Claims (14)
- Einbaugarnitur (1) für im Straßenunterbau verlaufende Leitungen, insbesondere Frischwasserleitungen, die über eine in der Straßenkappe endende Schlüsselstange (4) verfügt, die mit ihrem unteren Ende in Form einer Kuppelmuffe (3) mit der Spindel des Leitungsschiebers lösbar verbunden und von einem Hülsrohr (5) umgeben ist, wobei eine die Schlüsselstange (4) zentrierende Hülsrohrkappe (8) vorgesehen ist, welche aus einer das Hülsrohr (5) fixierenden Randkappe (9) und einer mit der Schlüsselstange (4) verbundenen und gegenüber der Schlüsselstange (4) drehenden Gleitscheibe (10) besteht, wobei Randkappe (9) und Gleitscheibe (10) durch Rastung miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Randkappe (9) mit nachgiebig angeordneten und/oder ausgebildeten Rastnasen (2) ausgerüstet ist und dass die Gleitscheibe (10) mit formmäßig und von der Position her zu den Rastnasen (2) korrespondierenden Widerhaken (7) ausgerüstet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rastnasen (2) und/oder die Widerhaken (7) an Randkappe (9) bzw. Gleitscheibe (10) einzeln oder gruppenweise umlaufend angeordnet sind. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rastnasen (2) kleiner bauend als die Widerhaken (7) ausgebildet sind. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
die Gleitscheibe (10) mit einem die Schlüsselstange (4) an ihrem der Straßenkappe zugewandten Ende (24) umschließenden Vierkantschoner (13) eine einteilige Baueinheit (12) bildend geformt ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Vierkantschoner (13) durchgehend aus verschleissfestem Kunststoff bestehend ausgebildet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zwischen der den oberen Abschluß der Hülsrohrkappe (8) bildenden Dichtscheibe (6) und der Gleitscheibe (10) eine Beschriftungssscheibe (14) angeordnet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
Beschriftungselemente (16) vorgesehen sind, welche in der Hülsrohrkappe (8) zugeordnete Ausnehmungen (23) einrastend ausgebildet sind. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Baueinheit (12) über ein quer zur Achse der Schlüsselstange (4) verlaufendes Befestigungsmittel (15), vorzugsweise einen Sicherungsstift, mit dieser lösbar verbunden ausgebildet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Hülsrohr (5) durch mehrere teleskopierbar zueinander ausgebildete und angeordnete oder ineinander steckbare Einzelhülsrohre (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) gebildet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Einzelhülsrohre (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) als Ausziehsicherungen dienende Anschläge (17, 17') aufweisen. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die den Anschlußbereich von Kuppelmuffe (3) und Spindel umgebende Glocke (19) mit dem unteren Einzelhülsrohr (5d) lösbar verbunden ausgebildet ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Glocke (19) mit dem unteren Einzelhülsrohr (5d) durch Verrastung oder Verschraubung oder eine durch eine Verrastung gesicherte Steckverbindung verbunden ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schlüsselstange (4) lösbar mit der Kuppelmuffe (3) verbunden ist. - Einbaugarnitur nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schlüsselstange (4) mit einer Schlüsselstangenverlängerung ausgerüstet ist, wobei Schlüsselstange (4) und Schlüsselstangenverlängerung über einen Adapter lösbar verbunden sind.
