Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Verseilung aus wenigstens zwei SZ-verseilten Lagen mit einer der Anzahl der zu verseilenden Lagen entsprechenden Anzahl von Drallspeichern (2, 3) mit einer Einlaufscheibe (4), einer Verseilscheibe (6, 7) und einem Verseilpunkt (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Verseilpunkt (18) vorgesehen ist, in dem die Adern (16, 17, 26) der Lagen verseilt werden, und daß die Drallspeicher (2, 3) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drallspeicher (2, 3) unmittelbar hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führung (20, 27), mit der die Adern (16, 26) des in Durchlaufrichtung hinteren Drallspeichers (2) zentral durch den vorderen Drallspeicher (3) geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (20) mit der Verseilscheibe (6) verbunden ist und mit dieser gedreht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung ein außen glattes Rohr ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (27) aus einer der Anzahl der in der jeweiligen Lage zu verseilenden Adern (26) entsprechenden Anzahl von Rohren (28) besteht, durch welche die Adern (26) geführt sind, und daß die Rohre (28) ringförmig angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung ein Rohr ist, an dem Nuten angeracht sind, in denen die Adern (16, 26) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (20) ringförmig angeordnete Bohrungen (24) aufweist, durch welche die Adern geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verseilscheibe (6, 7) einen eigenen Antrieb (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Einlaufscheibe (4) und der Verseilscheibe (6, 7) eines Drallspeichers (2, 3) wenigstens eine, ggf. angetriebene Speicherscheibe (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drallspeicher (2, 3) ein außen glattes Rohr aufweist, das sich zwischen der Einlaufscheibe (4) und der Verseilscheibe (6, 7) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verseilpunkt (18) durch einen ösenförmigen Verseilnippel (19) gebildet ist.
