Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trennscheibe (1), vorzugsweise eine Diamanttrennscheibe, die einen rotatorisch antreibbaren Scheibenkörper (4) mit mehreren, in einer Spiralform (6) angeordneten Durchbrechungen (5) aufweist. Die Spiralform (6) besitzt dabei mehrere, vom Bereich der Scheibenmittelachse (2) ausgehende, nebeneinander angeordnete Spirallinien (7) von Durchbrechungen (5).

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trennscheibe mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
Eine solche Trennscheibe ist aus der EP-A-0 836 903 bekannt. Sie ist als Diamantscheibe zum Schneiden von Steinen, Beton und anderen harten Handwerkstoffen konzipiert und besitzt einen rotatorisch antreibbaren Scheibenkörper mit mehreren Schneidsegmenten am Außenumfang. Im Innenbereich hat der Scheibenkörper eine Vielzahl von Durchbrechungen, die unterschiedliche Formgebungen haben können. Die Durchbrechungen sind in einem regelmäßigen geometrischen Raster auf der Scheibenfläche verteilt. Hierbei sind sie entweder in zentrisch zur Scheibenmittelachse angeordneten Ringen oder in zweiachsigen linearen geometrischen Rastern angeordnet.
Andere Trennscheiben mit einer ähnlichen Rasteranordnung der Durchbrechungen sind aus der DE-C-751 428 und der DE-A-19 57 226 bekannt.
Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die bekannten Trennscheiben zu verbessern.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch.
Die spiralförmige oder wirbelförmige Anordnung der Durchbrechungen hat Vorteile bei der Wärmeableitung und bei der Geräuschentwicklung der rotierenden Trennscheibe.
Die Anordnung der Durchbrechungen in nebeneinander angeordneten Spirallinien, die sich insbesondere in Drehrichtung der Trennscheibe ausbauchen, sorgt für eine besonders leise Trennscheibe mit optimaler Luftkühlung.
Die Trennscheibe ist dadurch im Trockenschnitt.
Weitere Vorteile liegen in einer besonders hohen Standzeit und einer excellenten Schnittigkeit der Trennscheibe sowie einem geringen Gewicht nebst hervorragend Wucht- und Resonanzeigenschaften. Auch die Stabilität der Trennscheibe ist trotz der Vielzahl der Durchbrechungen durch deren geschickte Anordnung optimal. Außerdem ergibt sich durch die Lochung eine Transparenz der drehenden Trennscheibe, die eine Kontrolle der gegenüberliegenden Schnittkante ermöglicht.
Die Trennscheibe arbeitet mit einem einem schleifenden Abtrag und eignet sich für unterschiedliche, harte Materialien, z.B. für Beton mit und ohne Armierung, für Dachpfannen, für harte und mittelharte Klinker, für Waschbeton und für allgemeines Baustellenmaterial.
In den Unteransprüchen sind weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung angegeben.
Die Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen beispielsweise und schematisch dargestellt. Im einzelnen zeigen:

Die in Figur 1 und 2 dargestellte Trennscheibe (1) ist vorzugsweise als sogenannte Diamantscheibe ausgebildet und dient zum Trennen und Schneiden von harten Werkstoffen, wie Stein, Beton oder dergleichen. Die Trennscheibe (1) lässt sich in geeigneter Weise um ihre Mittelachse (2) in Drehrichtung (11) rotatorisch antreiben und trägt im Schnitt das Material schleifend ab. Die Trennscheibe (1) kann für Trockenschnitt eingesetzt werden, eignet sich aber auch für Nassschnitt.
Die Trennscheibe (1) hat einen zylindrischen Scheibenkörper (4), der an seinem Außenumfang (14) einen Schneidkranz (13) trägt. Im Zentrum hat die Trennscheibe (1) eine vorzugsweise kreisrunde Aufnahmeöffnung (12) zur Befestigung an einer antreibbaren Welle oder dergleichen.
Der Scheibenkörper (4) besitzt eine Vielzahl von Durchbrechungen (5) mit einer vorzugsweise kreisrunden bzw. zylindrischen Form. Die Durchbrechungen (5) sind mit gegenseitigem Abstand gleichmäßig verteilt und in einer Spiralform (6) oder Wirbelform am Scheibenkörper (4) angeordnet. Die Spiralform (6) kann unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein.
Im bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel bilden die Durchbrechungen (5) eine Vielzahl gleichartiger Spirallinien (7), die vom Bereich der Scheibenmittelachse (2) ausgehen und sich zum äußeren Rand (14) des Scheibenkörpers (4) erstrecken. Die Spirallinien (7) sind in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinander mit regelmäßiger Verteilung angeordnet. Die innenliegenden Durchbrechungen (5) der Spirallinien (7) bilden miteinander einen zur Mittelachse (2) konzentrischen inneren Lochkreis (8). Von diesem gehen die Spirallinien (7) aus.
Die gegenseitigen Abstände der Spirallinien (7) in Umfangsrichtung verändern sich mit dem radialen Abstand. Am Lochkreis (8) sind sie am kleinsten und vergrößeren sich bis zum äußeren Rand (14) des Scheibenkörpers (4).
Die gegenseitigen Abstände der Durchbrechungen (5) innerhalb der einzelnen Spirallinien (7) bleiben hingegen vorzugsweise gleich.
Der ringförmige Schneidkranz (13) besteht vorzugsweise aus mehreren regelmäßig im Kreis verteilten Schneidsegmenten (3), die mit entsprechenden Schneidkanten und Schneidflächen ausgerüstet sind und voneinander in Umfangsrichtung distanziert sind. Ihre Stirnflächen in Umfangsrichtung sind angeschrägt. Die Schneidsegmente (3) sind dicker als der Scheibenkörper (4) und stehen beidseits vor. Die Schneidsegmente (3) wirken als Schleifkörper und sind mit abtragenden Teilchen, z.B. Diamantkörnchen, Korrund oder dgl. besetzt.
Die Schneidsegmente (3) können aus einem geeigneten anderen Material als der Scheibenkörper (4) bestehen und sind mit dessen äußerem Rand (14) durch eine Schweißverbindung (10), vorzugsweise eine Laser-Schweißverbindung, oder auf andere geeignete Weise fest verbunden. Im Fußbereich haben die Schneidsegmente (3) an ihren Übergangsstellen vom einen zum anderen Segment jeweils einen nach außen gegen die Drehrichtung (11) sich öffnenden Hinterschnitt (9), der bis in den Randbereich des Scheibenkörpers (4) hineinragt und dort am Ende in eine etwas verbreiterte und im wesentlichen kreisrunde Durchbrechung übergeht.
Die Spirallinien (7) sind vorzugsweise in gleicher Zahl wie die Schneidsegmente (3) vorhanden und derart angeordnet, dass jede Spirallinie (7) mit ihrer äußeren Durchbrechung (5) am Scheibenkörperrand zwischen den benachbarten Hinterschnitten (9) endet. Bei einer praktischen Ausführungsform mit 230 mm Scheibendurchmesser sind z.B. sechzehn Spirallinien (7) und entsprechend viele Schneidsegmente (3) vorhanden. Die einzelne Spirallinie (7) kann dabei ca. zehn bis zwölf gleichmäßig beabstandete Durchbrechungen (5) mit einem Durchmesser von jeweils ca. 5 mm aufweisen. Die genannten Zahlenwerte sind Beispiele und können nach oben und unten schwanken. Insbesondere hat eine Trennscheibe (1) mit kleinerem Durchmesser eine entsprechend geringere Zahl an Spirallinien (7) und Durchbrechungen (5).
Die Spirallinien (7) sind vorzugsweise in Drehrichtung (11) der Trennscheibe (1) vorgewölbt oder ausgebaucht. Sie überstreichen dabei jeweils einen Winkel "a" von jeweils ca. 50° bis 60°. Die Krümmungswinkel der Spirallinien (7) können aber auch anders gewählt werden und können insbesondere vom Scheibendurchmesser abhängen.
Die Durchbrechungen (5) sorgen im Schneidbetrieb der drehenden Trennscheibe (1) für eine Verwirbelung der umgebenden Luft. Hierdurch wird einerseits die an der Trennscheibe (1) durch die Schneidarbeit auftretende Wärme an die Umgebungsluft abgegeben und abgeführt. Die Spiralform (6) der Durchbrechungen (5) und insbesondere die spezielle Gestaltung von Figur 1 und 2 sorgen hierbei für eine besonders gute Wärmeabfuhr, wobei andererseits die durch die Luftverwirbelungen auftretenden Geräusche der drehenden Trennscheibe (1) minimiert werden. Zudem ergeben sich im Betrieb durch eine Transparenz der drehenden Trennscheibe (1) Durchblick- und Kontrollmöglichkeiten für den Bediener.
Abwandlungen der gezeigten Ausführungsform sind in verschiedener Weise möglich. So können zum einen die Schneidsegmente (3) in beliebig anderer Weise ausgebildet und angeordnet sein. Desgleichen kann die Spiralform (6) variieren. Dies gilt einerseits bezüglich der Zahl, Anordnung und Ausbildung der Spirallinien (7) und andererseits hinsichtlich der Krümmungswinkel der einzelnen Spirallinien. Variabel ist auch die Form der Durchbrechungen (5), die statt einer kreisrunden Querschnittsform auch eine ovale, prismatische und in geeigneter Weise anders geartete Ausformung haben können.

Claims (7)

  1. Trennscheibe mit einem rotatorisch antreibbaren Scheibenkörper (4), der mehrere Durchbrechungen (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechungen (5) in einer Spiralform (6) angeordnet sind.
  2. Trennscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralform (6) mehrere vom Bereich der Scheibenmittelachse (2) ausgehende, nebeneinander angeordnete Spirallinien (7) von Durchbrechungen (5) aufweist.
  3. Trennscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spirallinien (7) mit ihren innenseitigen Durchbrechungen (5) einen zur Scheibenmittelachse (2) konzentrischen Lochkreis (8) bilden.
  4. Trennscheibe nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spirallinien (7) mit ihren außenseitigen Durchbrechungen (5) zwischen Hinterschneidungen (9) von randseitigen (14) Schneidsegmenten (3) enden.
  5. Trennscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spirallinien (7) und die Schneidsegmente (3) in gleicher Zahl vorhanden sind.
  6. Trennscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spirallinien (7) in Drehrichtung (11) der Trennscheibe (1) vorgewölbt sind.
  7. Trennscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechungen (5) eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Form aufweisen.
