Abstract

Zum Herstellen einer Verseilung aus mehreren SZ-verseilten Lagen weist eine Vorrichtung eine der Anzahl der zu verseilenden Lagen entsprechende Anzahl von Drallspeichern (2, 3) auf, die hintereinander angeordnet sind. Die Verseilscheibe (6) des in Durchlaufrichtung (Pfeil 1) hinteren Drallspeichers (2) weist eine Verlängerung (20) als Führung auf, die sich zentral durch den vorderen Drallspeicher (3) bis zu dessen Verseilscheibe (7) erstreckt.
Es ist nur ein einziger Verseilpunkt (18) in Form eines Verseilnippels (19) vorgesehen, in welchem gleichzeitig alle Adern (16, 17) zu den einzelnen Lagen verseilt werden. Durch diese Anordnung ist es möglich, auf Maßnahmen zu verzichten, die beim Stand der Technik erforderlich sind, um das Aufdrehen einer verseilten Lage zu verhindern, bevor die nächste Lage aufgebracht wird.
