrierte oder kompaktierte Wasch¬ mittel handeln.
Ein typisches erfindungsgemäßes pulver- oder granulatförmiges Vollwasch- mittel kann beispielsweise folgende Zusammensetzung aufweisen:
0,5 bis 50 Gew.-% , vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, mindestens eines anionischen und/oder nichtionischen Tensids,
- 0,5 bis 60 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 15 bis 40 Gew.-%, mindestens eines anorganischen Builders,

Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte anorganische Builder sind Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Zeolith A und P sowie amoφhe und kristalline Na-Silikate.
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte organische Cobuilder sind Acrylsäure/Maleinsäure-Copolymere, Acrylsäure/Maleinsäure/Vinylester- Teφolymere und Citronensäure. Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte anorganische Bleichmittel sind Natriumperborat und Natriumcarbonat-Perhydrat.
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte anorganische Tenside sind Fettalkoholsulfate, linear-AIkylbenzolsulfonate (LAS) und Seifen, wobei der Anteil an LAS vorzugsweise unter 8 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt unter 4 Gew.-% liegt.
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte nichtionische Tenside sind Cn- bis C17-Oxoalkoholethoxilate mit 3-13 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten, C10- bis C16-Fettal- koholethoxilate mit 3-13 Ethylenoxideinheiten sowie zusätzlich mit 1-4 Propylenoxid- oder Butylenoxid-Einheiten alkoxilierte ethoxilierte Fett- oder Oxoalkohole.
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte Enzyme sind Protease, Lipase und Cellulase. Von den handelsüblichen Enzymen werden dem Waschmittel in der Regel Mengen von 0,05 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,2 bis 1,5 Gew.-%, des konfektionierten Enzyms zugesetzt. Geeignete Proteasen sind beispielsweise Savinase, Desazym und Esperase (Hersteller Novo Nordisk). Eine geeignete Lipase ist beispielsweise Lipolase (Hersteller Novo Nordisk). Eine geeignete Cellulase ist beispielsweise Celluzym (Hersteller Novo Nord¬ isk).
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte Vergrauungsinhibitoren und Soil-Release-Polymere sind Pfropfpolymere von Vinylacetat auf Polyethy¬ lenoxid der Molmasse 2.500-8.000 im Gewichtsverhältnis 1 ,2: 1 bis 3,0: 1 , Polyethylenterephthalate/Oxyethylenterephthalate der Molmasse 3.000 bis 25.000 aus Polyethylenoxiden der Molmasse 750 bis 5.000 mit Tereph- thalsäure und Ethylenoxid und einem Molverhältnis von Polyethylentereph- thalat zu Polyoxyethylenterephthalat von 8: 1 bis 1: 1 sowie Blockpolykon¬ densate gemäß DE-A-44 03 866.
Vorzugsweise in Waschmitteln eingesetzte Farbübertragungsinhibitoren sind lösliche Vinylpyrrolidon- und Vinylimidazol-Copolymere mit Molmassen über 25.000 sowie feinteilige vernetzte Polymere auf Basis von Vinylimidazol.
Die erfindungsgemäßen pulver- oder granulatförmigen Waschmittel können bis zu 60 Gew.-% anorganischer Stellmittel enthalten. Üblicherweise wird hierfür Natriumsulfat verwendet. Vorzugsweise sind die erfindungsgemäβen Wasch¬ mittel aber arm an Stellmitteln und enthalten nur bis zu 20 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt nur bis 8 Gew.-% an Stellmitteln.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Waschmittel können unterschiedliche Schüttdichten im Bereich von 300 bis 1.200, insbesondere 500 bis 950 g/1, besitzen. Moderne Kompaktwaschmittel besitzen in der Regel hohe Schüttdichten und zeigen einen Granulataufbau.
Neben kombinierten Wasch- und Bleichmitteln kommen als Konfektionie- rungsform der beschriebenen Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen für die Textilwä- sche auch Mittel in Betracht, die als Zusätze zu peroxidhaltigen oder per¬ oxidfreien Waschmitteln angewendet werden. Sie enthalten im wesentlichen die Bleichmittelzusammensetzung, bestehend aus Bleichmittel, sekundärem Amin und gegebenenfalls Bleichaktivator, sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, insbesondere Stabilisatoren, pH-regulierende Mittel, Ver¬ dickungsmittel und Tenside.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind weiterhin auch Bleichzusatzmittel für die Textilwäsche mit der folgenden Zusammensetzung: 5 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 15 bis 35 Gew.-%, anorganische Perverbin¬ dung,
1 bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, Bleichaktivatoren,
0,01 bis 5,0, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, eines beschriebenen Amins,
0 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-%, Peroxidstabilisatoren,
0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, pH-regulierende Mittel,
ad 100 Gew.-% andere übliche Hufs- und Zusatzstoffe.
Beispiele verwendbarer Waschmittelzusammensetzungen von Vollwaschmitteln für den Haushaltsgebrauch sind in der nachstehenden Tabelle zusammen¬ gefaßt.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält die Bleichmittel- oder Textil Waschmittelzusammensetzung
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktivatoren, und
(c) 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 0,60 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,25 bis 0,45 Gew.-%, sekundäre Amine gemäß Formeln (I), (III) oder (IV). Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält die Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0, 1 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Bleichaktivators aus der Gruppe Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), NOBS, isoNOBS, Carbonylbiscaprolac- tam, Benzoylcaprolactam, Bis(2-propylimino)carbonat, Bis(cyclohexylimi- no)carbonat, O-Benzoylacetonoxim, Anthranil, Moφholinium (2-Methyl-

Die Erfindung betrifft zudem Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammen- setzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% Bleichaktivatoren (c) 0,01 bis 5, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine gemäß Formeln (Tu) oder (TV)
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Textilwaschmittelzusam- mensetzung im wesentlichen phosphatfrei.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das erfindungsgemäße Textilwaschmittel im wesentlichen frei von linearen Alkylbenzolsulfonaten und vorzugsweise auf der Grundlage von Fettalkoholsulfonaten aufgebaut.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält die erfindungsgemäße Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung mindestens ein Polycarboxylat, vorzugs¬ weise in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 7,5 Gew.-%.

Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
In den erfindungsgemäβen Beispielen wurden die vorstehend beschriebenen Waschmittelzusammensetzungen III und IV verwendet. Die Waschvorgänge erfolgten dabei in einem Launder-O-meter, Typ Atlas Standard unter den nachstehenden Bedingungen:

Die Bleichwirkung der Waschmittelzusammensetzung wurde anhand der Messung der Farbstärke der Prüfgewebe bestimmt. Diese Messung erfolgte photometrisch. Aus den an den einzelnen Prüfgeweben gemessenen Remis¬ sionswerten bei 18 Wellenlängen im Bereich von 400 bis 700 nm im Abstand von 20 nm wurden nach dem in A. Kud, Seifen, Öle, Fette, Wachse JLL?_, S. 590 - 594 (1993) beschriebenen Verfahren die jeweiligen Farbstärken der Testanschmutzungen vor und nach der Wäsche bestimmt und daraus die absolute Bleichwirkung Aabs in % berechnet. Dabei ist die absolute Bleichwirkung Aabs wie folgt definiert: Farbstärke (vor der Wäsche) - Farbstärke (nach der Wäsche)
Aabs = 100%
Farbstärke (vor der Wäsche) - Farbstärke (Weißgewebe)
Die Menge des verwendeten sekundären Amins betrug dabei in den nach¬ stehenden Beispielen 0,5 Gew.-%. Es wurden dabei auch Vergleichsversuche durchgeführt ohne Verwendung eines sekundären Amins und ohne Verwen¬ dung eines Bleichaktivators und eines sekundären Amins, sowie unter Ver¬ wendung nicht erfindungsgemäßer Amine (Versuche mit Nonylamin und N- Octy 1-N , N-dimemylamin) .
Die Versuchsergebnisse für eine Reihe sekundärer Amine sind in der nach¬ stehenden Tabelle 3 zusammengefaßt:

VergMcheversuch* Die Ergebnisse aus Tabelle 3 zeigen, daß die Bleichwirkung der erfindungs¬ gemäß verwendeten Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen unter Verwendung von sekundären Aminen mit Percarbonat als sauerstoffliefernde Bleichmittel und verschiedenen Bleichaktivatoren bei Chlorophyllanschmutzungen sehr gute Bleichergebnisse liefern, die die Bleichwirkung von Bleichmittel allein oder einer Kombination aus Bleichaktivator und Bleichmittel oder einer Kom¬ bination aus Bleichkatalysator, Bleichmittel und nicht erfindungsgemäßen Aminen deutlich übertrefFen.
In den nachstehenden Versuchen wurden zusätzlich Percarbonsäuren als Bleichmittel eingesetzt und kein Bleichaktivator zugegeben. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 4 zusammengefaßt.

Die Ergebnisse aus Tabelle 4 zeigen, daß die Bleichwirkung bei Verwen¬ dung der erfindungsgemäßen sekundären Amine in den Bleichmittelzusammen¬ setzungen wesentlich bessere Bleichergebnisse für Chlorophyllanschmutzungen liefert, als ohne Verwendung der sekundären Amine beziehungsweise der Percarbonsäure.
Für eine Reihe von cyclischen und bicyclischen sekundären Aminen wurden Waschversuche mit lipophilen oder lipophoben Verunreinigungen an Test¬ schmutzgeweben durchgeführt. Dabei wurden als Anschmutzungen Chloro¬ phyll, Tee bzw. Carotin verwendet. Als Waschmittelformulierung wurde Formulierung III verwendet. Die Ergebnisse sind in den nachstehenden Tabellen 5 und 6 zusammengefaßt.

Die Ergebnisse aus Tabellen 5 und 6 zeigen, daß cyclische und bicyiische sekundäre Amine eine starke Verbesserung der Bleichwirkung bei Kom¬ bination mit Bleichaktivatoren zeigen. Diese Wirkung tritt sowohl bei hydro¬ phoben Anschmutzungen wie Chlorophyll und Carotin ein, wie auch bei hydrophilen Anschmutzungen, wie Tee.
In einer weiteren Versuchsreihe wurde das Zusammenwirken von aktiviertem Bleichsystem aus Bleichmittelaktivator und sekundärem Amin mit Enzymen untersucht. Als Enzym kam Protease zum Einsatz. Die Ergebnisse von Waschversuchen sind in der nachstehenden Tabelle 7 zusammengefaßt.

Vergleichsbeispiele sind in den vorstehenden Tabellen durch * markiert.
Die Ergebnisse in Tabelle 7 zeigen, daß in der Vollwaschmittelformulierung mit aktiviertem Bleichsystem die Primärwaschwirkung der Protease am Enzymtestgewebe in Gegenwart von erfindungsgemäßen sekundären Aminen höher ist als bei Formulierungen, die kein sekundäres Amin enthalten. Somit wirkt das Bleichsystem nicht schädigend auf die Enzymwirkung in der Waschmittelformulierung, sondern verstärkt deren Wirkung.
Die Beispiele zeigen, daß die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung von sekundären Aminen als Bleichkraftverstärker zu Bleichmittelzusammensetzungen oder Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzungen führt, die eine wesentlich verbesserte Bleichwirkung zeigen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Bleichmittelzusam- mensetzungen sind dabei in den verschiedensten technischen Anwendungs¬ gebieten einsetzbar, insbesondere solchen, bei denen bei einer niedrigen Temperatur, vorzugsweise maximal 40 °C, eine Bleichwirkung erzielt werden soll. Eine erfolgreiche Bleichung ist insbesondere bei schwierig zu bleichen¬ den Anschmutzungen, wie lipophilen Verbindungen, beispielsweise Chloro- phyllflecken (Chlorophyll) oder carotinhaltigen Flecken, erreichbar, wie auch bei lipophoben Anschmutzungen, wie Tee. Insbesondere werden vorteilhafte Wirkungen in Waschmittelformulierungen erreicht, die Enzyme enthalten. Durch Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen sekundären Amine als Bleich¬ kraftverstärker läßt sich die Wirksamkeit vieler Bleichmittelzusammensetzun- gen deutlich steigern.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verwendung von Aminen als Bleichkraftverstärker für Textilwaschmittel- Zusammensetzungen, wobei der pKj-Wert der Amine größer ist als der um 1 verminderte pH-Wert, vorzugsweise größer als der pH-Wert, besonders bevorzugt um mindestens 0,5 größer als der pH-Wert der aus der Textil waschmittelzusammensetzung erhaltenen 1 gew. -% igen Wasch¬ flotte.
2. Verwendung von Aminen als Bleichkraftverstärker für Bleichmittel- und Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzungen, wobei der pKj-Wert der Amine mehr als 10,5, vorzugsweise mehr als 10,75, insbesondere 10,9 bis 11 ,5 beträgt.
3. Verwendung von sekundäre Amingruppen -NHR1 enthaltenden nieder¬ molekularen, oligomeren oder polymeren Verbindungen, insbesondere von sekundären Aminen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
wobei n einen ganzzahligen Wert von 0 bis 20 und m einen ganzzah¬ ligen Wert von 2 bis 4 hat, die Reste R3 und R4 unabhängig vorzugsweise sind und die Reste R1 und R2 unabhängig vorzugsweise Cι.15-Hydrocarbylreste sind, die gege¬ benenfalls gemeinsam einen cyclischen Rest bilden, oder Salzen davon, als Bleichkraftverstärker für Bleichmittel- und Textil- waschmittelzusammen-setzungen.
4. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das sekundäre Amin als Ammo¬ niumsalz vorliegt und das Anion ein Tosylat, Sulfat, Chlorid, Bromid, Anion einer anorganischen oder organischen Säure ist.

oder Salzen davon, vorzugsweise wie sie in Anspruch 4 definiert sind, als Bleichkraftverstärker für Bleichmittel- und Textilwaschmittelzusam- mensetzungen.
6. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei in Formel (I) n den Wert 0 hat, der Rest R1 ein C6.14-Hydrocarbylrest oder -Hydroxyhydrocarbyl- rest, der vorzugsweise keine oder eine Verzweigung aufweist, und der
Rest R2 ein Cj^-Hydrocarbylrest, vorzugsweise ein Methylrest, ist.
7. Verwendung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Textil- waschmittelzusammensetzung mindestens ein Bleichmittel und minde- stens einen, vorzugsweise bei Raumtemperatur festen, Bleichaktivator und gegebenenfalls einen Bleichstabilisator und gegebenenfalls andere Bleichkatalysatoren enthält.
8. Verwendung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Textil- Waschmittelzusammensetzung mindestens ein Enzym, vorzugsweise eine
Protease, enthält.
9. Verwendung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zum Bleichen hydrophober Anschmutzungen an Textilien.
10. Verwendung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bleich¬ oder Waschtemperatur maximal 40 °C beträgt.
11. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend (a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktiva¬ toren, und
(c) 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 0,60 Gew.-% , ins¬ besondere 0,25 bis 0,45 Gew.-%, sekundäre Amine, wie sie in Anspruch 6 definiert sind.
12. Bleichmittel- oder TextUwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Bleichaktivators aus der Gruppe Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), NOBS, isoNOBS, Carbo- nylbiscaprolactam, Benzoylcaprolactam, Bis(2-ρropylimino)carbonat, Bis(cyclohexylimino)carbonat, O-Benzoylacetonoxim und 2-Phenyl- (4H)-3, l-benzoxazin-4-on, Anthranil, Phenylanthranil, N-Methylmor- pholinium-acetonitril, N-Methylpiperazin-N.N'-diacetonitril und N- Octanoylcaprolactam (OCL) und
(c) mehr als 0,1 bis weniger als 1,0 Gew.-% , vorzugsweise 0,15 bis 0,95 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine, wie sie in Anspruch 5 oder 6 definiert sind.
13. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktiva¬ toren und
(c) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine der allgemeinen Formel R1R2NH oder der entsprechenden Ammoniumsalze, wobei der Rest
R1 ein Alkylrest oder ein Phenylalkylrest mit 7 bis 12 C-Atomen ist, und der Rest R2 für Cι-C4-Alkyl steht, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine aus der Gruppe N-Heptyl-N-methyl- amin, N-Octyl-N-methylamin, N-Nonyl-N-methylamin, N-Decyl-N- methylamin, N-2-Propymeptyl-N-metiiylamin, N-2-Ethylhexyl-N- methylamin, N-Dodecyl-N-methylamin, N-2-Ethylhexyl-N-butylamin und N-2-Phenylemyl-N-memylamin.
14. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% mindestens eines Bleichmittels aus der Gruppe Natriumperborate, Natriumcarbonat-Perhydrate, CrC ^-Percarbon¬ säuren, Cg-C16-Dipercarbonsäuren, Imidopercapronsäuren und Aryl- dipercapronsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktiva¬ toren und (c) mehr als 0, 1 bis weniger als 1,0 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0, 15 bis 0,95 Gew.-%, sekundäre Amine, wie sie in Anspruch 5 oder 6 definiert sind.
15. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktiva¬ toren, und
(c) 0,1 bis weniger als 0,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,25 bis 0,45 Gew.-%, sekundäre Amine, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert sind.
16. Bleichmittel- oder Textil waschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0, 1 bis 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Bleichaktivators aus der Gruppe Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), NOBS, isoNOBS, Carbo- nylbiscaprolactam, Benzoylcaprolactam, Bis(2-propylimino)carbonat, Bis(cyclohexylimino)carbonat, O-Benzoylacetonoxim und 2-Phenyl-
(4H)-3,l-benzoxazin-4-on, Anthranil, Phenylanthranil, N-Methylmor- pholinium-acetonitril, N-Methylpiperazin-N.N'-diacetonitril und N- Octanoylcaprolactam (OCL) und (c) mehr als 0,1 bis weniger als 0,5 Gew.-% , vorzugsweise 0,15 bis 0,45 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert sind.
17. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% mindestens eines Bleichmittels aus der Gruppe Natriumperborate, Natriumcarbonat-Perhydrate, Cj-C^-Percarbon- säuren, C8-Cι6-Dipercarbonsäuren, Imidopercapronsäuren und Aryl- dipercapronsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, Bleichaktiva¬ toren und
(c) mehr als 0,1 bis weniger als 0,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,15 bis
0,45 Gew.-%, sekundäre Amine, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 , 4, 5 oder 6 definiert sind.
18. Bleichmittel- oder Textilwaschmittelzusammensetzung, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 40 Gew.-% Bleichmittel in Form von Peroxiverbindungen und/oder Percarbonsäuren,
(b) 0 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-% Bleichaktivato- ren
(c) 0,01 bis 5, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-% sekundäre Amine, wie sie in Anspruch 5 definiert sind.
19. Bleichmittel- oder Textil Waschmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, zusätzlich ein Enzym, vorzugsweise eine Protea¬ se, enthaltend.
20. Verwendung einer Bleichmittel- oder Textil Waschmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19 zum Entfernen hydrophober und/oder hydrophiler Anschmutzungen an Textilien.
