Description
- un élément de réception de poudre pouvant être alimenté par un dispositif d'alimentation de poudre et comprenant une première extrémité, proche du bain, qui s'étend sensiblement jusqu'à l'aplomb d'une paroi de la lingotière en contact avec le bain et est apte à recevoir au niveau d'une zone de réception globalement horizontale, une dose de poudre ; et
- des moyens de répartition de poudre aptes à éjecter, au-dessus de la surface du bain, ladite dose de poudre selon une direction sensiblement horizontale.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe illustrant de manière schématique une lingotière de coulée continue pourvue d'un dispositif de distribution de poudre de laitier conforme à l'invention ;

Claims (13)
- Dispositif de distribution (16 ; 116 ; 216) de poudre de laitier sur la surface d'un bain de métal fondu (10) reçu dans une lingotière (2) de coulée continue, du type comprenant :caractérisé en ce que les moyens de répartition comprennent un organe de raclage (34 ; 134 ; 234) mobile selon une direction de déplacement entre une position rétractée par rapport au bain et une position avancée par rapport au bain (10), ledit organe de raclage (34 ; 134 ; 234) comprenant une surface de poussée (36 ; 236) apte à éjecter ladite dose de poudre pendant son déplacement entre lesdites positions rétractée et avancée.un élément de réception de poudre (30 ; 130 ; 230) pouvant être alimenté par un dispositif d'alimentation de poudre (14 ; 214) et comprenant une première extrémité (32), proche du bain (10), qui s'étend sensiblement jusqu'à l'aplomb d'une paroi (4B) de la lingotière (2) en contact avec le bain, et est apte à recevoir au niveau d'une zone de réception (46 ; 146 ; 246) globalement horizontale, une dose de poudre (48) ; etdes moyens de répartition (34 ; 134 ; 234) de poudre aptes à éjecter, au-dessus de la surface du bain (10), ladite dose de poudre (48) selon une direction sensiblement horizontale,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface de poussée (236) est apte à se relever pendant le déplacement de l'organe de raclage (234) entre lesdites positions avancée et rétractée, de manière à être distante de la zone de réception (246) de poudre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface de poussée (236) est apte à pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal pendant le déplacement de l'organe de raclage (234) entre ses positions avancée et rétractée, et vient en butée contre au moins une saillie (238B) de l'organe de raclage (234) pendant son déplacement entre ses positions rétractée et avancée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une surface de retenue latérale (38 ; 132 ; 238) de la poudre durant le déplacement de l'organe de raclage (34 ; 134 ; 234) entre sa position rétractée et sa position avancée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de raclage (134) est muni de moyens (148 ; 248) de répartition homogène de la poudre sur la zone de réception (146 ; 246) de poudre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de répartition homogène comprennent une étrave (148 ; 248) faisant saillie, depuis le voisinage de la surface de poussée (134 ; 236), en direction du bain.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de raclage (34) comprend une âme (36) disposée sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de l'organe de raclage et constituant la surface de poussée, et deux ailes (38) s'étendant de part et d'autre de ladite âme (36) en direction du bain et constituant chacune une surface de retenue.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque aile (38) est prolongée, à son extrémité distale, par un déflecteur (40) faisant saillie à la fois en direction opposée à l'âme (36) et en direction de l'aile opposée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de raclage (134) coulisse entre deux rebords (132) parallèles dont est pourvu l'élément de réception de poudre (130).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un capot (249) recouvrant, dans la position rétractée de l'organe de raclage, au moins la zone de réception (246) de poudre, ledit capot étant pourvu d'au moins une ouverture (249B) de passage de poudre depuis le dispositif d'alimentation (214) de poudre.
- Installation de coulée continue, comprenant une lingotière (2) définissant un volume de réception d'un bain de métal fondu (10), une busette (8) d'alimentation en métal fondu, des moyens d'alimentation (14 ; 214) de poudre de laitier et des moyens de distribution (16 ; 116 ; 216) de poudre de laitier à la surface du bain de métal fondu, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de distribution de poudre de laitier comprennent au moins un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
- Installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'alimentation (214) de poudre de laitier comprennent des moyens (228) de répartition homogène de la dose de poudre sur la zone de réception (246) de chaque dispositif de distribution (216) de poudre.
- Installation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de répartition homogène comprennent au moins un diffuseur (228) disposé sur le trajet de l'écoulement de la poudre et s'évasant en direction de ladite zone de réception (246), de manière à former au moins deux flux de poudre distincts, de part et d'autre de l'axe (A) de déplacement de l'organe de raclage.
