Claims (11)

  1. Gebäude (1) für Wohnzwecke, umfassend ein Schwimmbecken (3), vorzugsweise versenkten Typs, das verwandelbar ist, d.h. das sowohl als offenes Freischwimmbecken, als auch als Hallenschwimmbecken verwendet werden kann, wobei das Gebäude (1) für Wohnzwecke starr und verschiebbar ist, um im Winter über das Schwimmbecken gefahren werden zu können, damit dieses in den Innenraum des besagten Gebäudes integriert wird, und um im Sommer neben das Schwimmbecken (3) gefahren werden zu können, um dieses als Freischwimmbecken zu benutzen, wobei die beiden Bestandteile, das starre Gebäude (1) mit Wohnfunktion und das Schwimmbecken (3), mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (5) zur Verschiebung des Gebäudes (1) in Bezug zum Schwimmbecken (3) verbunden sind, wobei jedes dieser Elemente seine eigene Funktion bewahrt und getrennt oder gleichzeitig verwendet werden kann.
  2. Gebäude nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebevorrichtung (5) aus zwei Rollbahnen gebildet ist.
  3. Gebäude nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebevorrichtung aus zwei Schienen (7 und 7') gebildet ist, die beiderseits des Schwimmbeckens angeordnet und zueinander parallel sind.
  4. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollbahnen (4) auf einer Verteilerplatte oder jedem anderen geeigneten Fundament liegen, das die Übertragung der Kräfte auf den Boden sicherstellt.
  5. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung der Wohnung in Bezug zum Schwimmbecken durch geeignete Mittel, wie beispielsweise Walzen, Rollen oder Gleitschuhe, erfolgt.
  6. Gebäude nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Verschiebung durch ein Schub- und Zugsystem erfolgt.
  7. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine starre Struktur, die zu diesem Zweck gebaut wurde, oder eine bereits bestehende starre Struktur umfasst, die vorher mit allen geeigneten Mitteln für ihre Verschiebung ausgestattet wurde.
  8. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenbelag des Gebäudes für Wohnzwecke einen Leerraum umfasst, der in Sommerposition mit einer vorgesehenen provisorischen Struktur versehen ist, die die Stelle füllt, indem eventuell die Wärmeisolierung ergänzt wird.
  9. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden unter der Wohnung in Sommerposition als endgültiger Innenplattenbelag verwendet wird, indem die Anordnung von zusätzlichen Elementen auf Höhe der Verschiebevorrichtung und der Fassade senkrecht zu den Schienen ergänzt wird.
  10. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Hilfsausrüstungen für das Schwimmbecken (3) in das Gebäude (1) integriert sind.
  11. Gebäude nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlüsse an die Annehmlichkeiten im Wohnteil, wie beispielsweise die Elektrizität, das Wasser, den Abwasserkanal, usw., demontierbar und/oder flexibel sind.
