Abstract
Description
- Die Figur zeigt
- einen Längsschnitt durch die erfinderische Vorrichtung.
Ohne Luftbeaufschlagung im Ruhezustand ist sowohl die Kupplung 4, 8 getrennt als auch die Bremse 14, 15 offen. Damit läuft die Antriebswelle 1 ohne das Getriebe in irgendeiner Weise zu beeinflussen leer durch, da die Kupplungshälfte 4 frei auf der Abtriebswelle 20 drehen kann. Durch Luftbeaufschlagung am Anschluß 11 wird die zweite Kupplungshälfte 8 axial versetzt und die Kupplungskugeln 8a koppeln an der ersten Kupplungshälfte 4 in die Mitnahmeöffnungen 4a ein. Damit wird ein Durchtrieb von der Antriebswelle 1 über die Kupplungshälften 4, 8 und die Keilverzahnung 10 auf die Abtriebswelle 20 geschaffen. Zum Überwachen ist die Position bei eingerückter Kupplung 4, 8 vom Sensor 12 erfaßt. Wenn der Antrieb stillgesetzt werden soll, kann mittels pneumatischer Bedienung die Bremse 14, 15 mittels des Bremsringes 14 über Luftbeaufschlagung am Luftanschluß 16 eingerückt werden. Die Bremse 14, 15 wirkt direkt auf die Abtriebswelle 20 und erfaßt so die Bewegung des Anlegers auf dem schnellsten Weg. Die Relativlage der Antriebswelle 1 und der Abtriebswelle 20 zueinander wird durch die Art der Kupplung 4, 8 sichergestellt. Die Kupplungskugeln 8a rasten die Kupplung 4, 8 in einer vorbestimmten Position ein und geben so die Position zwischen An- und Abtrieb vor.
Claims (3)
- Vorrichtungen zum Kuppeln einer Antriebsbewegung zwischen einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine und einem Bogenanleger mit einer Antriebswelle und einer Abtriebswelle und Kupplungsmitteln,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine erste Kupplungshälfte (4), eine zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) und eine Bremse (14, 15) auf der Abtriebswelle (20) gelagert sind, derart daß die erste Kupplungshälfte (4) frei drehbar aber axial feststehend angeordnet ist, daß die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) axial bewegbar aber drehfest angeordnet ist unddaß die zweite Kuppungshälfte (8) und die Bremse (14, 15) in Form von Pneumatikzylindern ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die erste Kupplungshälfte (4) stirnseitig der zweiten Kupplungshälfte (8) gegenüberliegend angeordnete Rastöffnungen (4a) aufweist, daß die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) stirnseitig der ersten Kupplungshälfte (4) gegenüberliegend angeordnete und in der Kupplungshälfte (8) lose einsetzbare Kupplungskugeln (8a) aufweist und daß die Kupplungskugeln (8a) und die Rastöffnungen (4a) so angeordnet sind, daß die erste (4) und die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) in nur einer bestimmten Drehlage formschlüssig miteinander kuppelbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die axiale Lage der zweiten Kupplungshälfte (8) mittels eines Sensors (3) erfassbar ist.
