- on prévoit une bande de matière, destinée à constituer lesdites poches ou pochettes et dont la largeur développée Lb est au moins supérieure à quatre fois la dimension, dite dimension multipliée Lp, d'un des côtés desdites poches ou pochettes à fabriquer, ladite bande de matière, constituant une nappe présentant de chacun de ses côtés longitudinaux une zone avec une double épaisseur de matière, dite zone à épaisseur doublée, dont la largeur Lz est égale ou supérieure à ladite dimension multipliée Lp,
- on fait défiler au moins ladite nappe selon son axe longitudinal, grâce à une succession de moyens d'entraínement,
- on constitue séparément lesdites poches ou pochettes dans chacune desdites zones à épaisseur doublée,
- on effectue une séparation de la nappe selon le sens de la longueur en au moins deux parties juste en amont des moyens d'entraínement les plus en aval.
- une succession de moyens d'entraínement pour faire défiler selon son axe longitudinal au moins une nappe constituée d'une bande de matière, destinée à constituer lesdites poches ou pochettes et dont la largeur développée Lb est au moins supérieure à quatre fois la dimension, dite dimension multipliée Lp, d'un des côtés desdites poches ou pochettes, ladite nappe présentant de chacun de ses côtés longitudinaux une zone avec une double épaisseur de matière, dite zone à épaisseur doublée, dont la largeur Lz est égale ou supérieure à ladite dimension multipliée Lp,
- des moyens pour constituer séparément lesdites poches ou pochettes dans chacune desdites zones à épaisseur doublée,
- des moyens pour effectuer une séparation de la nappe selon le sens de la longueur en au moins deux parties prévus juste en amont des moyens d'entraínement les plus en aval.

Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication de poches ou pochettes (1), notamment protège-documents, sensiblement rectangulaire, dans lequel :on prévoit une bande de matière (4) destinée à constituer lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) et dont la largeur développée (Lb) est au moins supérieure à quatre fois la dimension d'un des côtés desdites poches ou pochettes (1) à fabriquer, dite dimension multipliée (Lp), ladite bande de matière (4) constituant une nappe (7) présentant de chacun de ses côtés longitudinaux (8, 9) une zone (10, 11) avec une double épaisseur de matière, dite zone à épaisseur doublée, dont la largeur (Lz) est égale ou supérieure à ladite dimension multipliée (Lp),on fait défiler au moins ladite nappe (7) selon son axe longitudinal, grâce à une succession de moyens (12, 13) d'entraínement,on constitue séparément lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) dans chacune desdites zones (10, 11) à épaisseur doublée,on effectue une séparation de la nappe (7) selon le sens de la longueur en au moins deux parties (14, 15), juste en amont des moyens d'entraínement les plus en aval.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on fait préalablement défiler, à plat, ladite bande de matière (4) selon son axe longitudinal (3) et on rabat par pliage les bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de ladite bande (4) vers l'intérieur de celle-ci pour former ladite nappe (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on effectue ladite séparation de la nappe en plusieurs lés lors de la constitution des poches ou pochettes (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on constitue lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) par soudure des deux épaisseurs de bande prévues au niveau desdites zones à épaisseur doublée (10, 11) puis découpage de celles-ci, la séparation de la nappe (7) en deux parties intervenant après soudure et avant découpage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on forme au moins ladite nappe en continu et on l'entraíne vers l'aval pour la constitution desdites poches ou pochettes (1) en synchronisant cette dernière à la vitesse de défilement de la bande (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel on égalise les bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de la bande (4) avant pliage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 6, dans lequel on recycle les éventuelles chutes de matière produites lors de la séparation de la nappe et/ou lors de l'égalisation des bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de la bande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel on effectue le pliage des bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de la bande (4) simultanément de chacun des côtés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on constitue lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) simultanément et en parallèle dans chacune desdites zones à épaisseur doublée (10, 11).
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé, selon la revendication 1, de fabrication de poches ou pochettes (1), notamment protège-documents, sensiblement rectangulaire, comprenant :une succession de moyens (12, 13) d'entraínement pour faire défiler selon son axe longitudinal au moins une nappe (7) constituée d'une bande de matière (4) destinée à constituer lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) et dont la largeur développée (Lb) est au moins supérieure à quatre fois la dimension d'un des côtés desdites poches ou pochettes (1), dite dimension multipliée (Lp), ladite nappe (7) présentant de chacun de ses côtés longitudinaux (8, 9) une zone (10, 11) avec une double épaisseur de matière, dite zone à épaisseur doublée, dont la largeur (Lz) est égale ou supérieure à ladite dimension multipliée (Lp),des moyens (23) pour constituer séparément lesdites poches ou pochettes (1) dans chacune desdites zones (10, 11) à épaisseur doublée,des moyens (24) pour séparer la nappe (7) selon le sens de la longueur en au moins deux parties (14, 15), prévus juste en amont des moyens d'entraínement (13) les plus en aval.
- Installation selon la revendication 10 comprenant en outre des moyens (22) pour rabattre par pliage les bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de ladite bande (4) vers l'intérieur de celle-ci pour former ladite nappe (7), ladite bande (4) défilant préalablement à plat selon son axe longitudinal (3).
- Installation selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les moyens (22) pour rabattre sont constitués d'un système de double pliage comprenant au moins un cadre trapézoïdal (43), apte à être orienté parallèlement à la bande (4), dont la grande base (44), prévue en amont, est de dimension sensiblement identique à la largeur de la bande (4) et dont la petite base (45), prévue en aval est de dimension sensiblement identique à celle de la nappe (7), ainsi que des moyens pour redresser les bords longitudinaux (5, 6) de la bande (4) le long des côtés inclinés (46) dudit cadre (43) et les coucher sur la partie centrale de la bande (4) en aval dudit cadre (43).
