Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage für Zigaretten oder ähnliche Produkte aus Fertigungseinheiten, wie (Zigaretten-)Herstellmaschine (Maker 10), Verpackungsmaschine (Packer 11), ggf. Folieneinschlagmaschine (12), ggf. Gebindepacker (Stangenpacker 13) und ggf. Kartonpacker (Kartonierer 14) zum Herstellen und versandfertigen Verpacken von Produkten - Zigaretten - einer bestimmten, begrenzten Menge - Sollmenge -, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die sich im Herstellungs- bzw. Verpackungsprozess befindliche Menge an ganz oder teilweise fertiggestellten Produkten - z.B. Zigaretten und/oder Zigarettenpackungen - werden einschließlich von sich in Speichern befindlichen Produkten - durch permanente oder zyklische Messungen erfasst und mit der zu produzierenden Sollmenge einerseits sowie einer bereits produzierten Istmenge andererseits verglichen,b) bei Erreichen einer kritischen Istmenge, die zusammen mit den im Herstellungs- bzw. Verpackungsprozess vorhandenen Produkten die herzustellende Sollmenge ergeben, werden nacheinander die aufeinanderfolgenden Fertigungseinheiten heruntergefahren, leergefahren und schließlich abgeschaltet, wobei etwaige Speicher ebenfalls leergefahren werden, derart, dass bei Stillstand der Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage die gewünschte Sollmenge produziert ist.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage für Zigaretten oder ähnliche Produkte mit mehreren Fertigungseinheiten, wie (Zigaretten-)Herstellmaschine (Maker 10), Verpackungsmaschine (Packer 11), ggf. Folieneinschlagmaschine (12), ggf. Gebindepacker (Stangenpacker 13) und ggf. Kartonpacker (Kartonierer 14) zum Herstellen und versandfertigen Verpacken von Produkten - Zigaretten - einer bestimmten, begrenzten Menge - Sollmenge -, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) anhand der zu fertigenden Menge - Sollmenge - wird der Bedarf an Material für jede Fertigungseinheit ermittelt, insbesondere Tabak, Zigaretten- und Belagpapier für den Maker (10), Verpackungsmaterial für die Verpackungsmaschinen (11, 12, 13, 14), insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung von an jeder Fertigungseinheit entstehender Fehlproduktion,b) das ermittelte Material, insbesondere Verpackungsmaterial, wird jeder Fertigungseinheit zur Verarbeitung zugestellt,c) die Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage wird auf eine Fertigung der Sollmenge, ggf. zuzüglich einer Sicherheitsmarge, eingerichtet und entsprechend abgeschaltet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu produzierende Sollmenge anhand des im Bereich einer (ausgewählten) Fertigungseinheit vorhandenen Materials, insbesondere anhand von Zuschnitten, bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Fertigungseinheit der Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage Material, einschließlich Verpackungsmaterial, bei Beginn des Fertigungsprozesses auf der Grundlage der (bekannten) durchschnittlichen Leistung der betreffenden Fertigungseinheit einschließlich der (bekannten) erwarteten Fehlproduktion zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die tatsächliche Fehlproduktion für jede Fertigungseinheit während des Fertigungsprozesses ständig oder von Zeit zu Zeit ermittelt und der vorgegebenen, erwarteten Fehlproduktion gegenübergestellt wird und dass bei (zusätzlicher) unerwarteter Fehlproduktion entsprechend Material, einschließlich Verpackungsmaterial, den Fertigungseinheiten zusätzlich zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Maker (10) die gesamte Menge der herzustellenden Zigaretten auf der Grundlage der Sollmenge, ggf. einschließlich einer Sicherheitsmenge, und unter Berücksichtigung der erwarteten Fehlproduktionen jeder Fertigungseinheit ermittelt wird und dass während des Fertigungsprozesses Änderungen der herzustellenden Gesamtproduktion an Zigaretten aufgrund etwaiger zusätzlicher unerwarteter Fehlproduktionen der einzelnen Fertigungseinheiten angepasst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Fertigungsprozesses durch Abfragen und Berechnungen der Leistungen der einzelnen Fertigungseinheiten mehrfach die erzielte Gesamtproduktion ermittelt und der Sollmenge gegenübergestellt wird und dass die Berechnungszyklen jeweils wiederholt werden, solange die ermittelte Gesamtproduktion geringer ist als die Sollmenge.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beendigung des Fertigungsprozesses eingeleitet wird, wenn aufgrund der Abfragen und Berechnungen die Gesamtproduktion größer oder gleich der Sollmenge ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Einleitung der Beendigung des Fertigungsprozesses nacheinander die Fertigungseinheiten sowie etwaige Speicher leergefahren werden, wobei der Zustand der Fertigungseinheiten bzw. Speicher durch Abfragen ermittelt wird, beginnend mit dem Maker (10), der unmittelbar bei Einleitung des Beendigungsprozesses heruntergefahren wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verpackungsmaterial in kleinsten Transporteinheiten einer Fertigungseinheit zur Verfügung gestellt wird, insbesondere als Palette.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem bevorstehenden Produktwechsel, insbesondere bei einem Markenwechsel für Zigaretten, vor Fertigstellen der Sollmenge das in der Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage vorhandene Material - Restmaterial - hinsichtlich der Verwendbarkeit für die Fertigung des neuen Produkts bzw. der neuen Marke überprüft wird, wobei das Ergebnis der Überprüfung einem Operator visuell über einen Bildschirm angezeigt wird.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Meß- und Steuerungsorgane der einzelnen Fertigungseinheiten mit einem Zentralrechner (35) und dieser mit einem Bildschirm verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Fertigungseinheit ein Steuerungsaggregat (33) zugeordnet und dieses über eine Zentralleitung (34) mit dem Zentralrechner (35) verbunden ist.
