Claims (13)
- System zum Anbringen eines Bewehrungsbandes (4) an einer Wand (2) einer verstärkten Tragkonstruktion, wobei das System die genannte Wand und einen Halter (10) zum Aufrollen des Bewehrungsbands aufweist, die an dieser Wand mittels zweier Bügel (11a, 11b) zur Befestigung des Aufrollhalters (10) an der Wand (2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bügel (11a, 11b) ausgehend von einer geschlossenen Schlaufe (16) aus nicht korrodierbarem Material gebildet werden, wobei die Bügel jeweils durch die beiden in die Wand eingelassenen Schlaufenabschnitte durchgehend verlängert sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Schlaufe (16) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, bei dem die Schlaufe (16) einen Kern aus Polyesterfasern hat.
- System nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Schlaufe (16) einen Mantel aus Polyethylen aufweist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die Schlaufe (16) ausgehend von einem um sich selbst gerollten Band gebildet wird.
- System nach Anspruch 5, bei dem die Bügel (11a, 11b) die beiden Enden (17, 18) des Bands umfassen.
- Montagevorrichtung für eine Einheit aus zwei Bügeln (11a, 11b) zum Anbringen eines Aufrollhalters (10) eines Bewehrungsbands für eine verstärkte Tragkonstruktion an einer Betonplatte (2), die zur Montage der Wand dieser Konstruktion bestimmt ist, wobei die Bügel (11a, 11b) aus einer Schlaufe (16) hergestellt werden und jeweils durchgehend verlängert sind, wobei die Vorrichtung dazu bestimmt ist, über einer Gussform für diese Platte in der Weise angeordnet zu werden, dass beim Formguss der Platte der Teil der Schlaufe, der die Bügel verlängert, in den Beton eingelassen wird, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Schablone (21) zum Formen der Schlaufe (16) und zur Bildung der beiden Bügel (11 a, 11b) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der Vorrichtungen (22a, 23a, 22b, 23b) zur Positionierung der beiden Bügel (11a, 11b) entlang der Schablone (21) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Positionierungsvorrichtungen zwei Paar Manschetten (22a, 23a, 22b, 23b) umfassen, die an die Schablone (21) montiert und dazu bestimmt sind, die beiden Bügel (11a, 11b) jeweils von der Seite her zu blockieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei der Vorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die den parallelen Verlauf zweier Teilstücke (13a, 14a, 13b, 14b) jedes Bügels (11a, 11 b) sicherstellen sollen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Vorrichtungen zur Sicherstellung des parallelen Verlaufs zweier Teilstücke (13a, 14a, 13b, 14b) jedes Bügels (11a, 11b) einen Abstandshalter (24a, 24b) umfassen, der sich zwischen den Manschetten (13a, 14a, 13b, 14b) eines Paars erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der Vorrichtungen (25a) zum Andrücken der beiden Teilstücke (13a, 14a) des Bügels (11a) an das Abstandsstück (24a) vorgesehen sind.
- Platte, die zur Montage einer Wand (2) einer verstärkten Tragkonstruktion vorgesehen ist und ein System zum Anbringen eines Bewehrungsbands (4) an der Platte umfasst, welches System zwei Bügel (11a, 11b) zur Anbringung eines Aufrollhalters (10) des Bewehrungsbands umfasst, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die beiden Bügel (11a, 11b) ausgehend von einer geschlossenen Schlaufe (16) aus nicht korrodierbarem Material gebildet werden, wobei die Bügel jeweils durch zwei in der Platte versenkte Schlaufenabschnitte durchgehend verlängert sind.
