Claims (10)
- Dispositif de remplissage pour alimenter un convoyeur (6) en produits en vrac ou en matériaux fibreux, convoyeur auquel est raccordée une ligne de transport pour laquelle il est prévu un dispositif de déchargement (2) pour le produit en vrac ou les matériaux fibreux, dispositif de déchargement qui est logé en cours de service contre ou sur un équipement de pesage (3), étant donné que, dans le sens du déchargement, une goulotte de remplissage (5) menant au convoyeur (6) est disposée en aval du dispositif de déchargement (2), caractérisé en ce que- un organe indicateur de poids est raccordé à l'équipement de pesage (3) au moyen d'un circuit d'acheminement de signaux ou d'un équipement de transmission infrarouge ou de transmission radio et- en ce qu'est prévu un système électronique de saisie et d'exploitation grâce auquel la masse qui vient juste d'être amenée est identifiable à tout moment durant le chargement du produit en vrac ou des matériaux fibreux dans cavités le processus de chargement peut être commandé.

- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déchargement (2) est conçu comme convoyeur à raclettes ou comme bande transporteuse.
- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de pesage présente des axes de pesée (3) sur lesquels est logé le dispositif de déchargement (2).
- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que est disposé dans ou sur la goulotte de remplissage (5) un équipement de mesure de niveau de remplissage (7) qui génère un signal pour la commande du dispositif de déchargement (2).
- Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que est prévu comme équipement de mesure de niveau de remplissage un capteur à ultrasons qui émet un signal lorsque le niveau de remplissage du produit en vrac ou des matériaux fibreux devient inférieur au niveau minimal prédéfini, lequel signal provoque la mise en marche du dispositif de déchargement (2).
- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déchargement (2) et l'équipement de pesage (3) sont disposés sur la plate-forme de chargement d'un camion (1) ou d'un autre moyen de transport à l'extrémité arrière duquel est positionné, si nécessaire, un organe de dosage (4) auquel se raccorde la goulotte de remplissage (5), et en ce que le convoyeur (6) est disposé en dessous de la goulotte de remplissage (5).
- Dispositif de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (6) alimente une soufflante pour matériaux isolants fibreux, en particulier pour flocons de cellulose ou fibres de bois.
