Claims (4)
- Encrier muni d'une alimentation automatique en encre d'impression pâteuse, comprenant une partie inférieure (2) avec des éléments de dosage d'encre (3) pour régler un intervalle par rapport à un cylindre ducteur (1) et un branchement (11), un élément répartiteur d'encre (8) ayant au moins un canal de distribution d'encre (12) qui forme une chambre de réserve d'encre (10) avec sa face frontale (9) installée à faible distance du cylindre ducteur (1) et des éléments de dosage d'encre (3) en combinaison avec la face inférieure (7) de l'encrier,
caractérisé en ce que
le branchement (11) et/ou au moins un canal de répartition d'encre (12) comporte un capteur de pression (13) relié à un commutateur de pression (16) et le branchement (11) est précédé d'une installation d'alimentation en encre (15) reliée par une soupape de dosage (14) liée au commutateur de pression (16). - Encrier selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de répartition d'encre (8) comporte un insert d'encrier (4) relié de façon amovible à la face inférieure (7) de l'encrier et qui peut en être détaché et délimite la chambre formant réserve d'encre (10) dans la face frontale (9) de l'élément de répartition d'encre (8) et les éléments de dosage d'encre (3) en liaison avec la face inférieure de l'insert d'encrier (4). - Encrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation d'alimentation en encre (15) comporte une station de pompage d'encre centrale associée à plusieurs machines à imprimer. - Encrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2,

le commutateur de pression (16) est intégré dans le capteur de pression (13).
