Claims (8)
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche, die durch eine begrenzte Reißbewegung geöffnet wird, mit einem wiederverschließbaren Rastverschluss bestehend aus zwei Elementen (7, 8), die quer zur Wand der Tasche an deren Innenseite befestigt und jeweils mit Einrichtungen versehen sind, die geeignet sind, sich elastisch in komplementäre Einrichtungen des anderen Elements einzufügen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche aus einer Materialfläche (2) besteht, die in dem Teil, der einen Verbindungsbereich (11) der beiden Elemente (7, 8) des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses überdeckt, folgende Vorkehrungen umfasst:einerseits einen Ausschnitt (9, 19), der als Rissauslöser durch ein Klebebandfragment (12) mit Ausreißzunge (13) überzogen ist,und andererseits einen Haltepunkt (10), der das Aufreißen der Tasche auf den den Verbindungsbereich (11) der Elemente des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses überdeckenden Teil begrenzt.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausschnitt (9) seitlich auf einer Seite des Verbindungsbereichs (11) der beiden Elemente (7, 8) des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses angeordnet ist, während der Haltepunkt (10) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausschnitt (9) aus einer Halbkreisform besteht, deren Konkavität dem Haltepunkt (10) zugewandt ist und zwei Schenkel (9a, 9b) aufweist, die ziemlich genau parallel zueinander und zu dem Verbindungsbereich (11) der Elemente (7, 8) des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses verlaufen.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltepunkt (10) aus einer Längsnaht besteht, deren Länge (L) größer ist als der Abstand (D) zwischen den Schenkeln (9a, 9b) des Ausschnitts (9), aber geringer als die Breite der beiden Elemente (7, 8) des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche (2) oder zumindest die Außenschicht dieser Fläche aus einem leicht zerreißbaren synthetischen Material besteht und z. B. aus einem Polyolefin und einem Ionomer zusammengesetzt ist.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche (2) aus einer Außenschicht (2a) aus einem synthetischen Material besteht, das durch einen Laserstrahl versprödbar ist, und aus zumindest einer weiteren Schicht (2b) aus einem durch diesen Strahl nicht versprödbaren Material, und dass sie, zumindest in der Verlängerung des Ausschnitts (9) und bis zum Haltepunkt (10), zwei Linien mit Mikroperforationen (16) umfasst, die durch Laserstrahl in der einzigen Außenschicht (2a) der Fläche in bestimmten Abständen realisiert werden.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausschnitt (9) ebenfalls durch Mikroperforationen der Außenschicht (2a) der Fläche erzielt wird.
- Dichte wiederverschließbare Tasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausschnitt (19) in der Mitte des Verbindungsbereichs der beiden Elemente (7, 8) des wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses angeordnet ist, während die Haltepunkte aus den Endstücken (20a) von zwei Mikroperforationslinien (20) bestehen, die in der Außenschicht (2a) der Fläche beiderseits des Ausschnitts (19) oberhalb des Verbindungsbereichs (11) der beiden Schließelemente realisiert wurden und Versprödungslinien bilden.
