Claims (12)
- Relais à bruit réduit comprenant:un boîtier interne (1), des raccordements internes (3) sortant de celui-ci à travers un côté de raccordement interne (2);un boîtier externe (4, 5), des raccordements externes (7) sortant de celui-ci à travers un côté de raccordement externe (6) opposé au côté de raccordement interne (2); etdes conducteurs de liaison flexibles (8), s'étendant entre les parois latérales correspondantes du boîtier interne (1) et du boîtier externe (4, 5) et reliant les raccordements internes (3) avec des raccordements externes correspondants (7),caractérisé en ce que
un capot intermédiaire (10) composé d'un plastique élastique est inséré au-dessus du boîtier interne (1) et des conducteurs de liaison (8), séparant ensemble avec les conducteurs de liaison (8) le boîtier interne (1) du boîtier externe (4, 5), de sorte que le boîtier interne ne contacte le boîtier externe sur aucun côté. - Relais selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capot intermédiaire (10) est composé d'un élastomère.
- Relais selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les conducteurs de liaison (8) ont la forme de torons plats, dont les sections d'extrémité (8a, 8b) sont comprimées en des éléments de raccordement.
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les sections d'extrémité (8b) des conducteurs de liaison (8) sont retenues dans la région du côté ouvert du capot intermédiaire (10) dans des passages d'un châssis d'amortissement (9).
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les conducteurs de liaison (8) dans la région du raccordement interne (2) sont estampés, repliés vers l'intérieur à angle droit et reliés avec les raccordements internes (3) du relais.
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le capot intermédiaire (10) comporte des nervures (14) débordant vers l'intérieur, s'étendant entre les conducteurs de liaison (8).
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier externe comprend un capot externe (4) et un socle (5), les raccordements externes (7) étant retenus dans le socle (5).
- Relais selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les raccordements externes (7) sont ancrés dans le socle et reliés aux sections d'extrémité libres (8b) des conducteurs de liaison (8).
- Relais selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les raccordements externes (7) comportent dans la région du côté interne du socle des pattes de raccordement coudées (7a), sur lesquelles les sections d'extrémité coudées (8a) des conducteurs de raccordement (8) sont fixées à plat, de préférence par soudage.
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le boîtier interne (1) et le socle (5) est agencée une plaque d'amortissement (13) composée de plastique élastique, de préférence d'un élastomère, dans la région renfermée par les sections d'extrémité (8a) des conducteurs de liaison (8).
- Relais selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que des composants additionnels (15) sont agencés dans l'espace entre le boîtier externe (4, 5) et le capot intermédiaire (10).
- Relais selon les revendications 7 et 11, caractérisé en ce que le socle (5) comporte des nervures (16) débordant vers l'intérieur du boîtier externe, comportant des évidements (17) destinés à supporter les composants additionnels (15).
