Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum durchströmenden, kontinuierlichen Behandeln von bahnförmigem Textilgut, Vliesen oder Papier mit einem gasförmigen in der Vorrichtung umgewälzten Behandlungsmittel, mit einer unter Saugzug stehenden, stirnseitig Böden (11, 12) aufweisenden durchlässigen Trommel (5) als Transportelement, welche an ihrem Umfang mit einem siebförmigen oder gelochten Belag (9) bedeckt ist, wobei zwischen den Böden (11, 12) der Trommel (5) mit den Böden (11, 12) fest verbundene Blechstreifen (13) sich von Boden (11) zu Boden (12) erstrecken, deren Breitenausdehnung sich in radialer Richtung ertreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechstreifen (13) über ihre gesamte radial ausgerichtete Höhe fest, jedoch lösbar mit den zugeordneten Böden (11, 12) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Befestigung der Blechstreifen (13) mit dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) eine Klemmverbindung (19 - 22) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (11, 12) in der radialen Höhe der Anordnung der Blechstreifen (13) für je zwei Blechstreifen (13) eine radial ausgerichtete Klemmnut (19) aufweist, deren Öffnungsquerschnitt dem Abstand der zwei benachbarten Blechstreifen (13) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmnut (19) in Richtung des Bodens (11, 12), in Richtung der Enden (13') der Blechstreifen (13) zur Bildung von Klemmbacken (21, 22) konisch verengt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden zugeordneten Blechstreifen (13) innerhalb der Klemmnut (19) ein Klemmstift (22) angeordnet ist, dessen radial ausgerichtete Seitenwangen der Neigung der Klemmbacken (21, 22) der Klemmnut (19) angepaßt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmstift (22) in seiner Breitendimension der Klemmnut (19) abzüglich der Materialdicke der beiden benachbarten Blechstreifen (13) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmstift (22) mit einer, vorzugsweise mit zwei Schrauben (23, 24) an dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweiligen axial ausgerichteten Enden (13') der beiden benachbarten Blechstreifen (13) zwischen den Klemmbacken (20, 21) der Klemmnut (19) und den Seitenwangen des Klemmstiftes (22) vollflächig gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmnuten (19) für die Blechstreifen (13) in einem Zentrierring (17) eingebracht sind und der Zentrierring (17) seinerseits an dem zugeordneten Boden (11, 12) über Schraubverbindungen (18) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubverbindung (18) zwischen Zentrierring (17) und Boden (11, 12) jeweils in Umfangsrichtung gesehen hinter einer Klemmnut (19), also zwischen zwei Klemmnuten (19) vorgesehen ist.
