Claims (6)
- Spritzkabine zum Rundumbearbeiten von Gegenständen, insbesondere Fahrzeugen, mit einem von Seitenwänden (4, 5), mindestens einer verschliessbaren Toröffnung (6), einer Decke (3) und einer Bodenfläche (2) umgebenen Innenraum (1a) und mit einer Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20), die Luft in den Innenraum (1a) einbringbar und Luft aus dem Innenraum (1a) austragbar macht, wobei die eingetragene Luft so konditionierbar ist, dass ihre Temperatur in einem gewünschten Temperaturbereich liegt und die Verschmutzungs-Toleranzwerte der Luft für eine im Innenraum (1a) arbeitende Person gewährleistet werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verschiebevorrichtung (10) mit einem bewegbaren Aufnahmebereich zum Aufnehmen eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Fahrzeuges, und mit einer ersten Führungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Verschiebungsrichtung der ersten Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) quer zur Kabinenlängsachse verläuft, so dass der Aufnahmebereich quer zur Kabinenlängsachse seitlich in der Spritzkabine (1) bewegbar ist, und die benötigte Kabinenbreite im wesentlichen der Summe einer zum Arbeiten benötigten Arbeitsbreite und der Breite der zu bearbeitenden Gegenstände bzw. Fahrzeuge entspricht.
- Spritzkabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebevorrichtung (10) eine zweite Führungsvorrichtung (12-14) umfasst, deren Verschiebungsrichtungen im wesentlichen orthogonal zur Verschiebungsrichtung der ersten Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) verläuft, so dass der Aufnahmebereich im wesentlichen beliebig innerhalb der Kabine (1) verschiebbar ist, wobei der Aufnahmebereich zum Aufnehmen von Fahrzeugen vorzugsweise zwei Planken (14) umfasst, die den möglichen Spurbreiten entsprechend seitlich voneinander beabstandet sind und vorzugsweise die erste Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) mindestens zwei parallel angeordnete, insbesondere quer zur Kabinenlängsachse verlaufende, Schienen (9) und einen auf den Schienen verfahrbaren Rollwagen (10) umfasst und insbesondere die zweite Führungsvorrichtung (12-14) mindestens ein vorzugsweise aber zwei, am Rollwagen (10) befestigte Schienenpaare (12) und den Schienenpaaren (12) je zugeordnete Planken (14) umfasst, wobei zum Ermöglichen der Verschiebungsbewegung zwischen den Schienenpaaren (12) und den Planken (14) Rollen (13) vorgesehen sind, die an den Schienenpaaren (12) oder an den Planken (14) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Spritzkabine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über dem Kabinenboden (2) an der Verschiebevorrichtung (10) ein Absaugsystem, vorzugsweise ein Abluftkasten (15) mit mindestens einer Ansaugöffnung (15a), insbesondere einem Abluftfilter (15b) und einem Abluftbereich (15c), befestigt ist, das bzw. der zumindest in einer Richtung, vorzugsweise quer zur Kabinenlängsrichtung, mit dem Aufnahmebereich verschiebbar ist, und gegebenenfalls eines der nachfolgenden Merkmale vorgesehen ista) der Abluftkasten (15) ist zwischen zwei Planken (14) angeordnet, die als Aufnahmebereich dienen, wobei die Planken (14) vorzugsweise relativ zum Abluftkasten (15) bewegbar, gegebenenfalls aber auch mit diesem verbunden sind;b) die Ansaugöffnung (15a) erstreckt sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Unterseite des Abluftkastens (15), gegebenenfalls sind aber an der Kastenberandung mehrere, insbesondere mit einem Verschlusselement versehene, Ansaugöffnungen ausgebildet;c) der in mindestens einer Richtung verschiebbare Abluftkasten (15) bzw. dessen Abluftbereich (15c) ist mit der ortsfesten Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) gegebenenfalls über eine flexible Schlauchverbindung, vorzugsweise aber über eine abgedichtete Schiebeverbindung verbunden, wobei insbesondere eine Anschlussöffnung (15d) des Abluftbereichs (15c) entlang einer schlitzförmigen Verbindungsöffnung (16) der Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) verschiebbar ist und eine Schiebereinrichtung (17) gewährleistet, dass die beiden aneinander anschliessenden Öffnungen (15d, 16) nur in ihrem Überlappungsbereich offen sind.
- Spritzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über der Kabinendecke (3) bzw. über einem Zuluftfilter (19) mindestens ein Frischluftund mindestens ein Umluft-Zuführungskanal (23b, 21b) ausgebildet ist, und in mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise vier, gegebenenfalls auch sechs oder acht je im wesentlichen gleich grossen Deckenteilbereichen jeder Zuführungskanal (23b, 21b) mindestens eine Verbindungsöffnung (18) zum Kabineninnenraum (1a) umfasst, wobei die Verbindungsöffnungen (18) mit einem betätigbaren Verschlusselement (18a) versehen sind und gegebenenfalls eines der nachfolgenden Merkmale vorgesehen ista) eine manuelle Betätigungseinrichtung erlaubt in jedem Deckenteilbereich das Umschalten von Frischluft- auf Umluft-Zuführung und umgekehrt;b) eine Steuerung (29) zum Steuern einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (18b) für die Verschlusselemente (18a) ist mit einer Erfassungsvorrichtung zum Erfassen des aktuellen Arbeitsbereiches verbunden, wobei die Erfassungsvorrichtung gegebenenfalls die Lage des Aufnahmebereiches, vorzugsweise aber die Position einer arbeitenden Person oder ihres Spritzwerkzeuges erfassbar macht.
- Spritzkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) ein Kanalsystem (21, 22, 23) und mindestens drei von, vorzugsweise in Frischluft-Kanalbereichen angeordneten, Motoren (21a', 22a', 23a') antreibbare Ventilatoren (21a, 22a, 23a) umfasst, wobeia) der Abluft-Ventilator (22a) einen Abluft-Anteil von mindestens einer in den Innenraum (1a) führenden Ansaugöffnung (15a, 18) durch einen Abluftkanal (22) zu einer Austrittsöfnung (22c) bewegbar macht;b) der Frischluft-Ventilator (23a) Frischluft durch einen Frischluftkanal (23) zu mindestens einem Frischluft-Zuführungskanal (23b) bewegbar macht; undc) der Umluft-Ventilator (21a) einen Raumluft-Anteil von mindestens einer in den Innenraum (1a) führenden Ansaugöffnung (15a, 18) durch einen Umluftkanal (21) zu mindestens einem Umluft-Zuführungskanal (21b) bewegbar macht.
- Spritzkabine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der nachfolgenden Merkmale vorgesehen ist,a) in der Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) ist ein Wärmetauscher (26), insbesondere ein Plattenwärmetauscher, so im Abluft- und im Frischluftkanal (22, 23) angeordnet, dass die Frischluft von der Abluft vorgewärmt wird;b) in der Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) ist eine Kühlvorrichtung zum Kühlen der Frischluft angeordnet, welche vorzugsweise mindestens eine Wasserzuführung und mindestens eine Düsenvorrichtung (26a) zum Erzeugen eines Wassernebels umfasst, wobei der Wassernebel vorzugsweise mit der Abluft durch den Wärmetauscher (26) führbar ist und dabei durch Verdampfen der Frischluft Wärme entziehbar macht;c) im Frischluftkanal (23) der Luftantriebs-Vorrichtung (20) ist eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung (27), vorzugsweise mit einer elektrischen Leistung von weniger als 50 kW, insbesondere weniger als 30kW, gegebenenfalls von 10- 20kW, angeordnet, und gegebenenfalls ist eine betätigbare Kanal-Verstellklappe (28) so angeordnet, dass ein Teil des Abluftkanales (22) zusammen mit einem Teil des Frischluftkanales (23) einen weiteren Umluftkanal bildet, in dem die Heizvorrichtung (27) und der Frischluft-Ventilator (23a) angeordnet sind, so dass die Heizvorrichtung (27) auch zum Erhitzen der Kabine für den Einbrennvorgang einsetzbar ist.
