Abstract

Eine Wohnbaukörperanordnung (10) für ein sich in Längsrichtung (L) und in Breitenrichtung (B) erstreckendes Grundstück (50) weist folgende Merkmale auf:
  • in Breitenrichtung (B) sich rastermäßig wiederholende Baukörpervorrichtungen (11), wobei
  • jede Baukörpervorrichtung (11) zwei in Breitenrichtung (B) beabstandet (A) und im Wesentlichen parallel angeordnete Baukörpereinrichtungen (12) aufweist,
  • jede Baukörpereinrichtung (12) eine erste Haus-/Wohneinheit (14) und eine zweite Haus-/Wohneinheit (20) und eine Garageneinheit (26) für die beiden Haus-/Wohneinheiten (14; 20) aufweist,
  • die erste und zweite Haus-/Wohneinheit (14; 20) in Längsrichtung (L) direkt aneinander anschließend angeordnet sind,
  • die erste Haus-/Wohneinheit (14) ein unteres Geschoss (Erdgeschoss 16) und ein darüber befindliches Geschoss (Obergeschoss 18) aufweist,
  • die zweite Haus-/Wohneinheit (20) ein unteres Geschoss (Obergeschoss 22) und ein darüber befindliches oberes Geschoss (Dachgeschoss 24) aufweist,
  • das Obergeschoss (18) der ersten Haus-/Wohneinheit (14) auf demselben Niveau wie das untere Geschoss (22) der zweiten Haus-/Wohneinheit (20) angeordnet ist,
  • unterhalb der zweiten Haus-/Wohneinheit (20) die Garageneinheit (26) angeordnet ist,
  • eine Übergabeeinheit (28) vorhanden ist, innerhalb derer der Anschluss an die von außen kommenden Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen, insbesondere für Strom, Telekommunikationseinrichtungen, Gas, Wasser, über entsprechende Messeinheiten erfolgt, und
  • von der Übergabeeinheit (28) zumindest eine ErschließungsTrasse (30; 32) mit Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen im Wesentlichen in Breitenrichtung (B) verlaufend abgeht, an die die einzelnen Haus-/Wohneinheiten (14; 20) der Baukörpereinrichtungen (12) ver- und entsorgungsmäßig unter Zwischenschaltung von Mess- und Verteileinheiten angeschlossen sind.
