Claims (11)
- CALANDRE POUR L'IMPRESSION THERMIQUE DE TISSUS PAR SUBLIMATION, QUI OPERE EN CONTINU OU SUR DES PIECES DISTINCTES, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un groupe de calandrage (1) muni, en amont, d'un plateau de positionnement (2) sur lequel s'appuient un papier d'impression (3) et le tissu (4), cependant qu'en amont dudit plateau, se trouvent des bobines où sont enroulés respectivement le papier d'impression (3), le tissu (4) et un papier de protection (5), et cependant qu'il est prévu en aval dudit groupe de calandrage, une bande transporteuse (6) et des bobines prévues respectivement pour le réenroulement du papier d'impression épuisé (3'), du tissu imprimé (4') et du papier de protection (5').
- CALANDRE selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut opérer dans les différentes conditions suivantes :avec papier d'impression en rouleau et tissu en rouleau ;avec papier d'impression en rouleau et tissu en morceaux prédécoupés;avec papier d'impression en feuilles séparées et tissu en morceaux prédécoupés.
- CALANDRE selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le centrage transversal du papier d'impression s'effectue au moyen de barres latérales (7) ancrées sur le plateau de positionnement (2).
- CALANDRE selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ancrage des barres latérales (7) sur le plateau de positionnement s'effectue à l'aide de moyens magnétiques.
- CALANDRE selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'alignement frontal de la feuille de papier d'impression s'effectue à l'aide de chevilles (8) qui font saillie sur le plateau de positionnement (2), lesdites chevilles étant escamotables pour permettre l'avancement de la feuille de papier précitée.
- CALANDRE selon une plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le positionnement exact des pièces distinctes sur le papier d'impression s'effectue au moyen d'émetteurs (9) placés en position supérieure par rapport au plateau de positionnement (2), qui jouent le rôle de pointeurs optiques sur ledit plateau.
- CALANDRE selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente un dispositif (10) d'introduction d'une pellicule multicouche dans le groupe de calandrage (1), ledit dispositif comprenant une structure (11) qui supporte deux rouleaux transversaux de renvoi parallèles et superposés, respectivement supérieur (12) et inférieur (13) qui sont placés en contact élastique au moyen d'un ressort (14).
- CALANDRE selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il y est prévu une lame élastique (15) qui maintient la pellicule multicouche en contact avec le rouleau supérieur de renvoi (12).
- CALANDRE selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (10) peut, dans son ensemble, coulisser longitudinalement sous l'action de cylindres pneumatiques (17), pour assurer le contact continu entre le rouleau de renvoi supérieur (12) et le cylindre d'impression (16).
- CALANDRE selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'une soufflerie d'air sous pression (18) maintient le papier de protection (5) pressé sur le tissu (4) dans la zone placée en amont de la rencontre avec le feutre (19).
- CALANDRE selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'en utilisant du papier d'impression en feuilles séparées et sans colle, les pièces distinctes, sous l'action du rouleau de renvoi (20) se déposent sur la bande transporteuse (6) pour être évacuées, tandis qu'une glissière de séparation (21) assure le dépôt en position avant desdites feuilles épuisées, pour former la pile (22).
