Claims (15)

  1. Autonome Vorrichtung (1) zum Legen von Bändern, insbesondere für Bodenmarkierungen, wobei die Vorrichtung im Wesentlichen ein Fahrgestell (3) mit einer Spule (11) zum Abwickeln eines Bands, eine Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19), eine eine Legerolle (33) umfassende Legevorrichtung (34) zum Legen des Bands (2) auf den Boden, eine Bandschneidvorrichtung (29) und eine Vorrichtung zum Antrieb des Fahrgestells und zur Aktivierung der verschiedenen Vorrichtungen und der Abwickelvorrichtung aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) des Bands (2) und die Bandlegevorrichtung (34) des Bands (2) mindestens während des Abwickelns und des Legens des Bands (2) durch mindestens ein Synchronisationsmittel (21", 22", 23", 26, 26', 27", 31", 32", 32''', 33", 35, 35', 38) miteinander drehsynchronisiert sind, wobei der Schnitt des Bands (2) mit nicht synchronisierter Bandlegevorrichtung (34) und besagter Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) des Bands (2) geschieht, und dass die Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) des Bands (2) aus einer festen Achse (24), einer Zuführungsrolle (20) und einer oberen Zugwalze (27) besteht, die mit mindestens einer laufrollentragenden, oberen Achse (21, 22, 23) zusammenwirkt, die antreibend und trennend ist, die mit Laufrollen ausgestattet ist, die als Laufrollen oder Walzen mit vorspringenden Spitzen oder Bereichen (25) ausgebildet sind, wobei diese vorspringenden Spitzen oder Bereiche (25) aus der Masse ausgebildet sind oder darauf angebracht sind und in einer Anordnung nach Art der Fünf auf einem Würfel von einer Walze oder Rolle zur anderen mit Verschneidung deren Mantellinien angeordnet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entsynchronisation zwischen der Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) des Bands (2) und der besagten Bandlegevorrichtung (34) des Bands (2) durch eine im selben Moment des Schnitts erfolgende Entkopplung mittels einer eine Spannwalze aufweisenden Andruckvorrichtung oder Hubzylinder (39) erfolgt, die zum Spannen oder Entspannen eines Riemens (38) vorgesehen ist, der die besagte Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) mit der besagten Bandlegevorrichtung (34) des Bands (2) verbindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandlegevorrichtung (34) des Bands (2) auf den Boden mindestens eine laufrollentragende, untere Achse (31, 32), mindestens eine Führungsachse (42, 43, 44) und eine Legerolle (33) aufweist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. die Synchronisationsmittel durch eine Anordnung aus einer oder mehr Riemen (26, 26', 35, 35', 38), einer oder mehr Riemenscheiben (21", 22", 27" 31 ", 32", 32''', 33") und/oder Doppelriemenscheiben (23") und einem Synchronisationsriemen (26') gebildet ist bzw. sind, der insbesondere die laufrollentragende(n), obere(n) Achse(n) (21, 22, 23) mit der bzw. den laufrollentragenden, unteren Achse(n) (31, 32) synchronisiert.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie femer eine Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) des Bands (2) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) aus einer Aufrichtachse (16) und einer daran befestigten Aufrichtrolle (17) besteht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) ein oder mehrere Führungsmittel (18) aufweist, mit denen die Ausrichtung, die Breite und das Halten des Bands (2) einstellbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie femer eine Spule (11) umfasst, die auf einer spulentragenden Achse (12) befestigt ist, die mit mindestens einem Spannmittel (13) versehen ist, und dass die Einstellung der Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) mittels des bzw. der Führungsmittel(s) (18) vorgenommen wird, das bzw. die den Spannmittel(n) (13) der spulentragenden Achse (12) gegenüberliegen.
  9. Vorrichtung Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung der Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) mittels des bzw. der Führungsmittel(s) (18) in der Weise vorgenommen wird, dass das Band (2) auf der Aufrichtachse (16) der Bandaufrichtvorrichtung (15) leicht gespannt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Bandschneidvorrichtung (29) des Bands (2) umfasst, die aus einem zwischen Gleitschienen (49, 49') geführtes Quermesser (30) besteht, das an seinen entgegengesetzten Enden zum Schneiden durch einen Trennschieber (40) angetrieben wird, und ein Gegenmesser (28) umfasst, wobei das Quermesser (30) senkrecht zur Ebene des Bands (2) zwischen der Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) und der Bandlegevorrichtung (34) angeordnet ist und zum Schneiden mit dem besagten Gegenmesser (28) zusammenwirkt, das sich auf einem parallel zum besagten Quermesser (30) zwischen der oberen Zugwalze (27) der Bandabwickelvorrichtung (19) und der Legerolle (33) angeordneten Träger (28') erstreckt und einen Schnellschnitt ohne Anhalten der Maschine durchführt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Quermesser (30) und/oder das Gegenmesser (28) aus gehärtetem Stahl bestehen bzw. besteht.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsrolle (20), die feste Achse (24) und die laufrollentragende(n), obere(n) Achse(n) (21, 22, 23) auf einem drehbaren Gestell zwischen zwei Seitenwänden (47, 47') befestigt sind, das um die laufrollentragende, obere Achse (23) schwenkbar und mittels einer oberen Andruckvorrichtung oder Zylinder (36) positionierbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anlegen der Laufrollen der besagten laufrollentragenden, oberen Achse(n) (21, 22, 23) an das Band (2) gegen die obere Zugwalze (27) und das Gegenmesser (28) mittels eines Schalt- und Anzeigepults (9) einstellbar ist, das einen mit der Bandbetriebsstellung programmierbaren Automaten enthält, und dass das Schalt- und Anzeigepult (9) einen Befehlsgeber (10) aufweist, der die Auswahl von drei Schnittarten erlaubt, nämlich die manuelle Art, die halbautomatische Art und die automatische Art.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie femer eine hydrostatische Achse (8) aufweist, die mit einem Motor (5) zu dessen Bewegung verbunden ist, und dass der Motor (5) gleichzeitig einen Kompressor (6) antreiben kann, der zur Bereitstellung von Druckluft für verschiedene Antriebsorganen, beispielsweise für die Andruckvorrichtungen oder Hubzylinder (36, 40), vorgesehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14 mit einer spulentragenden Achse (12), einer Aufrichtachse (16), einer Zuführungsrolle (20), einer festen Achse (24), einer oberen Zugwalze (27), einer Legerolle (33), mindestens einer laufrollentragenden, oberen Achse (21, 22, 23), mindestens einer laufrollentragenden, unteren Achse (31, 32) die antreibend und trennend ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Zugwalze (27), die Legerolle (33), die laufrollentragende(n), obere(n) Achse(n) (21, 22, 23) und untere(n) Achse(n) (31, 32), die antreibend und trennend sind mindestens zur Zeit der Abwicklung und des Bandlegens mittels mindestens eines Synchronisationsmittels (21", 22", 23", 26, 26', 27", 31", 32", 32''', 33", 35, 35', 38) miteinander drehsynchronisiert sind.
