Subsequently, the base plate 4 is turned further around the hinge pin 9. When closing the window again, this base plate 4 is first turned back until the guide pin 10 has entered the guidance 7 where it is placed in front of the front end of the slide rail 8. During the further closing, the guide pin 10 and the slide rail 8 are displaced inwards in the guidance 7 and, by entering into frictional engagement with the leaf spring 12, the pin 10 thus cooperates herewith in a braking manner, such that the closing movement of the window sash is stopped.
  • the length of the bushing 15 is here chosen in such a way that it extends over the axial measure of essentially the entire guide pin 10 and its outer diameter such that a good abutment against the wall of the guidance 7 and the leaf spring 12 is assured.
  • the inner diameter is chosen with a view to obtaining a relatively tight slide fitting between the bushing 15 and the guide pin 10 so that the bushing 15 without problems can be placed on the guide pin 10, but where during the mounting of the window, there is no danger of the bushing 15 sliding off.

  • the height of the ribs 16 is somewhat reduced due to the friction against the guide pin 10, whereupon the bushing 15 will be turnable during the pivoting movement.
  • a head portion 17 which has a larger radial measure than the remaining part of the guide pin, and which is adapted to prevent axial movement of the bushing 15 on the guide pin 10.
  • the guide pin 10 is provided with a stepped portion 18 which serves to fasten the guide pin 10 to the base plate 4 of the second hinge part 3.
  • this fastening is made by riveting or as a press fit so that the guide pin 10 can relatively easy be removed from and placed on the base plate 4 with a view to replacing the bushing 15.
  • the stepped portion 18 of the guide pin 10 and the associated opening in the base plate 4 can be provided with cooperating engagement connections as e.g. a screw thread to form a releasable connection.

Claims (5)

  1. Scharnierbeschlag für ein Schwingfenster mit einem Blendrahmen und einem bei einer Mittelachse mit dem Blendrahmen verbundenen Flügelrahmen,
    umfassend einen zum Befestigen auf dem Blendrahmen ersten Scharnierteil (1) und einen zum Befestigen auf dem Flügelrahmen zweiten Scharnierteil (3),
    in welchem Beschlag der erste Scharnierteil (1) auf einer Grundplatte (2) mit einem Steuerelement in Form einer kreisbogenförmigen Führung (7) mit einer konkaven Seite und einer konvexen Seite (11) versehen ist, die mit einer mit der Führung im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildeten und auf einer Grundplatte (4) des zweiten Scharnierteils (3) drehbar montierten Gleitschiene (8) sowie mit einem Steuerzapfen (10) zwecks Durchführen einer Schwingbewegung des Fensters zusammenarbeitet, und
    in welchem Beschlag in Verbindung mit der Führung (7) auf dem ersten Scharnierteil (1) eine Bremseinrichtung mit einer Blattfeder (12) vorgesehen ist, welche Blattfeder zumindest unter einem Teil der Schwenkbewegung in Friktionseingriff mit erwähntem Steuerzapfen (10) ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steuerzapfen (10) eine separate Buchse (15) vorgesehen ist, dass die Buchse eine solchen äusseren Durchmesser aufweist, so dass eine gute Anlage gegen die konvexe Seite (11) und an die Blattfeder (12) gewährleistet wird, und dass Mittel zum Verbessern der axialen Befestigung der Buchse auf dem Zapfen vorgesehen sind.
  2. Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erwähntes Mittel auf der Innenseite der Buchse (15) gleichmässig verteilte Rippen (16) umfasst.
  3. Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erwähntes Mittel auf der der Grundplatte abgewandten Seite des Steuerzapfen (10) einen hervorstehenden Kragenteil (17) aufweist.
  4. Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Buchse (15) im wesentlichen über die ganze axiale Ausdehnung des Steuerzapfens (10) erstreckt.
  5. Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerzapfen (10) an seinem der Grundplatte (4) zugewandten abgestuften Ende mit Eingriffsmitteln versehen ist, die zur Bildung einer auslösbaren Verbindung mit Mitteln bei einer Öffnung in der Grundplatte (4) zusammenarbeiten können.
