Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Stufenbekleidung für eine Treppenstufe mit einer oberen Trittplatte und einer seitlichen Setzplatte, wobei die Trittplatte im vorderen Längskantenbereich an der Unterseite eine längsverlaufende Befestigungsnut zum Einstecken der Setzplatte aufweist und die Setzplatte mit ihrer oberen, der Befestigungsnut zugeordneten Einsteckkante einen zylindrisch abgerundeten Kopfteil bildet, dessen konvexe Außenkontur an den lichten Querschnitt der Befestigungsnut angepaßt ist.
Diese Stufenbekleidungen dienen zur Sanierung und Renovierung bestehender Treppen und können selbstverständlich auch zur Abdeckung neuer Treppenkörper verwendet werden. Durch das Ineinanderstecken der Tritt- und Setzplatten entsteht eine saubere, ausreichend belastbare Bekleidung.
Um eine ausreichende Beweglichkeit der Setzplatte gegenüber der Trittplatte zu gewährleisten, ist es bei Metall- oder Kunststoffprofilen bekannt (EP 084 725 A1), an der Unterseite der Trittplatte eine Nut und an der oberen Einsteckkante der Setzplatte eine Feder mit gegenüber der Federbreite vergrößertem Kopfteil vorzusehen, was allerdings den Nachteil einer verbreiterten Nut und somit mehr Platzbedarf für die Nut mit sich bringt. Weiters ist es bekannt (DE 1 110 390 B), Nuten der Trittplatten und Einsteckkanten der Setzplatten mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt zu versehen. Bei dieser bekannten Konstruktion ist eine Korrektur der Tritthöhe allerdings immer mit einer Veränderung der Trittlänge verbunden.
Werden eine rechteckige Oberkantenform der Setzplatte und eine rechteckige Form der zugeordneten Befestigungsnut der Trittplatte gewählt, ergibt sich eine starre, rechtwinkelige Verbindung zwischen Tritt- und Setzplatte, die einen Ausgleich von Unregelmäßigkeiten bei der Alttreppe bzw. dem Treppenkörper kaum zuläßt und vor der Montage eine entsprechend aufwendige und zeitraubende Vorbereitung der Alttreppen bzw. Treppenkörper verlangt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Stufenbekleidung der eingangs geschilderten Art zu schaffen, die leicht zu verlegen ist und sich auch bei voll in die Befestigungsnut eingreifendem Kopfteil durch ihre Anpaßbarkeit an die jeweiligen baulichen Gegebenheiten auszeichnet.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß der Kopfteil der Setzplatte an der Rückseite in einer Hohlkehle endet und daß die Trittplatte eine ihrer hinteren Längskante entlang verlaufende zusätzliche Verbindungsnut besitzt.
Kopfteil und Befestigungsnut ergeben zusammen eine Art Scharnier, so daß die mit der Trittplatte zusammengesteckte Setzplatte gegenüber der Trittplatte innerhalb eines bestimmten Winkelbereiches verschwenkbar ist, was eine einfache Anpassung der Stufenbekleidung an die jeweiligen Montageverhältnisse bei der Renovierung von Alttreppen oder der Abdeckung neuer Treppenkörper erlaubt. Da der Kopfteil der Setzplatte an der Rückseite in einer Hohlkehle endet, wird ein ausreichend großer Schwenkbereich der Setzplatte gegenüber der Trittplatte sichergestellt, auch wenn der Kopfteil voll in die Befestigungsnut eingreift. Dadurch, daß die Trittplatte an ihrer hinteren Längskante noch mit einer zusätzlichen Verbindungsnut ausgestattet ist, können unter Einsatz einer Feder zwei Trittplatten mit ihren hinteren Längskanten über eine Nut-Federverbindung stumpf gestoßen und zu einer doppeltbreiten Trittplatte vereinigt werden, wodurch sich auch überbreite Treppenstufen nach einem entsprechenden Zuschnitt dieser Doppeltrittplatte rationell bekleiden lassen.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn Tritt- und Setzplatte samt einem Montagezubehör zu einer Verpackungseinheit zusammengefaßt sind, da durch diese Verpackungseinheit für jede Treppenstufe bereits alle notwendigen Bekleidungsteile und die zur Montage notwendigen Zubehörteile, wie Montageanleitung, Antirutschband für die Trittstufe, eine zusätzliche Feder für die Nut-Federverbindung zweier Trittplatten, Abdeckteile für die Plattenstirnseiten, Befestigungsschrauben u. dgl., vorbereitet sind und die Stufenbekleidung von jedermann recht einfach verlegt werden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigen:

Eine Stufenbekleidung 1 zum Renovieren einer Alttreppe oder zum Bekleiden eines neuen Treppenkörpers 2 umfaßt eine obere Trittplatte 3 und eine seitliche Setzplatte 4, wobei die Trittplatte 3 im vorderen Längskantenbereich 5 an der Unterseite 6 eine längsverlaufende Befestigungsnut 7 zum Einstecken der Setzplatte 4 aufweist. Die Setzplatte 4 bildet mit ihrer oberen, der Befestigungsnut 7 zugeordneten Einsteckkante einen zylindrisch abgerundeten Kopfteil 8, dessen konvexe Außenkontur 9 an den lichten Querschnitt der Befestigungsnut 7 angepaßt ist, so daß zum Ausgleich von baulichen Unregelmäßigkeiten der Alttreppe bzw. des Treppenkörpers 2 die Setzplatte 4 gegenüber der Trittplatte 3 innerhalb eines bestimmten Winkelbereiches a schwenkverstellbar ist (Fig. 2). Um einen ausreichenden Schwenkbereich auch bei voll in die Befestigungsnut 7 eingestecktem Kopfteil 8 zu erreichen, endet der Kopfteil 8 an der Rückseite 10 der Setzplatte 4 in einer Hohlkehle 11.
Um bei überbreiten Treppenstufen nicht auch einzelne überbreite Trittplatten vorfertigen zu müssen, bildet die Trittplatte 3 an ihrer hinteren Längskante 12 eine längsverlaufende zusätzliche Verbindungsnut 13, wodurch zwei Trittplatten 3 unter Einsatz einer Feder 14 mit ihren hinteren Längskanten 12 über eine Nut-Federverbindung stumpf gestoßen und zu einer Doppeltrittplatte vereint werden können (Fig. 3).

Claims (2)

  1. Stufenbekleidung (1) für eine Treppenstufe mit einer oberen Trittplatte (3) und einer seitlichen Setzplatte (4), wobei die Trittplatte (3) im vorderen Längskantenbereich (5) an der Unterseite (6) eine längsverlaufende Befestigungsnut (7) zum Einstecken der Setzplatte (4) aufweist und die Setzplatte (4) mit ihrer oberen, der Befestigungsnut (7) zugeordneten Einsteckkante einen zylindrisch abgerundeten Kopfteil (8) bildet, dessen konvexe Außenkontur (9) an den lichten Querschnitt der Befestigungsnut (7) angepaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopfteil (8) der Setzplatte (4) an der Rückseite (10) in einer Hohlkehle (11) endet und daß die Trittplatte (3) eine ihrer hinteren Längskante (12) entlang verlaufende zusätzliche Verbindungsnut (13) besitzt.
  2. Stufenbekleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tritt- und Setzplatte samt einem Montagezubehör zu einer Verpackungseinheit zusammengefaßt sind.
