Description
- die Schutzschicht soll nur aus einer Lage bestehen und in einem Arbeitsgang herstellbar sein,
- die Herstellung der Schutzschicht soll mit wäßrigen Lösungen und Dispersionen von Polymeren möglich sein,
- die Schutzschicht soll über eine verbesserte Beständigkeit gegen Fette, Öl, Wasser und Alkohol verfügen,
- die Schutzschicht des wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungspapiers soll sich im Naßoffsetverfahren gut bedrucken lassen,
- auf die Schutzschicht aufgebrachte Stempelaufdrucke sollen über eine ausreichende Wischfestigkeit verfügen,
- die Schutzschicht soll einerseits eine gute Abdeckung der unter ihr angeordneten wärmeempfindlichen Schicht bewirken, so daß das wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsmaterial ein helles Aussehen vermittelt und eine durch die Aufzeichnungsschicht vielfach verursachte Vergrauung der Oberfläche nicht in Erscheinung tritt; andererseits soll die Aufzeichnungsschicht durch die Schutzschicht nicht so stark abgedeckt werden, daß die Aufzeichnungsqualität beeinflußt und die Lesbarkeit des erzeugten Schriftbildes verschlechtert wird,
- der wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsbogen soll auch für den Einsatz als mittels Thermodruck zu bedruckendes Etikett, Preiszettel, Kassenbon, Rechnung oder Fahrausweis geeignet sein.
- die Bindemittelmischung, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile Gesamtgewicht der Schutzschicht, zu 32 bis 58 Gew.-Teilen aus wasserunlöslichem Bindemittel in Form einer Polymerdispersion und zu 8 bis 16 Gew.-Teilen aus einer wäßrigen Lösung eines Polymeren besteht,
- die Schutzschicht bei einem Pigmentanteil von insgesamt > 20 bis 40 Gew.-Teilen,
- 15 bis 30 Gew.-Teile Bentonit, jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, enthält,
- wobei sich alle Angaben auf Trockengewichtsteile beziehen.

Claims (14)
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen mit einem Substrat,
einer Farbbildner und Farbakzeptoren enthaltenden wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht und einer auf der Aufzeichnungsschicht ausgebildeten pigmenthaltigen Schutzschicht, die eine Mischung aus wasserlöslichem und wasserunlöslichem Bindemittel enthält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Bindemittelmischung, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile Gesamtgewicht der Schutzschicht, zu 32 bis 58 Gew.-Teilen aus wasserunlöslichem Bindemittel in Form einer Polymerdispersion und zu 8 bis 16 Gew.-Teilen aus einer wäßrigen Lösung eines Polymeren besteht,die Schutzschicht bei einem Pigmentanteil von insgesamt > 20 bis 40 Gew.-Teilen15 bis 30 Gew.-Teile Bentonit, jeweils bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, enthält,wobei sich alle Angaben auf Trockengewichtsteile beziehen. - Wärmeepfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzschicht als weitere Pigmente eines oder mehrere der nachfolgend angegebenen Pigmente enthält: natürliches Calciumcarbonat, gefälltes Calciumcarbonat, Siliziumdioxid, Aluminiumoxid und Titanoxid.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzschicht je Gew.-Teil Bindemittelmischung 0,5 bis 0,8 Gew.-Teile Pigment enthält.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bindemittelmischung, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile Gesamtgewicht der Schutzschicht, bis zu 50 Gew.-Teilen aus wasserunlöslichem Bindemittel besteht.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bindemittelmischung als wasserunlösliches Bindemittel ein Styrol-Acrylsäureester-Copolymer enthält.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bindemittelmischung als wasserunlösliches Bindemittel ein Copolymer aus Acrlylnitril, Methacrylamid und Acrylester enthält.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Copolymere aus Acrylnitril, Methacrylamid und Acrylester selbstvernetzend ist.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wasserlösliche Bindemittel aus Polyvinylalkohol besteht.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzschicht, bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, 1 bis 5 Gew.-Teile eines Vernetzungshilfsmittels enthält.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bentonit alkalisch aufgeschlossen ist.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pigment der Schutzschicht aus einer Mischung von Bentonit und gefälltem Calciumcarbonat besteht.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gefälltes Calciumcarbonat und Bentonit im Verhältnis von 1 : 2 bis 1 : 3 vorliegen.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pigment der Schutzschicht ein Ölabsorptionsvermögen < 100 ml/100 g nach DIN 53 199 aufweist.
- Wärmeempfindlicher Aufzeichnungsbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzschicht, bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht, < 20 Gew.-Teile eines Metallsalzes einer langkettigen Fettsäure und/oder Waches enthält.
