Claims (10)

  1. Aufwickelvorrichtung für Gurte oder Ähnliches, um eine Jalousie oder Rolladen oder Entsprechendes zu bewegen, wobei die genannte Aufwickelvorrichtung einen Körper (3) zum Aufwickeln und Spannen des besagten Gurts (2) dient, der sich im inneren eines Gehäuses befindet, das sich aus zwei Gehäuseteilen (4, 8) zusammensetzt, von denen jedes wenigstens eine Kante (44, 84) aufweist, die sich vornehmlich senkrecht zu einer Hauptkappe (41, 81) des besagten Gehäuseteils ausdehnt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Kanten verwendbar sind, um unter sich durch eine Relativübersetzung (F1) gekoppelt zu werden gemäss einer vomehmlich parallelen Richtung im Verhältnis zu den Hauptkappen (41, 81)
    der genannten Gehäuseteile, bei einer Anordnung, in der eine erste Kante (44) eines ersten Gehäuseteils (4) innerhalb der zweiten Kante (84) des zweiten Gehäuseelements (8) liegt.
  2. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der genannten Kanten (44,48) in wenigstens zwei Richtungen (X,Y) verläuft, die vornehmlich rechtwinklig zueinander sind.
  3. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss einer der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere Oberfläche (44a) der genannten ersten Kante (44) Vorsprünge (44b) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Vorsprüngen (84b) zusammenarbeiten können, die ausgebildet über das inneren Fläche (84a) der gennante zweite Kante sind, um die besagten Gehäuseteile (4, 8) zusammenzubauen.
  4. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss einer der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der besagten Gehäuseteile über eine Kante (41a, 81a) verfügt, die merklich gerade verläuft und eine Kante (41b, 81b), die konkav ist und deren Wölbung bei der aufgebauten Ausführung des genannten Gehäuses gegen den besagten Spannkörper (3) geht und die genannten Kanten (44, 84) auf dem gleichen Niveau wie die genannte konkave Kante über einen winkligen Abschnitt verläuft, dessen Winkel am Scheitel (α) grösser oder gleich 180° ist.
  5. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss einer der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der genannten Gehäuseteile eine zweite Kante (43) aufweist, die in vornehmlich senkrechter Richtung zur genannten Richtung (F1) der Relativübersetzung der genannten Gehäuseteile verläuft und über mindestens eine Aussparung (43a) verfügt, die einen Vorsprung (83a) aufnimmt, der in dem anderen Gehäuseteil (8) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss einer der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der genannten Gehäuseteile (4, 8) einen elastischen Verschluss aufweist (43b), um zusammen mit einem entsprechenden Element (83b) des anderen Gehäuseteils (8, 4) die genannten Gehäuseteile in der aufgebauten Ausführung des genannten Gehäuses zu verschliessen.
  7. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte elastische Verschluss (43b) über einer Kante (41a) des genannten Gehäuseteils (4) ausgebildet ist und es vorgesehen ist, diesen gegen eine benachbarte Wand zu richten, an der die genannte Aufwickelvorrichtung befestigt werden kann, wobei der besagte Verschluss durch die genannte Aufwickelvorrichtung in normaler Gebrauchsstellung der Aufwickelvorrichtung verdeckt wird.
  8. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Verschluss aus einer Zunge (43b) besteht, die elastisch verformbar ist und vomehmlich in senkrechter Richtung zu der genannten Richtung (F1) der Relativübertragung der genannten Gehäuseteile verläuft.
  9. Mechanismus zum Bewegen einer Jalousie oder eines Rolladen oder Ähnlichem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er über eine Aufwickelvorrichtung (1) für den Gurt (2) verfügt, gemäss einer der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
  10. Verfahren zur Fertigung einer Aufwickelvorrichtung für einen Gurt oder Ähnliches für eine Jalousie, einen Rolladen oder Entsprechendes, die einen Körper (3) zum Aufwickeln und Spannen des besagten Gurts (2) umfasst und zwei Gehäuseteile (4, 8), die zusammengebaut werden können, um das Gehäuse der genannten Aufwickelvorrichtung zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Folgendem besteht:
    Formen von zwei Gehäuseteilen (4, 8), die beide jeweils über eine Hauptkappe (41, 81) und eine Kante (44, 84) verfügen, die vomehmlich senkreckt zu der besagten Kappe verläuft;
    Ausrüsten eines der besagten Gehäuseteile mit Befestigungselmenten (5) und/oder mit einer Bremse (7) für den besagten Gurt, speziell durch Nieten;
    Zusammenbauen der besagten Gehäuseteile unter Anwendung einer relativen Übertragungsbewegung (F1) in eine vomehmlich parallele Richtung zu ihren jeweiligen Kappen und
    Zusammenschliessen der genannten Gehäuseteile unter Zusammenspiel der Formen (44b, 84b) der besagten Kanten.
